Used Shawn Grays services for a small bathroom remodel. Overall workmanship was good. The project management and or communication is bad. Had a project overrun by 12 percent WITHOUT communication of added cost untill it came time to pay the bill. While there was a discussion of truss replacement and additional 250 verbally it only required 2x4 piece of plywood. Yet I was charged the entire 250. I was also charged toilet assembly of 160 which I did not know about till final bill was presented to me. Finally, after new vanity was installed the mirror and light fixture were hung back on the original place which was off-center by a foot. I was told that I would have to pay 65 $ extra to center. Old toilet were supposed to be removed and towel rack hardware had to be hung up after completion. Completion was Wednesday. He said he could not finish untill next Monday but had the time to come and collect the bill. Will not be using this guy again. Would not recommend. During to lack of communication skills, common sense and or lack of project management skills.

Id you need Kitchen and bathroom remodel or restoration done right definitely call this guys
