Have been with them since moving to Murrieta 5 years ago. Marley and Susan are both very professional and helpful. When we call in they know who we are without having to give a policy number. Its that kind of customer service that differentiates them from other insurance providers. I would highly recommend them.

I have been with State farm for over 19 years and with this office for the past 15 yrs. Susan is absolutly amazing, she is always availible and responds to any email request immediately. I had a teen driver and she always made sure that we had the best polices and discounts! We have multiple policys with Statefarm and we are very pleased with the customer service we always receive.

The blonde lady Susan was the absolute rudest person Ive ever come in contact with, I wont ever go back to state farm because of her. She ruined my day from the start at 8 am when I showed up. If this is a representation of how all state farms Id be ashamed to ever work or let alone use their services.
