I was set up on automatic payments, which went fine for 2 months. Then I began receiving calls of past due balances. When I called to straighten this out, they fixed their error but I was then overcharged for two months of service. When I caught this, they told me it was because I had called in to order an upgraded service. I explained that I had done no such thing and there is no record of that call occurring (they record customer service calls). This was over two weeks ago and they refuse to credit back the money they overcharged. These people are crooks.

I hired Weed Man in March. I cannot even begin to express my disappointment with this company. I paid them to come out and treat my yard. My yard is EMBARRASSING!!! Then in August I feel I was duped into buying a treatment to get rid of grub worms in my yard.. I thought it was a one time treatment... NOPE they tacked on another 30.00 a month for that service over the last 4 months. My backyard doesn;t look horrible like the front so I was curious as to why my front yard looked so horrible. I got another company to come out and assess the yard. According to this yard service all grass is not the same. Whatever they used on my grass in my front yard was not correct!!! So, now I am left with this yard that truthfully... looked better with the weeds than it does now.. Lesson Learned.. We will do it ourselves, for alot less!!!

I had their annual service for about 8 months. At first they were good, but then they wouldnt come out when they said they would, this happened at least 15 times. When they finally did come out to Airate my lawn, this was after they told me 6 times previously they were coming, they kept trying to come out within 2 days to spray weed killer. This kills the grass seed they literally just spread. I called six times to straighten this out and each time they said they fixed it. Then one day later, Id get another text saying they planned on coming out the next day. Look, they are polite, but the left hand certainly doesnt know what the right hand is doing. I paid for a service to not have the burden of having to deal with all this on my own. Turns out having their service is more work then doing it myself. Check around before you settle.

I really like Weed Man company, they have taken my yard from a patch of weeds and rocks to this!!!!! Highly recommend.

Weed Man is always ready to sell, but not follow through with a good job. It seems its more important to see how fast they can finish to go to the next job. They are extremely difficult to reach unless you press extension 2 for sales. Extension 1 is for loyal customers which they usually do not answer. You have to leave a message. This is not what they advertise. On oct.9 they were to aerate and over seed. This is a service they also did last fall very poorly and it did not take. Because of this they were not charging this fall. They failed to contact me or schedule the service. Again they did not answer but I got thru to sales and he sold me another service saying I would love the results and thats when he scheduled my seeding for Oct 9. which was a week later. They came and it was another bad job. I tried to talk to them and it was like a recorded message instead of a real person. They did not care. Again they were very speedy doing the job so much that they didnt have good results. The seeding was very sparse and some areas I could not find a seed. I was expecting them to make a special effort since this was a make up for last year! Again I called, they didnt answer, I pressed 2 for sales he said I needed to talk to Allison, transferred me and she said she would have someone out n 1 to 2 days. Its been over a week now. No one has called or come. Again Ive called and no answered. Ive left messages, no one will return my call. Ive also contacted a manager Richard. I left him 2 messages and he will not return my call either. I continued business with them after they said they would fix the problem and have for at least 3 yrs. Not anymore. I will no longer do any business with this company.

Well I had rated this company a one star. Garrett Called to help me about my concerns, he went above and beyond explaining and understanding my issues. I thank him for taking the time out of the day to try and make the process better for others and trying to keep a customer. He is an asset to this company.

When I scheduled an appointment, they said someone would be out in the next 7 days,its been about 2weeks now,still no service.No type of follow up,I no longer desire any service from them.

I have used this company for two years and it has been a horrible experience. The first year they killed all the weeds in my yard and I didnt have ANY grass left. They assured me that the following spring it would be better. They failed to seed my entire yard and killed part of my neighbors grass. The grass that did grow was beautiful, but only lasted temporarily. They scheduled me for overseeding and aeration, but failed to show up and never called me to let me know that they werent coming or to reschedule my appointment. I have contacted them several times and was told the manager would reschedule the appointment and I have not heard anything back from them yet. Needless to say I will be cancelling my services with them. They are extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend their services.

On the verge of changing to a different service! Every blade of grass they planted has died! Looked great at first then terrible now! They said it had brown spot what ever that is! My back yard wasn’t treated and it looks great!

The weed control is absolutely horrid. Even after a year there was no progress with our yard. Extremely dissatisfied with the so called “final” result. Would not recommend this care to anybody. If I could I would give them a lower review than one star.

Having neglected the yard for a few years, it was really bad, pretty much all weeds. I expressed this concern to the Weed Man representative who visited my house. He assured me that there was a significant amount of desirable grass in and below the weeds. Since the price of the service was VERY competitive compared to the big name national places I decided to risk it.A few weeks after the first service, I was a little worried, there were large patches of almost nothing. Now, a month later, the yard is almost all filled in and has never looked better. This is after starting late, and only now halfway through summer.As I mentioned, we started a little late, so my services have been accelerated a bit, these guys have been around quite a bit... the technicians are always super courteous and professional. I also regularly get follow up calls from the office staff confirming the service was completed, and inquiring if I had any questions or concerns.I would definitely recommend using Weed Man, given the effectiveness comparative to cost, the courtesy and professionalism of the team is a bonus.

They do a great job on my yard. I live in a new home and I have had them out there since day one. I have Bermuda grass at the advice of one of your techs. He was spot on as he knew I needed something that required less maintenance. As I am having a hard time getting someone to answer my emails and calls I figured Id publically publish my email requesting to terminate services and why. Hopefully I will be contacted after this and if anyone is considering doing business with them, you can learn from my experience:Hello,I would like to cancel my services. I just signed up a few days ago and I have seen too many inconsistencies, which makes me very uncomfortable to proceed with business. I was under the impression that Weed Man was a complete service which included lawn mowing. I made it clear to the sales rep that was my priority and she never clarified that that is not a service you all provide. I found out later talking to a friend. While I was setting things up with one of your reps, she said my quote for the basic package would be $50 a month. I mentioned that I had a door hanger add with a discount and she said that would bring down my monthly to $40 a month. I thought that was so great and agreed to continue. Well I just recieved the document laying out payment and it says $57 a month, with a one time discount of $40. None of this information is what I recieved from the sales rep who already had mislead me to believe lawn mowing was included. I understand times are tough on local businesses but lying about services and prices is not the way to get customers. I am incredibly disappointed and Id only been a customer for a few days.Looking forward to hearing back.

I contacted Weedman in May to have weeds removed in my yard. I quickly got an estimate and a promise to receive services. I was hoping it would be completed when I returned from vacation 3 weeks later. When I returned nothing had been done. This is now 3 weeks from my first call. I called again and was told they had my address wrong and someone would be out. So I wait a little longer. During all this time I have received 3 texts saying they would be at my house the next day. It is now the first of July and still no service! Now when I call I cant get a live person. I left a message today cancelling all services! I waited 6 weeks for nothing!

We hired them to improve our yard. All they did is spray chemicals to kill all greenery. Now we are left with mud and no lawn at all. No offer to fix it or seed the yard. We have asked repeatedly for a manager to visit our property. No one has visited. You are better off treating your own yard than using them. Save your money and do not call them.NOTE: the below comment from them is staged. That is a fake email address to try to respond to offset this bad review. Just another reason to not use them.

The complaint I have is that I was told by Rick that I would get a call by the technician 24 hours before their arrival, and I never received a call. The technician stated that the office should have given me a call. Not sure who is supposed to call me, but I would appreciate a call on the next visit, especially because I told Rick that I would really like to be here for the first visit so that I would have proper expectations. The tech sat in front of my house for a good while, and when he finally came to say hello he said that he had been waiting on his boss to show up, but then he called his boss and was told that he wasn’t coming. Seems like a lot of miscommunication with in the company, and I’m not feeling confident in my choice to have you treat my yard.

A technician from weed Man came by my house today named DJ to do my aeration and over seeeding. I must say his quality of work is the best I’ve ever seenTo top it all off 30 minutes after he left the manager came by to do quality-control to in sure the work was up to par with their standards I must say after having multiple lawn care companies over the years I’ve never had anyone come out just to inspect and be sure the quality of work is being done!

My only experience with Weed Man is them sending young folks door-to-door around dinner time selling their services. Worse, theyve been coached not to take a simple No Thanks as an answer. In this day of social media, there is no excuse for commercial businesses to use such tactics. If it takes in-person, high pressure sales to get people to use their services, youve got to wonder why.

Knocking on doors at 7:30pm, some people have small kids that are in bed at that time. I will be getting a lawn service this year, but not from the weed man.

The service is fine. THEY NEVER STOP CALLING! Even if youre using the service, they always call you to spend more. There is always something else you need to do. Even after discontinuing the service and asking not to be called, the calls continue and then start back up the next year. If you call them, its like asking those foreign telemarketers who brazenly disobey our laws to please call you over and over. STAY AWAY FROM WEED MAN! THERE ARE OTHER COMPANIES THAT DONT HOUND YOU OVER AND OVER AGAIN TO USE THEIR SERVICE!

I have never used this company, but they have come to my door twice in the past couple of months, one time AFTER 8pm and the other time at 7:30pm asking to do a free lawn analysis. First, its dark. Second, it is way too late to do any kind of door-to-door sales. This really turns me off from every wanting to use their services.

Every year my yard is the only yard in the sub without wild onion and early weed growth.

Missed spots. Awful service. Awful lawn. Can’t get in contact with customer service.

Called and sat on hold for 10 min with no answer.
