Employees are all very nice and try to help, management seems to not know how to run a business. Under staffing of employees and poor phone management systems seems to be their problems. For example when you call the Geek squad number they give you in the e-mail they just sent, you get someone in another state who can not answer a lot of your questions. Many times when you call no one is there to answer. Looks like the board of directors need to be replaced with some people who have a clue as to how to build a company and not worry just about short term profits.

Worst geek squad experience I ever had. Rude, pointless and unwilling to stay and explain reasoning. ONLY appointments for everything. People don’t have time to drop stuff off and have to wait. Where’s the SIGN that says APPOINTMENT ONLY ? Last time i’l Renew annual service deal. Been with them for over 6 years it’s the last!

Standing in line now for over an hour just to pick up they dont have not one person to come help for a pickup....
