I rented a townhouse from Cornerstone/Jones Construction for almost 5 yrs. Julia and the team there were very attentive to anything that needed to be done while I was a tenant. Ive been living in my home for 2 years now and love it. Never once had a problem with the landlord, or anything for that matter. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. They worked with me and helped me get into a house asap. Awesome people!!

Great company! I havent had any problems what so ever with the landlords. Any time I have put in a work order they have gotten it done in a timely manner. Ive had a great experience so far and plan to continue renting through Cornerstone as needed!

SCAM ALERT!!! This place is scamming people! Julia especially! Fiance and I applied for a house through their website. Application asks about misdemeanor and felony convictions. neither of us have been convicted of anything, yet we were denied because of our convictions!!! DO NOT APPLY FOR A HOUSE THROUGH THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND ACT LIKE YOU HAVE CONVICTIONS YOU DONT HAVE AND HAVE PROOF THAT YOU HAVE NO CONVICTIONS!!!!!!

My experience with this landlord has been a nightmare. I went through a rough patch with my health advised landlord and set up payment plan. every since i set up this payment plan she messages me every other week threatening to send me to the attorney because she adds a extra 1000 on my account out the blue. it was her mistake but she was so determined that she was right i had to make her count up everything for her to realize she was wrong. not to mention i was in the hospital and she told me SHE DID NOT WANT THE STORY JUST BRING ME THE MONEY. This was after I asked could i bring in the money two days prior and she did not respond. She will send you calls to voicemail if she feels that you are unimportant to her. I am looking for a new place to move due to her yelling at me to just bring the money and her unprofessional attitude all together. I wouldnt rent from them again because landlord Julia Samuelson will try and railroad you to try and get more money or evict you every chance she gets.
