Eagle Rider process and staff were exceptional. Great experience at a fair price. I got what I expected wasn’t hit with surprise costs at any point. Bike was in great shape and I will do business with Eagle Rider again!

Company needs to be more customer focused. Attitude is this is it, take it or leave it. They need to understand that not all customer want the same thing and need to learn to bend a little. I would rather drive to Chattanooga or Pigeon Forge the rent from these folks.

Hmmmm Where to begin. The first bike I requested was already rented.Their web site didnt block it off. No big deal, Ill take the Springfield. Same price so Im ok with that. Then I get an email about the other bike I rented for my GF. The previous person blew the motor?? So no Scout. The rental mgr, Kelly was good enough to allow my GF to try a different bike. If she didnt like it and decided to ride 2 up, we would not be charged for her rental. She decided on a Victory 8-ball. We were charged the same as a Scout, good deal! We changed the day we were to pickup the bikes, no problem, we were not charged extra to alter the reservation. The bikes were in good shape, newer tires and mechanically no problems. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Id rent again from them.

I rented my Harley in Hollywood , Ft Lauderdale fL , The bike was super nice and all but the best thing was the employees at the shop . They were very helpful and friendly and made me feel very special . I enjoyed them and enjoyed their bike immensely. If you are looking to rent a bike I would highly recommend them and I am sure they are just as easy to deal with if you are buying a bike in the area as well

Overall a good experience. THe motorcycle was nice and reliable for the most part. The only issue was when it had a mechanical failure due to an error message on start up. I could not start the bike and was stranded still 178 miles from my one-way destination and 470 miles from Nashville, where I rented the bike. I called and they initially were unable to help me so, with the manager, we made arrangments to have the bike towed and I was going to rent a car to get back home. The manager promised to make an adjustment to the rental for the lost day. After I removed all the gear from the bike, took off my riding gear and got into shorts (it was 98 degrees) made reservations for a car, and made arrangments for the hotel to hold on to my gear and luggage, I got a call from a technician who had a possible work-around. We tried it and it worked and the bike started. Hallelujah! we decided to ride it in to Dallas and did so with no problems, although we were delayed a few of hours, causing us to ride in the hottest part of the day, which I was trying to avoid. But they got the bike up and running so good. I called the next day to ask for an adjustment to the rental due to the substantial inconvenience, but was denied. I believe that in the interst of good customer service, this would be understood. Other than that, the experience overall was good and the motorcycle in good shape. Otherwise Id give it 5 stars.
