Went on vacation only to come home to a flood that managed to work its way into every room on the bottom floor. I have never had to deal with water damage before so I was a little worried about the lasting affect but the guys from SERVPRO Murrieta restored my confidence. They worked tirelessly and made sure we were not inconvenienced during the process. It took a few days to complete the work and I am happy with the results. Thanks Noah, David and the Valos team. Anthony was very helpful through our experience with our home being damaged by water, he walked us through the process of everything. He had the best team come in and pack all of our belongings. He would come by to check on things and to ensure that everything was on track and going well. Any questions I had asked, he had all the right answers to make me feel at ease with my home. If I called him to ask a question, he was quick to respond to it by calling me back right away. I must say the team that helped was amazing.. I was speechless, the thing I don’t wish anyone can experience is a flooded home. I went out to dinner with my family for a few hours and got home to a flooded home. Who woulda known a little toilet hose could flood a house so fast. Our supply pipe flooded our home when we walked into the house it was raining from upstairs. Tony and his whole team that was with him was great they cleaned up quickly, they were fast and on time when they said they would come. Another thing that shocked me was that this was probably one of the cleanest service companies I’ve ever used at my house. Very happy I chose this company to take care of a property I manage in Murrieta. Tenants had items damaged all over the place. Im a 40 + year General Contractor and I Have Been Watching These People Rip Off Homeowners For Years. Im In The Process Of Filing a Complaint With The Contractors Board. In addition Im Going After Their Bonding Company and Will Probably Take Them To Court.
