I normally rent here. Today had done it. I was totally discriminated against with a process I have witness multiple times happen but all of a sudden for me it can’t be done. I appreciate the one girl that use to help me often. She always made sure I get the best rates and leave with what I’m looking for. Sevina(don’t mean to butcher her name) but that’s who started this ball to roll down hill. She was not the best help in explanation or even communicating really. I felt nothing but discrimination talking to that girl. Thanks again to the other girl I’m use to but I won’t be seeing you anymore.

Friendly staff, affordable rental prices, but I was given a rental with bad tags! Like wow it wasnt good, I definitely didnt enjoy getting pulled over for the tags when I had important things to do.

Absolutely terrible!! We will never rent from them ever again!! AWFUL costumer service, unreliable cars. Weve rented twice from them both at Budget in Temecula, and Avis in Murrieta. They are unprofessional, cars are not being taken care of, nor do they take the time to fill the gas tank before renting them out. We have had 2 BAD experiences now at both locations. Temecula locations manager had purple hickies on her neck, I waited 15 minutes to return a car while she was on speaker phone with her childrens school. She didnt do any type of walk through before we took the car. Murrieta location didnt have the car ready, we waited an extra 30-40 minutes to get a car that had engine trouble and an empty tank of gas. Had to switch it out at their victorville location which added an extra hour to our trip. When we returned the car to murrieta I had to get upset before they would offer us any type of reimbursment. No compensation for the fact that we filled the car before leaving on our trip, again before dropping it off in Victorville, and making sure the car we returned was full when we returned it to Murrieta. I will pay more to rent from Enterprise next time. Dont waste your time or money.

Where do I begin, Well I pre paid for my rental, and they decided at check in to make a new rental reservation for more than my pre payment(without telling me). Upon returning the vehicle Joe Brizuela decided to charge me for not bringing the car back full. He also said I didnt prepay for my rental. I showed him the email that had proof of my prepayment, He said that he doesnt understand what he is looking for while reading my conformation email. I was frustrated because im sure he has received a conformation email when he rents a car, but anyway.After are conversation he said he would handle the situation and call corporate on monday and call me on Monday with updated information. And still double charge me for one rental. But you guessed it right I recieved no call from Joe Brizuela so I called customer service my self, The total for my rental was 208 when i pre paid 172, i asked Avis why my rental is so much. I was told that I didnt return the car full. Well here is the picture of the staff giving me the car on 1/4 of a tank(hmmmmmm). Go figure. Its been over a week and I had to make a 2nd phone call to finally get my money refunded to my account, Why they double charged me I dont know. But I can assure you I wont return here, my friends, family and co workers for sure will not be referenced to come here. I would rather pay more at Hertz, or Enterprise than to deal with Liars who up charge, and dont take the time to understand the situation. So you have been warned, go at your own risk

Started out as a good experience. I reserved the cheapest car they had for 5 days, but was upgraded for free to a mid-size when I got there. Car was fine, nothing wrong with it or my whole drive to and from and around Vegas. However, when I returned it, they either told me they were going to charge me an $100 cleaning fee for the inside of the car or I could go clean it myself. I did not know about this charge and had no time to clean it my self as I had other engagements and they close at noon on Sundays. It wasnt even that dirty honestly. Just a little bit of dirt dust on the driver side and a handful of dog hair in the back that I had mostly already lint rolled up. If Im paying $280 to rent a car for 4-5 days, I feel a little bit of mess is gonna happen to anyone. And fine if they want to charge me a fee for it, bu $100?!?! I could have went an got the car detailed inside and out for that when all it needed was a quick wipe down and a quick vaccum in the back. Will not be going back.

Not too bad but in my opinion Enterprise is much better because they handle billing for your insurance and Avis doesnt so it was a bit of a hassle but the staff and car were very nice!
