They do not properly understand Utah towing laws on when to provide owners their vehicles. They should definitely educate themselves on Utah code 72-9-603 section 19. As that specific mandate was not professionally executed by this company in my case.The dude in the office was helpful nontheless.

Took hours to get to me did other runs even though I was already in line...if you were in salt lake City and you are broken down do not use this service unless you plan on setting for hours............

This company likes to sit in parking lots and boot any car that parks and doesnt immediately go into the business. I walked out of the parking lot for less than 5 minutes, before I returned and had planned on going to eat were I was parked. If you dont pay cash up front youll get towed.

I am an insurance agent in Salt Lake. I had a client in a bind who didnt have towing coverage on his policy, but still needed his vehicle towing to his mechanic. The guys at Atomic dropped everything to help my client with towing service. The price was excellent, and they treated me with respect. I called other towing companies in Murray, and they told me to take a hike!!!! Only use Atomic if you are looking for a tow in Murray!

They were very professional about everything. I knew I was in the wrong when I parked where it had a sign of no parking. I was upset to see my car gone but at least it was safe and taken with care and not stolen. Thank you.

This horrible company stole my van, and when I tried to come in and get my belongings out of it, the crooked owner told me I have to pay them all the money I owe them to get my stuff out. ILL SEE YOU IN COURT!

These guys are crooks! State approved theft is what it is! They prey off others pain! Rotten to the core! They towed 2 of my vehicles from private property without any kind of warnings, where i had permission to park them and there were absolutely no signs posted stating any kind of parking rules or regulations, so when i called the company the guy tells me that i would have to pay $215 each vehicle then after hearing that i was emotionally upset the guy gave a little chuckle and said PLUS they HAVE to both be registered before leaving my lot! And when i stated that i know that they dont HAVE to be registered according to the law, since they were towed from private property, where they were parked because they werent legally drivable; the guy proceeded to tell me well then i guess Ill just keep them then! Im floored at the complete crookedness of this company! They are unreasonable and downright scandalous! I will be contacting BBB regarding this company and its standards! These guys are just plain evil and rotten!

They were rude on the phone. Told me they would not talk to me about my car again. At 251.00 to tow a car, they are thieves. I called at 7 am, and they wouldnt release my car until 6 pm.there was nothing I needed except to pay the outrageous fees.

Worst company ever.This company booted my wifes car while she was sitting ,waiting inside her car picking up a friend in front of Wal-Mart where there are no signs posted stating no parking etc. They charged me $80 and said they could only accept cash. Utah State law States that they can only change $75 maximum amount for the first 24 hours. They are also required to accept credit and debit cards. They are also not allowed to boot a vehicle while a person occupies the vehicle. I will be contacting the department of commerce, Butter Business Beaurea, Consumer protection, and the Utah State Attorney General. I promise to make this my mission to make sure this company pays the price for there illegal practices. They need to learn a lesson that they are not above the law. I Hope the $80 was worth all the problems Im about to start. Game on.
