I was absolutely amazed at the great job Josh did cleaning our driftwood color Italian porcelain wood grain tile/grout & light gray carpet.I’ve had bad experiences using other floor cleaning companies before, but now my tile & grout looks incredible.....almost as new as the day we moved in!And that’s saying a lot considering we wanted to get our flooring done in 2020 but postponed due to pandemic, so the flooring was pretty bad!I will absolutely use Home Perfect Restoration again regularly for our flooring needs from now on and the price was extremely competitive!!Thank you Josh and thank you to entire Home Perfect Restoration team!!

I can’t say enough about the attention to detail they used when cleaning my carpets. They used their extra big strong vacuum to vacuum my carpets then spray the neutralizer for the pet stains. Then Began cleaning the carpets. They really went over the selected areas thoroughly to make sure they got all the pet areas thoroughly cleaned. Then they turned their attention to my sofa and love seat. When they were done, they looked brand new. What a great way to start my spring clean.

We had a great experience. The tile is so bright it shines. Carpet & 2 couches were done and they very clean too. Very reasonable prices.

I had Home Perfect Restoration clean my carpets throughout my home, as well as my sofa, sectional, ottoman and love seat. Everything looks great! I noticed a small after everything dried the following day. I called and they came out the following day and got it out without any issue. Very happy with the work they do. I have been lucky enough to have Eli as my stone care specialist every time I needed my stone cleaned. He is always on time and very professional. I just recently had my Taravertine cleaned and resealed and it looks brand new. Absolutely beautiful!! It is rare to have the same specialist for this many years. Their crew called to give me an update on the expected arrival time and once again when they were just a few minutes away, which I really appreciated.Brandon and Ely were very friendly and courteous. With temps in the high 90s, they cleaned two area rugs we had set up in our driveway. They also carried a small couch outside to be cleaned. They were very careful to wear foot coverings to protect our floors as well as Covid-19 masks.They did excellent work and we are very happy with the results. Great ease of booking with Home Perfect. The Office Manager was responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. The team of Georgie showed up ahead of scheduled time and were professional upon entering our home. I showed George the areas of tile and grout we needed cleaned and sealed. He inquired if we were first time customers and or military (nice surprise those were 2 discounts offered). I signed the quote/contract and the team got to work. They were cautious with our flooring and appliances laying down mats and taping up our stainless steel appliances . They worked well as a team and got the job done within the original 2 hour arrival time window which was great! Our floors look remarkably clean. From start to finish, from contacting the company about a quote to the wonderful employees leaving after a hard days work, Home Perfect Restoration was, well, PERFECT!Eli and Josh cleaned our tile floors to their original grout color! They also took a tired shower and made it gleam! Our area rug was sad and dirty but now it looks immaculate! Im not sure who their boss is but, someone needs to tell them to definitely give them a raise!They not only worked VERY hard but the were punctual, courteous and quick! It was a little pricier than someOf the others we talked to but well worth the little bit extra we paid. The results are amazing. Years of wear and tear and pet accidents disappeared and we were left with carpet that looks and feels brand new. The crew that came out were timely, professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I am not surprised that our service from Home Perfect Restoration was excellent! We have had them before for a water leak and they were so professional and did an excellent job! This time for a carpet cleaning! Our carpets are so clean and fresh! We got an estimate to do our Travertine tile and will be doing that also. This is the best company! They vacuumed prior to shampooing the carpet! No other company we have used in the past ever vacuumed! We are so happy and reasonable! We are happy campers! We will use them again!

I’m SO grateful to Home Perfect Restoration! When our washing machine malfunctioned and flooded most of our downstairs, I called and they sent a team right away. We worked with them for the entire mitigation and restoration process, and I can happily say they were professional, punctual, courteous and honest in all phases of the work. They patiently answered every question I had (which were many, as this was the first time I’d dealt with something like this.) They returned my calls quickly, too, and they worked with our insurance adjuster to make what could have been a very stressful situation not stressful at all! I purchased a Pool Heater, pricing was good over $2,500. I had received an email from Home Perfect showing a picture and description of the Heater stating Free Shipping on All items over $99. I talked with Christy (Very Polite) and told her and she said not for this Item because of being Freight, I said it states All Items but I still had to pay for Shipping, Very Deceiving!!
