This company did the termite inspection prior to us obtaining our home . So being new to Tennessee we decided to obtained their services for our interior & exterior inspection for bugs , spiders etc. The technician was friendly & courteous. He answered all of our questions & concerns. He explainedThings that we were able to totally understand.We will certainly be having this company service our home in a regular bases.Their plan prices are also very reasonable!

We received a free service as a move in perk. The guy was very friendly and Im sure based on what he told us about how long he had been in the business that he was knowledgeable. However I find sometimes people who have been doing things for a long time very lazily do the job. I saw him spraying the baseboards and it seemed very sparse and he skipped quite a bit of space. This service is meant to convince me to continue but I dont think I will. Then he put a sign in the yard without asking.

Cant speak highly enough of our experience with Northwest so far. Eric was very responsive and helpful getting us setup. Then Matt came out today for the service and I was very impressed with his knowledge, he was personable and professional, and punctual. Highly recommend their service so far, and now have peace of mind in being in good hands against bugs!

This is not only the best pest control company I have ever worked with, but this is some of the best customer service and communication Ive experienced in home services in general. I originally spoke with Blake to schedule someone to come out and inspect my house. He went above and beyond all of my expectations by answering questions and helping me understand the companys process. He then sent out Dakota to do our inspection and Dakota has done an excellent job of communicating, helping us learn what issues we have and how to treat them (skunks, termites, mice, and squirrels in and under the house). Their follow up was incredibly informative and Im grateful they were able to come to my house so quickly. You cant go wrong with Northwest Exterminating.

The guy was great and very informative but the prices are just a bit extreme and most of them guided to push you into getting the best services because the lower tier services are just not effective enough.

There quality of product just doesnt work.l was on a quarterly contract and with not very good results I canceled and only had them come out on several occasions after that. When I reached out this last time they wanted to charge me double to come out and spray. Very independent company with less than adequate customer service.

Mike Wells is the main person that services my home and he is excellent. He goes above and beyond and carefully assesses the problem as he is developing a treatment plan. We had a great experience with Northwest Exterminating and I highly recommend them - I have already recommended them to my parents and coworker! We got our termite system reinstated after it lapsed when the previous owners moved, and Dakota came out to check the system for needed repairs etc. He didnt rush, did a good job checking the traps, explained what he was doing and answered my many questions; he explained the options I had and I didnt feel pressured, which I always appreciate. I felt comfortable with his assessment and could tell he had great expertise. The team came to fix the system when Dakota said they would, and I could tell they did a good job. Overall a great experience and I feel like our house is protected from termites!

From the first phone call to the final report Northwest is a joy to work with. I must say in particular I just had an inspection done by Dakota Jones and what a great person to work with. He represents what I believe is their top to bottom professionalism and as the face of Northwest in the field couldnt represent them better.

In decades we have never met such a dedicated, professional, knowledgeable serviceman as we found in Dakota Jones. He educated us on all the issues that often come in buying a new home.Dakota went out of his way, and spent many hours, and even returned again to our home to schedule a timeline of the most important items that should be done first. I was glad to hear that there were so many services that Northwest could provide for us from Termite Control , Insulation for our attic as well as exclusions, and provide dehumidifiers for problem areas.If able ask for Dakota; he is the epitome of a true professional.

Approximately 3 years ago Northwest Exterminating was sitting in front of my house when I arrived home from work. That year we had small ants in our bathroom. I walked over to the man sitting in the Northwest Exterminating truck and asked him about it. He said I needed to put Termite traps around my house and he would spray the inside and outside of the house. I asked what it was cost. It was about 600 dollars. I said okay sure go ahead and do it and I will pay it in full and I did not want a contract. He said sure no problem. I paid them in full after the install of the traps and spraying was complete. The sales person and installer were extremely nice. The installer did hit an electrical line when using an auger to install my termite traps and I told him its okay Ill fix it. That cost me nearly 900 dollars. I should have had them fix it but no big deal. It is what it is. The problem I have is Northwest proceeded to charge my bank card a monthly fee. Immediately I questioned it and explained I paid for the service up front and did not want a contract. They apologized and said they would fix it. Then I started getting bills in the mail. I once again disputed the billing very politely and the person I spoke to on the phone became agitated that I didnt want monthly service and shortly thereafter hung up on me because I wouldnt buy the monthly service. Nearly two years late I get a collection notice from Northwest. I called the credit office of the contact person on the notice and again explained I did not sign up for a monthly service and I paid for a one time install and service. The lady I spoke was extremely nice. She researched it and called me back to inform me they would take care of it. Today, a man from Northwest Extermination shows up at my from door and says, Mr Harris we just want to confirm you dont want to continue your service. I once again explain the situation at which point he tells me, okay we are going to remove all the traps around your house. I politely said sure no problem, take them all out... Now I am sitting here watching this guy on my 16 camera home video surveillance system dig up my landscaping around my house removing these 3 year old traps. I am dumbfounded. Not a good company in my experience. By the way, the ants never went away. I had to go to Lowes and get bug spray and sticky traps to get the tiny ants out of my bathroom.

I had a moisture barrier installed in my crawlspace by Northwest this week, and I couldn’t be happier with the hard work put in by techs Rey and Raymond. They went the extra mile, especially since the previous owner of my home had left a ton of debris and parts of an old HVAC unit under the house. They reconnected two A/C ducts that had come apart, so the crawlspace was being air-conditioned! Rey also spotted a small leak coming from one of our bathroom drains and notified us so we could have it checked. Now the crawlspace is clean, dry, and protected. Thank you so much for a job well done!

First they had a billing error. Then the substitute tells me all they spray is the doors and windows. Nothing for flying things coming in. Nothing for things already inside! I just want the spiders killed!

Im pleased with Northwest Exterminating. The guys are always professional as well as friendly. They are also reasonably priced in my opinion. Free inspection, $149 for the initial treatment and then $89 every quarter. To me that is worth it because I had a mouse problem in my attic & they setup traps up there. Luckily there was no mice damage, just mouse tunnels. But the products they use work. And they dont smell like harsh, toxic chemicals, either. Not only did they treat for mice in my attic, they also treated the inside and outside of my town home. And he was here for a good hour. Id say these guys are pretty thorough

OVER & ABOVE - Michael, with Northwest Exterminating, came to our home on Monday, April 22, 2019 for our Quarterly service. The office called ahead for an appointment. Michael does a thorough job each visit. On this particular visit he went out of his way to show true care for his customer. My husband had started to mow the yard prior to his arrival n the belt got stuck n then was flopping. My father n husband could not fix n we were going to have to load in trailer n return to repair job. Michael saw my husband’s distress, we were his last appointment of the day, so he gave of his personal time and got it fixed n my husband was able to finish mowing the yard n no trip to repair shop. My husband had a stroke at 59 yrs of age 10 years ago n previously he would have been able to fix now it is impossible for him n very frustrating. Michael recognized this frustration n acted as a friend an lended a hand. I so appreciate his care n time! If was a true bright spot in a frustrating day. Northwest has an employee named Chris. He has been our exterminator rep. for the last year. Chris is punctual, friendly and very knowledgable. He always takes the time to explain the different situations pertaining to our specific pest control needs. He is patient with questions and concerns.On a different note, he saved my wifes life when she thought she was Evil Kanievel on our zero turn mower. He ran to her rescue when she popped a wheelie while getting stuck in the telephone ploes guide wires. Way to go Chris!

Ray and Raymond are the most wonderful technicians! Our house was crazy infested with mice. They had to spend two days up in our attic removing all the old insulation and then the next day filling it with all new insulation. A mouse was stuck to a glue trap and it upset me and Raymond told me how to remove the mouse without hurting him and I appreciated it greatly. We were worried about the insulation being in the air because insulation is dangerous but they taught us that they use insulation that is recycled material and doesn’t have fiberglass in it. Their machine that sprays the insulation got overheated and they had to spend a long time trying to cool it down and then they were back to work. They are very hard workers and never complained once and were very nice to us and professional and informative. I appreciate them so much!!! Seriously the best people to deal with a horrible problem.

Americare said that we have had termites and need a $600 treatment to take care of them. They sent me a picture of a termite tube in my garage, which is actually a mud dauber (wasp) tube. I had Northwest Exterminating come out and give a second opinion. Nothing found, so theyre providing a clear termite letter for $45. Thanks Northwest Exterminating for running an honest business!!
