They were very professional and helped me get belongings out of my car, they helped get tags out of vehicle. Brandi was very sweet and professional!! Highly recommend!!!

I wouldnt allow these people to tow anything of mine because theyre theives. Someone from that place of business went into my sons wrecked car the day he removed some things out of his car. While doing this he left his wallet in the driver seat by mistake. The yard is padlocked and combination locked with a Pitbull roaming the yard for security. Someone tried to charge $398.19 to my sons bank but he has a fraud detection with the bank. We are currently going through an dispute with the bank. A police report has been filed and we will be pressing charges. This happened on 02/06/2021. THEYRE THIEVES!!!!!!DONT DO IT!!!!!

Very shaddy, demand cash only... Who does business in cash only in 2021... $250 in a tow less than 5 miles.... Beware of them and Murfreesboro police urging you to use them

An employee of mine had a fender bender at the office. The vehicle sustained minor grill damage. The vehicle was less that 10 feet from company property parking . The officer contacted Perkins Towing and Recovery without permission (that has been addressed with the Eagleville Police Department. They have apologized and offered to pay all charges. However, when Perkins arrived to back the car up twenty feet they required $200 cash or they would impound the vehicle. My employee did not have $200 cash on her. The woman in the wrecker was extremely rude shouting. you better find the $200. My vehicle was driven onto the wrecker, towed against my wishes, and impounded pending payment on their lot for $40 per day. I then was required to tow the vehicle back to my company. This is totally unacceptable. Most people are not going to have $200 cash on them. (Especially young or single moms, etc.) Perkins Towing and Recovery should not be allowed to demand cash or impound the vehicle.

I was headed home one morning after taking my kids to school and my car began acting funny I pulled over and called Perkins Towing and was able to get my car towed home quickly and at a very reasonable price!

These people are very rude ... I had to call the cops to get my dads truck out of their property and they don’t even take cards ... cash only ... I would not use them $250 to tow 3 miles to their place and $40 a day that it sits there and $100 filing fee that I’m sure that probably is just a extra charge ... hence why they only take cash . The owner I believe it is is rude as well a grown man running at me a woman telling me get off his property and to whoop his wife ... very unprofessional !

The owner was very nice. I called him several times due to being seriously injured in my car accident. He responded with an ok. He was very helpful and never gave me a hard time. I really appreciated his patience with me considering that I had spent 3 weeks in the hospital and rehab.

If i could give 0 stars I would. My car broke down on me and i couldnt get it moved until the late evening. City police called and said it was fine where it was for up to 48 hours. When i was able to go get it, it was gone. County went out and called perkins to tow it. I am extremely low income and this company wants to charge $200 to get my broken down car that Im already stressing on how to fix die to it being my only means on transportation for my 3 children and myself. County told me to call and see if there was any way perkins could waive the fee die to the situation. Perkins said theres absolutely nothing they can do. I guess when you work with the shady rutherford county sheriffs office you cant help that you have no heart it understanding for people who really need a break for once!!! Shame on this company!
