The good: fast professional oil change. The tech was friendly and efficient. I was able to wait in my car.The bad: no fluid or tire checksThe ugly: almost $100. High quality full synthetic oil, but that still seems really high.Bottom line: ok if you are in a rush and can’t get to your usual car place that will do this for 1/2 or 1/3 the price.

The tech was nice but that’s the only positive thing I have to say about this business.It’s run down, dirty, and the service is terrible. The tech dropped oil and that’s it. The filter wasn’t changed, the other fluids weren’t topped off, nothing else was checked period! I sat in my truck and watched it happen. I’ll be moving on somewhere else to get my truck serviced. New customers reading this, find another place to get your oil changed.

Wow... after being a loyal customer for years to this location, I will NEVER be coming back.Charged me almost $100 for the oil change but did not even bother to do the inspection like they always have. Did not top off any other fluids, did not check my cabin filter,and did not even check my tire pressure and add as needed. EVEN WITH THE LIGHT ON IN THE CAR AND I LEFT IT RUNNING FOR YOU. I am almost afraid you all did not even bother to do the oil change correctly...did you actually dump the old oil and change my filter? Because it is VERY hard to believe... NEVER RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE

Use to work here back in the day and sad to say really sad how it is now. Service slow. 4 bays and only 2 used. No one in uniform. And quality not the best. No saftey checks after service of the car. Price is really bad but wont count it against them with the hard times. That said one thing ill point out is the poor comunication with customers on what they are having done. Will i come back more then likely no.

Waited for 10 mins behind 1 car being serviced. No one came out to speak to me. It was an hour before closing but I would have thought the guy would have ackowledged me. Looked like there were only 2 guys working anyway.

These guys are fast and friendly. Just make sure you let them know up front exactly what you want done. By telling them up front they dont spend time checking your air filter, cabin filter, etc.

This facility has had great people and great service. Unfortunately, the owner and general manager only care about numbers not quality. They have let some very good people go for some very petty reasons. Just because you have the right to fire in this state, does not mean its the right thing to do. Store management and leadership are constantly going above and beyond to ensure customers do not notice the holes in their leadership.

My son took his truck in to have oil changed. Immediately were attended to, asked a few questions and Gave us some options, my son uses full synthetic in his Avalanche and he states prices were fair except for the extra $10 for the oil filter. Besides that ,they were very friendly and knowledgeable. Even showed us the oil before and after the change, definitely will be back

Theo was the one who serviced my vehicle. I didnt have to wait more than a second when I pulled into the back to be directed on what to do. He greeted me with a smile and immediately asked what he could do and explained what options were available. The whole process took no longer than 15 minutes, and he told me every single thing that was done to the car. The price at the end was exactly as told at the start, no hidden or added on fees.Chris was another mechanic on at that time, and he was also very friendly!Jennifer handled the check out and she was helpful and delightful.Awesome experience!

This place is amazing! They were able to get me in and out within an hour. They showed me the dipstick before the changed my oil, then after. They told me about my filter and my coolant fluid. They have no pressure in making the decisions, but told me it would be a good idea to flush the coolant system. They were very honest and friendly. I will definitely be going back!

If I come to youre establishment at this time and youre techs are not in masks wearing gloves for the protection of youre customers I will not use youre service.

Just had my first experience with this place. I was immediately greeted by friendly faces and it was a smooth and quick process. Granted, there was only one other car. I started taking my cars to this establishment since March 2015. Always had a great experience and the prices were reasonable.Today I took two cars for Oil and Filter Change, and all of a sudden got hit with a Premium Oil Filter charge of $8.99 for my SUV and $4.99 for my sedan. Doesnt a Full Service Oil and Filter change supposed to include the filter??? After all, you are already paying $36.99 for full service.When I inquire why the premium filter charge, I was told that it was a non-common filter for the SUV, first time I hear this since owning the SUV since 2009.I then asked why the $4.99 filter charge on my Sedan, and was told that its been always like that and the previous times (3) I was charged incorrectly.So basically they quietly increased the prices without being up front about it. Which truly bothers me. Honesty should be a core value on a business...Ill be taking my business (3 cars) somewhere else.

Ive been using this Mobil location for several years now. I am a car enthusiast and drive high end stuff. They have always been more than fair and I trust the husband / wife team that manages this location. When your oil changes are routinely $150-$200 per car it nice to see the same faces, and know your car is in good hands.I had one -- very minor issue a few years ago, it was resolved without question.This is not a shop that constantly attempts to up sell or overcharge you for filters, etc. When Ive needed extra coolant or a new air filter -- its always discussed before hand and charges are clearly disclosed.When it comes to routine service, you get what you pay for. Whether you drive a honda civic or high end european car -- this store will take care of you.I see some reviews about price changes -- thats part of life, oil prices fluctuate. I save about 50% over dealer oil change prices -- every time.

Didnt put the fluids I asked them to refill in. And if they did they put it in the wrong tank. In that case of my truck tears up you will be paying for it... Dont go to these guys they cant follow simple directions.

This place is awesome, I had never been there before and Im one of those guys who change my own oil except when its cold outside but the price of this place and the speed of the service makes me want to just let them do it from now on.

JT and company are honest hard-working men. I had a cooling system issue so I came in for a coolant flush. They showed and thoroughly explained what was wrong with my cooling system for no charge. It was like receiving a free diagnostic. I highly suggest seeing these guys to keep your car running at optimum.

My experience felt more like a NASCAR pit-stop, than an oil change for my SUV.After, I was directed into the bay a lady came to my window and just said, full service? To which I replied, no, just an oil change. She then, disappeared and was not seen until she gave me the bill. Which was confusing to me because I wasnt asked what type of oil I would like, or shown the oil on the dipstick after the new oil had been added, nothing was shown nor ran by me. So, I asked what type of oil was put into my SUV? I was told it was whatever was on the cap, so I asked if i could have full synthetic (which is what Ive used for 3+ years now). After, I said that it seemed like I had just broken the news to her that her house had caught on fire and all 23 of her cats had died.From the moment I declined the FULL SERVICE oil change, I was treated like I didnt matter. It felt like I didnt have a choice to what was put into my SUV.I will never go back to this place and I will never tell anyone else to go here either.
