This company went above and beyond to make my first moving experience a great one today! Aaron was awesome with the entire process from booking, communication, and leading an amazing team of movers. They showed up when they told me they would be there, were friendly, professional, and worked efficiently. They were quick but also super careful with loading and unloading all of my furniture up a big flight of stairs, taking apart and setting up my bed and large mirror that attaches to my dresser for me. The price was super reasonable and I would highly recommend their services!

I got quotes from lots of companies to help me move from Antioch to Nipper’s Corner. Murfreesboro Movers were much more affordable and had great reviews so I gave them a try. I was very pleased! They came on time and worked consistently, and they were troopers with the stairs and the heat. I was quoted at 4 hours, but I knew it would be more like 6 and was right. The only thing was one of my dressers was scratched but can be easily fixed. I would recommend them to a friend.

The guys arrived on time which was great. I wish could’ve given them 5 stars, but a few of my items/my home was damaged. It’s been almost a month since our move, I’ve had time evaluate everything. The day of our move it was very hot, I know they wanted to hurry up and get things done. My husband’s desk was broken in the process and they didn’t have room to put on the truck. My stand up deep freeze was balanced at my other house, it was just dropped off in the garage unbalanced and now it won’t close properly. The floor in our brand new house in the office was damaged when they moved the clock in the room. Other than that the move went good. Or as good as it could go. I would recommend again, but not on a such a hot day.

Nothing was wrapped. Scratches and dents on furniture. Mattresses got dirty from being slid on the concrete without any covering. Everything was not moved because we were told it might be better for us to take it due to the truck being to big and things would move around. SO, we had to make several trips by car to get the rest of our things such as framed pictures. I pointed out the indention on the bed and the worked took a pic and called his manager. NEVER heard back. Asked the person in charge of the team what to do. He said, you can get a little paint and touch it up it. REALLY! If someone scratched and dented your car and you said those words...not acceptable. The men, also, dripped sweat all over our leather sofa and when it was mentioned, they said, Oh, sorry, we will clean it up. Never happened. Still have not heard back. It has been a MONTH. Called, emailed, filed a claim...no response from Murfreesboro Movers. Spoke with Scott, Aaron and John all claiming this issue will be addressed and made right. NO ONE HAS called or emailed. Now when I call, I have to leave a message and get no response. We sent $600. to get only part of our belongings moved and damaged. This company upfront presents well, but in truth...they are not reputable. Once they get you to sign a contact and get your money...they are done.08/13/21- Update - response from business is not truthful vet dishonest. I was told…by the office staff, that the claim would be honored even though it was a few days from the 24 hours time frame. Who can find all the damages when moving in 24 hrs??? I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau regarding this. I have recorded phone conversations with each employee. Emails sent with no responses. Phone logs of all the calls made to the company and not one response. This is a horrible way to do business. Very unethical. So disappointed.

So, when I called Murfreesboro Movers to get a quote, I was explained the cost and promised that there were no hidden fees. I still reluctantly booked service, thinking there would be extra charges.I received a call to confirm my appointment the day before my move. On moving day I received a text letting me know when they were on their way. They arrived on time, went over the paperwork, we walked through the house together and they started right to work.They moved in a timely manner and took great care while handling my furnishings. I have many antiques, some that to me are priceless. I was so impressed with the way they carefully moved my valuable items. They treated them as I would have, maybe better.At the end of the day, all of my belongings were delivered with no damage. I was charged exactly what I was told. No hidden charges as promised.Im not easily impressed, Murfreesboro Movers however, thoroughly impressed me!

I called 4 or 5 companies to get quotes for service from Murfreesboro to Portage, IN. Murfreesboro Movers had the best quote (almost $1,000 less than their nearest competitor) and good ratings. The quote came with a promise that it would not exceed a specified amount.I paid the estimated price upfront when I signed the contract. And, I expected that I would be charged more (the higher not to exceed price) at the end of the job. However, when the job was finished, there were no additional charges,The crews that loaded and unloaded were great, They started loading one morning and the next morning they were here in Portage to deliver, just as promised!This is a great company and it was a pleasure to do business with them.

After reviewing estimates from several companies, for a move from Murfreesboro to Davenport, Iowa, I decided to use Murfreesboro Movers. I received an estimate of cost and a Not to Exceed price. The estimate was about $750 less than the Not to Exceed price. They explained that the higher price would be charged if there were unforeseen circumstances such as fuel price increases, traffic leading to more travel time or other delays not caused by the company.I thought when it was all said and done that I would be paying the higher of the two and I would have been perfectly fine with doing so since it was still less than the other estimates that I received. However, I was charged the estimated amount. I was simply amazed!Quality service for great value. I highly recommend.

We have used this company multiple times with no issue in the past. We recently used them again just a few months ago back at the beginning of May. The guys that helped us move were wonderful, so this is not a bad review of them. In the process of the move however one of our TVs ended up with a cracked screen. We followed the procedure that was given to us for filing a claim and have attempted to reach out several times with no response. Even if there wasn’t going to be any kind of refund/reimbursement for the damage, it would have been nice to at least receive a follow up on this.

I was a little reluctant to use them but, as a senior on a fixed income I needed it done as economically as possible. They were Great to say the least. I have many antique pieces that have been in NY family for years, some over 100 years, including the bed that my mother gave birth to me on 88 years ago. They were patient to me and very helpful throughout the move. Everything was well taken care of and I can highly recommend them to anyone.
