Wayne’s took over our account when they bought out another company. It has been the worst service. We pay during summer months for mosquito treatment in the yard due to having three kids. Wayne’s will either not show up at all or spray right before it rains. I have asked on several occasions about the rain and the inspector would assure me that the spray will still work. My kids get bites all the time now. They claim that they come and do service during the day but not one camera at our home shows they were there. This has been ongoing for over year now. The customer service ladies are really nice but their hands are tied when scheduling. It is usually another week or longer before they can come back out. My last straw was when the inspector text me at 1AM to let me know he didn’t come and that he would come soon. I do recommend Wayne’s. We are canceling everything with them.

When Waynes acquired Kirklands Pest Control, we were a little disappointed. Mostly because we thought wed lose our service tech. Tanya Edson. So, a couple of things. We are so glad that she stayed with Waynes and was put back on her original route after being moved for a couple of months. She is a quality tech! She spends time with us to make sure all is well. And, if we have any questions or problems, shes on it! A true professional with a great attitude! And shes even entertaining at times. :) To the Waynes team...you are blessed to have her, as we are. Were sticking around.

Eddie is truly an asset to the company. Ever since moving out here to Pleasant view I’ve developed quickly a spider problem in my new home. But Eddie representing Waynes Pest control rapidly showed up was on time and Was extremely helpful providing me with expectations of treatment. During upon completing the exterior treatment. It started to lightly drizzle. He was kind enough to let me know that if it got much worse than this After he left . For me to call the company And he would be back out again to retreat the entire exterior. All in all he took his time explaining things to watch out for leading to the little pesky critters in my home. Including the timeline for the treatment to take home. Ultimately this is the first time I’ve ever use this company and I really appreciate it. And intend on keeping them on service. Eddie thank you very much

I will admit when Priority Pest, whom I had used for over 10 years, sold to Waynes, I was apprehensive. I am delighted to report my fears of not having as good of service as with Priority are completely unfounded! The Mt Juliet office staff is professional, courteous and quickly schedule monthly service or the rare retreats that might be needed. Dallas is amazing, caring and concerned, a true delight to work with! Keenan my Pest Control Tech is always on time, professional, courteous and excellent at keeping my home free of any pests. Ive had some pretty bad experiences with other companies in the past because of their technicians, but Keenan makes up for ALL that! My initial service after Wayne took over from PEST went well. Kyle came like usual and did a fine job. Last week we were informed our termite inspection had been done. Surprised since it was not scheduled and we were out of town. Upon our return there is no indication anyone touched the termite boxes, let alone inspected or replaced anything. Plus there could not have been any inside inspection since we were gone. Pretty lousy way of doing termite inspection. I am sure the $295 invoice is on the way. 🤬 Updated my star ranking down from 5 stars.

Our service tech was very friendly, kind to our dogs, informative and efficient. The service provided was handled quickly, as well.The only thing we don’t like is paying double what our neighbors are paying, because we were not “grandfathered in”. I wish there would be some way to honor some of it, or give us a year at the same rate and then change all of us in the neighborhood to the current rate.Other than that- great service. We appreciate it.

$600 for a brown recluse treatments that was no more than spraying baseboards, putting $20 Delta Dust in outlets and literally throwing glue traps under beds/dressers. They didn’t sweep any webs, spray the outside, or retrieve the glue traps like said they would. When completed they told me I could use essential oils or get home bug defense to use…why would I do that after spending this amount!? The I had to go fix every glue trap to place against a wall.I had a 30 minute conversation about my experience and was never told what their warranty is, no understanding of my concerns of this not being a valuable service for the very minimal work for the high cost and was still begged to let them come back for the monthly charge. After being quoted $500-$600 and it’s automatically the higher-I would not recommend this specific treatment. Two other companies have come out since and explains that they would do a similar service but also sweep the entire house inside & out…for less than $300.

Annual service for termites. Scheduled early due to seeing some flying termites in sunroom. In ground containers checked and refilled as needed. House checked for any sign of termite and none found.

I’ve been a customer for 5 years. In that time we’ve had some really good experiences with various representatives. Chris Davis, most recently, is a great communicator. He is personable, and on top of all that he has to do during his daily shift, he makes it a point to reach out and let me know that my yard is on his schedule, then follows up with a report and another text letting me know that the yard has been serviced. The yard has been well maintained, and I have never had an issue getting a timely resolution to any problem. I highly recommend Wayne’s.

Our pest guys is awesome! The only bummer is our mulch gets blown all over the place. It’s not a huge deal, but using a regular leaf blower when spraying is complete to clean that up would be appreciated.

Not the same since Waynes took over the company or Covid19. Techs wont treat in the house due to Covid19. Last tech walked around the house for 5 min with a duster and left,, didnt even put any products down or leave a few bug traps for the the corners in your garage.

The associate arrived on time. I went out to greet him and he said “I was at your neighbors the other day. I hope your house isn’t as bad as hers.” I was a little surprised by his comment so I tried to just blow it off. I thought he should not have made any comment about the state of my neighbors house.He came into the house and looked in our cabinets and said we were supposed to have removed all canned goods and dishes. I told him we were told by Sam that we only had to remove items that had been opened and were not in tightly sealed containers. I also said that we had not been told to remove dishes. We just thought we had to wash them before we used them.I asked if he wanted us to move things to the kitchen table and he said there was no time for that, he needed to get started. I said okay I need to get my cats out. I had the carriers in the living room, all I had to do was put them in them and take to the car. He seemed very upset that I had not already moved the cats but I was not going to put them in the car and have them be out there for a long time before he showed up. It took me about 15 minutes To put cats in car and leave.My roommate stayed behind with the dogs. He did leave and ran a couple errands and left the associate there by himself which I did nit know he planned to do.We had been told we had to have the animals out of the house for four hours after the associate sprayed. The associate told my roommate they only had to be out for two hours. I called Sam, who had told us the four hour time frame and he said we we should do whatever the associate said. This made it very hard to know what to do.I called my roommate around 12:30 and he said the associate left between 10:30-10:45. I kept the cats out another hour and took them back.I do not know where the associate sprayed since no one was in the house when he sprayed. He was supposed to spray downstairs and upstairs along the hallway wall.I have not seen a noticeable decrease in roaches in the house. I thought I would see a decrease and then a surge when eggs hatched. There are a lot of baby roaches but there are still a great number of adults too. I am very disappointed in this.Belle Meade exterminators came highly recommended to me but when Sam came out he was with Wayne’s. The associate said Wayne’s must have bought Belle Meade because they had been buying up a lot of smaller businesses.Now I have received a letter that they will no longer be spraying in the house because of COVID 19 unless they can’t do the job without spraying inside. I don’t see how they can combat the roaches without spraying inside where they live. I have not called to discuss this with them.

They do a thorough check of the exterior of my home annually to ensure that my home is termite free.🙏

Absolutely the WORST. Very poor business practices. My first visit was good and that was about it. They came to spray once and then never came back even though I paid for months. By then my yard had been completely taken over by weeds. I called Wayne’s to understand why they haven’t been out. He replies well we’ve been out twice since your first service. I informed him I have security cameras and no one has been to the property. He replied, “ well this happens sometimes, we go to the wrong house.” How do you service the house once and then forget where it was? At that time I was the last house on the street so it wasn’t like they did my neighbors instead of mine. The manager and sales reps will not return my call. Have not been issued a refund for service I paid for yet never received. Cherry on top is new service reps continue to call me to “win me back” as a customer. When I explain what happened previously they say they’ll have the manager call me, yet never happens. Clearly want to take your money but, not back up their customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I received a bill from Wayne’s stating that I owed for a year of service effective immediately. Of course I was not pleased as I didn’t sign any agreement. I did however build a new house and it was part of the first year through our builder that I was t aware of.Anyway, I called and was pretty snarky with Dallas in the local office. All I can say is Dallas stayed steady through the entire phone call, was very knowledgeable and explained why I received the bill. Not only that, she really did go above and beyond to help me understand the need to have a service in place even if it wasn’t with Wayne’s. Wow, no one does that anymore. A perfect example of caring about people, their homes and families. She followed up with me as promised and we both agreed that I would keep Wayne’s in place.I cannot express ENOUGH how impressed I was with Dallas. She is an absolute asset to your company. She is THE reason I am your customer. I hope she will see how much her customers appreciate her.
