Ordered large window. Took about 8 weeks to get installed. Glass was cracked on installation day. Been waiting for 4 weeks for it to be replaced. Install crew and customer service representatives are polite and professional. Even with the delays I would do business with them again. They handled the issues the best they could. The salesperson was available to answer me before and after the transaction. Overall, its been a good experience, especially coming from someone in the customer service industry and someone that usually does these types of projects myself.

I’ve had multiple updates on my home from the floors to the roof and I wanted to comment here that the new window installation was the least stressful out of all the repairs I’ve had done thanks to the installation crew! My windows arrived when they said they would and in just a few hours all 12 old windows had been removed and replaced, a large picture window installed in my living room and everything cleaned up just as quick as it was brought out! 10/10 would recommend! I wanted the windows black on the outside and white on the inside but the cost was out of my price range so they gave me another option of doing a black painted frame and it looks amazing with my shutters and roof!

I just had new windows installed from Window world out of Murfreesborolast month. The install crew did a horrible job with my windows, The Caulking job on the outside is just messy and does not look professional.They also broke my shutters and put them back on upside-down anddid not tell me that they had broken anything, They also left trash allover my yard, I would give them no stars but google would not let me,I am not sure how this company got so many good reviews when thisis the best they can do, If you want new windows do not shop herebecause they will never call you back.

I did my research and I decided on window world for all of my replacement windows and doors. After reading these wonderful reviews, I had very high expectations. I placed my order in July of 2020 and my install was in October of 2020. 3 Doors, 10 windows totaling $12,053, paid in cash. The install went well, though we did have our brand new hardwood floors damaged, it looks like an electric saw was sat done on it while it was still running, I cant prove it though, so I did not even mention it.We did have an issue with our door, the outside framing was the wrong color and it had a half inch gap from the top of the door frame to the brick. I pointed this out in the day of the install. It took several phone calls from me to get this resolved. First my phone call to the office to tell them it was the wrong color, then another phone to find out when someone would come out, then after someone came out, another phone call to get an update on when it would be corrected, then two more phone calls after that to finally get it scheduled.The door frame was finally replaced with the right color on 01/08/2021, but I was still left with the gap at the top of the door between the frame and the brick. Keep in mind that that this gap is also allowing moisture to accumulate behind the doorframe and in the walls around our newly installed door.As of today 01/29/2021, I still had not heard anything from anyone at Window World about what will be done to correct this issue, no ETA, not even a phone call letting me know that a part has been ordered or they are working on it, nothing, not one word.I finally called today, once again to get an update myself. I was told that they dont give weekly updates. Well, I have never asked for weekly updates, all I have asked is some kind of communication and some regular update, dont just leave me in the dark.I can understand delays and scheduling issues, I get that. It has been a difficult year for manufacturing and for the workforce in general, but what I cannot understand is not communicating these delays to your customers. I would have completely satisfied and would not have written this review had someone at Window World in Murfreesboro, done 2 things.1. Contacted me to give provide me with some kind of regular updates, not weekly updates, just regular updates. Something as simple as Mr. Turner, we have your part on order, we do not have an ETA, but we have not forgot about you. I will follow up in a couple of weeks and see where we are at. That would have been completely acceptable and I would have been happy with that.2. Mr. Turner, lets figure out a temporary solution to help avoid any water damage to your home and the door you just purchased.Unfortunately, not one time has anyone from Window World picked up the phone to call me, other than to reschedule the install date at the very last minute.Until all of this, we planned on using Window World to replace our siding this spring and to do some updates for us on other properties. That will not happen now, I will not give anymore of my hard earned money to a company that does not appreciate my business.My advice to anyone considering using Window World, think twice about and if you still go ahead with them, do not expect much in the way of customer service after they have your money.

We had a problem with a window which was installed a few months prior. When we called, Window World immediately order a replacement. When it came in, they set up an appointment with us and were very prompt in their arrival time. The gentleman was very courteous and very professional. He abided by COVID specifications and was respectful of our home. He replaced the window and gave us pointers to make opening and closing the window easier. We are very pleased with Window World of Murfreesboro, the employees, and the windows. We highly recommend them will definitely call them again when we replace other windows.

I shopped around and even considered installing the new windows I needed myself, but Window World gave me a price comparable to other installers, but their product and warranty were both significantly better than what I found elsewhere. The installers were prompt, efficient, incredibly courteous, and professional. When I had a concern about how one of the windows fit, they fixed it immediately, saying that their main concern was that I was satisfied with my new investment. I have more windows to replace on my home and you can bet that Ill be calling Window World when replacement is in the budget!

Purchased sliding glass door. Love the door. The installers were exceptional! Initially we liked the sales person who came to our home and sold us the door. However, we noticed some weird things about the door that the salesman did not disclose to us prior to us purchasing the door. For example, the door comes standard with a small grey fuzzy thing at the bottom thats apparently supposed to block air. But its visible 100% of the time, which takes away film the visual appeal. Also, we have water come through on the k side of the door which the installation manager came to look at for us post installation. He explained that its standard and will exit through the weep holes. However, this means that when it rains, water is on the inside of the door. Not a huge deal. But we paid almost 2k for this door and probably wouldnt have if we knew about these odd details. But installers were AWESOME and super knowledgeable on all areas.

From salesmen to installers, I was pleased with the purchase and installation of windows on a rental property.It remains to be seen if their warranty support is as good as advertised. But so far the experience has been mostly positive.The one unexpected aspect surprised me. The new windows take up about 70% of the original window sill. I was unprepared to lose that space and have to figure out how to re-install the blinds which fit in the space with the old windows.

Window World offered me the exact same window and lifetime limited warranty for almost half the price of some of their competitors. The salesman was thorough and professional. The folks that installed my windows were both friendly and courteous. Everything went just great. I couldn’t be more satisfied!!

We had gutters installed on the back side of our home and the people that came to install them were friendly and fast! They did a wonderful job and would recommend them highly!

The end result was incredible. My installer was worth every penny and went above and beyond. My only complaint is that there was no update or communication from window world about the status of my window of if and when it was completed. And then they called and rescheduled 3 times. The entire process too a month longer than quoted. There was no apology or acknowledgement of this issue from WW either.

Just had new windows put in by window world not only did they do a great job on the windows but there was wood under siding that was rotting and they replaced that and also replaced my storm door. These guys were great! The did two units in our complex on the same day. The first unit involved windows on two levels. Neither were simple remove-replace situation. There was a lot of siding issues to deal with and the fact that these units are 45 years old did not help. The two men worked relentlessly for 10+ hours with very few breaks. They cleaned up and left nothing behind. I HIGHLY recommend these two men. They ROCK!!

Overall, love the product, but pricey, delivery took longer than discussed, install scheduling was more of a headache than necessary, and i had to make some adjustments myself to frame and storm door handle. 5 stars for product itself.

When I bought my house I was aware that the windows would need to be replaced. I researched area window companies and chose Window World. I certainly made the right choice. Their salesman Jimbo came to my home and gave a stellar presentation on their product. The quality and warranty are exceptional. After deciding what style to order, Jimbo took accurate measurements and the order was placed. The estimated time for manufacture was spot on. The installation team lead by Jose were prompt and the entire team was very professional and courteous. They cleaned up after the install and showed how to fully operate the windows for easy cleaning. I love the new look it gives the house. Jimbo also took the time to call me personally after the install to be sure I was completely satisfied. That is excellent customer service! I am so happy with my experience that I will be using Window World again when the sunporch is redone for more windows to be installed.

I had two windows replaced in a historical home in Murfreesboro the installers were very professional, courteous, detailed, clean, and I’m very happy with the product. I would definitely use Window World again! Oh and I had several quotes, Window World beat them all.

Worst Home Remodel Experience I Have Ever Had. It took 3 different days off from work spread over 18 weeks just to get 5 replacement windows installed. First, the salesman incorrectly measured a window, so one window was not going to be installed on the first installation day. Also on that first day, 2 wrong windows were installed. They were supposed to have grids, but they were clear. The next time they came, the grids were the wrong type on two other windows and the wrong size had been brought for a third window. During this ridiculously long, drawn out process with mistake after mistake, I would regularly be told they would check on the status with the manufacturer and get right back to me. I would hear nothing only to have to contact them again because they would never follow up. Their excuse was always just: Sorry, it was a manufacturer error. I didnt do business with the manufacturer, I did business with Window World. My honest advice: Dont walk, RUN away from Window World of Murfreesboro!!

Window World probably does sell a satisfactory replacement window package, but their sales tactics need some serious improvement, especially from the salesperson standpoint. We originally wanted to replace the worst wood windows in our home with vinyl/metal replacement windows. We received a quote for 5-6 windows. Salesperson advised he didnt think we we really needed all of them replaced, including the sills. We decided a day later that we just wanted to replace all 11 windows, all inclusive, including the same package(s) that were on the original quote, and the salesperson, Jimbo, gave us another estimated quote based off the increased quantity, which seemed really reasonable. We told him that we were happy with that price, but that WAS the max we were spending, and that if he could not make all this happen for that price, just to not return, that it would be a waste of time. He returned 3/23/19. After about two minutes of talking, we realized (and so did he) that the price he quoted did NOT include all the items we were interested in, and therefore it was not possible for him to put forth a contract at that price. He does manipulate the quote to appear it was meeting the number he originally quoted, but only to delete a major portion of the core package (energy package, warranty, screens, etc). Unfortunately, he did not state upfront that he had taken off core items to reduce the quote. This was highly deceptive, and I was only made aware of this after I sent the franchise owner an email (we had already asked the salesperson to leave because of the change in numbers). Even after contacting the CEO of Window World, and the Director of Sales, no action was taken to honor what we were originally quoted. We decided it was not worth our time any longer to deal with Window World because of these issues. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing with these folks, and never go for an estimate. Highly disappointed that we wasted two days with this company with no results. Good luck!

After getting other estimates for new windows, I went with Window World. Two of my neighbors used them, had good experiences and recommended them to us. It took a while for our windows to come in (6 weeks) but when they came in we were called and installation was scheduled for the next week. The installers (Nick & Jordan) were great, they knew what they were doing and were quick and efficient. They were quick, but took their time to do things right. It was obvious they took pride in their work, craftsmen, something you don’t see much of anymore. Overall my experience with Window World was great, the windows and new doors they provided and installed work flawlessly and the installers, Nick and Jordan made the experience a pleasure. I would recommend them to anyone needing new windows or doors.

These folks were super nice, thoroughly informed me of their exact process, answered all my questions, (although I had very few because they were so thorough), they were efficient, (done in about 3 hours or so and installed 2 large picture windows and 2 standard size windows). So far, this has been one very incompetent company. I have waited 24 weeks since ordering a specialty window ( 6 double hung windows under an arched window) and it still has not been completed. I registered for my TVA rebates three weeks ago, and Window World has still not done their part for my rebate because the window is not finished. Frustrated? You betcha! I would NOT recommend Murfreesboro Window World to anyone. If you are ordering windows from them, do yourself a favor and make certain that they show you what the windows will look like from the OUTSIDE on your home.

Several people scared me telling me how tiny my windows would be with replacements. My windows size didnt change. They worked diligently even through a rainstorm, nonstop, to get the job done.

First day we were told this crew liked to get an early start, and that they would be here about 7 or 7:30. They didnt show up until almost 9! No call to let us know theyd be late. No communication whatsoever. Then they seemed to not know how to remove windows from a home with siding! They were pulling it and cracking and breaking it instead of removing it or telling someone Hey we dont know how to do this or something. Suddenly they were telling us that a 1 or 2 day job was going to take 5! One of the doors came damaged and had to be replaced. The other door was damaged by one of the installers and had to be replaced. Hubby showed me the door and the window they were working on. He asked what time the field supervisor would be making the rounds so we could ask him about the doors. The lead installer said Nah, he wont be coming out today. He never even called anyone to say there was a problem. I guess that crew was just going to do what they could and destroy my house and not care. I got angry about their blasé attitude, so when I called the company about the damage to the door I told them about the window problem and asked for a supervisor to come out. He was an hour away and came right out. While waiting they put in the front door and got frustrated with it and hammered too hard and too fast and damaged the sill and the frame. The supervisor came and helped them correctly remove the old window and install the new one. He took pictures of the doors. He called the office and arranged for another crew with a experience in siding to come out 3 days later and finish up correctly. That night I stepped on a sharp piece of siding that had been left on my bedroom floor. So the new crew doesnt get here until almost 11am! No call until after I call the company to see if theyre coming, then about 20 minutes later I got a voice mail that theyd be here in a few minutes. They did very good work, they were very neat and thorough, and got 4 of the remaining 11 windows done in spite of taking an hour and a half lunch. They said theyd be back the next morning about 9am to do the other 7 windows. They didnt show until after 10:30am, again no communication. They claimed they didnt call because they didnt think I would answer the phone. SO WHAT?? Leave a voice mail like you did yesterday! Sheesh! But they did finish all the windows that day. They did excellent work, they were friendly and patient and answered all of my questions. They used drop cloths and kept everything clean and made sure they cleaned up after themselves. They even cleaned up the mess of screws the previous crew had left on my porch! The doors didnt come in for another month. I had to call the company to get information when I had not yet received word by the time they were supposed to be in. They werent in yet, should be in about a week. I called back at that time and the doors were in. Why had no one called to make an installation appointment? The same people came out and installed the doors.Overall, Im very satisfied. That second crew turned out to be just awesome. The lead guys name was Robert Ingram (Bobby), he works with his wife and son.
