24-hour service which really came in handy for us

When I first started coming to this laundromat a year ago it was nice. Price was decent an place was clean. The only downfall was no public restroom. Now as of my experience the last few weeks. I will not be back. The place is unkept none of the dryers work the washers are leaking water an not washing clothes properly. It hasn’t been cleaned dryer sheets mildew clothes everywhere there was blood on the floor. Dryers are full of lint detergent ports are mildewed. Very disappointed.

Clean enough but a lot of the machines are out of order and the change machine for $20 bills is not working. Also, its in a hard to get location from a drivers standpoint.

Will not go here EVER AGAIN. will not recommend to ANYONE at all.The gentleman that came in to clean the place was very nice and helpful.Thats why rated a 2 otherwise 1 star.

Had to reuse a washer just to get all the water spinner out of my clothes because the first one I use didn’t get all the water out properly. And if you use the dryer and start it then stop it but don’t start it back up the time will run out on it’s own. Really just a rip off don’t recommend sending anyone there. Won’t ever come again.

Dirty and neglected. Everything is broken. Hands down worst laundromat I have ever been to.

Came here and it was pretty quiet, hardly anyone here. But, after I put my clothes in the dryer, the power must have been cut off, because I came back to a completely unlit place with soaking wet clothes. The electric company was there and didn’t say a word.

Average laundromat. There were washing machines that took quarters, then others that had kind of card system, a little confusing. Was clean inside, but bathroom was out of order.

Its definitely a clean place, however when it comes to questions like how do I get set up for drop off service is horrible I called the number and they were rude. Also there are n ok bathrooms or its locked so in called and they said its for paying customers only well... Im pay5and still no bathroom and no attendant to talk to either a two yr old is not gonna wait to find a bathroom as far as the washers go they have more card machines than non card machines just seems weird. I go because its close other than that km looking for a better spot.

Why is the bathroom always locked. Not fair to pay to wash clothes and cant even use restroom....

Absolutely disgusting- Health department need to do an inspection on this company!!!The washing machines have mildew/mold inside the machine.

Owner replaced card system with coin operated machines. Much better and more machines available! Also has new manager and attendants cleaning and comjngbin regularly. Bathroom was clean, open during the day when I was there and my kids watched cartoons. Good for us! See ya next weekend.

It was ok, it wasnt too clean the floor need sweeping and mopping. The machines were clean

Washer did not fill all the way up. No hot water. No Wi-Fi as advertised clean but not efficient. Well go to a different laundromat next time. And I pulled my jeans out and they were still dirty had dirt on them. I use laundromats regularly but truly this is the poorest excuse for laundromat in my experience.

Ok new to the area went by Google.DONT WAIST YOUR TIME COMING HERE TO DO LAUNDRY!!!!!New card machine is not giving cards at this time, no one working here to get help, put close in one machine and detergent and fabric softener and MONEY in a big machine and door wont lock so wont work. Again no one here to talk to.Moved over to smaller machines most of them the cards. Doing multiple loads in the two that I can use, now the dryers 8 that are non card- one doesnt work, the rest are the card out of about 20. Oh and no restroom either. AGAIN DONT WAIST TIME HERE!!!!!

Very clean however the washers did not fill completely and the hot water. Did not work.....my clothes didnt seem very clean after washing I wont be returning

Its a wash is pretty washed up. This used to be a really nice place to do laundry. The neglect is very clear. Half the washing machines only operate with a card system, while more than half the dryers operate via coin or by a card. Its Insane.

Absolutely best laundromat around. Family owned, clean, and well maintained. Theres WI- FI and cable to help keep the kids entertained and it is very conveniently located for me.They have recently done some renovations that look amazing! Brand new tile flooring, updated light fixtures, and some other things.Its a wash is by far my favorite laundromat in Murfreesboro!

Not bad. The attendant on duty was polite. Could use a cleaning. Safe place, has Internet.

This places is so disgusting!!! I have seen so many bugs in here!! The floors always have water on them! A lawsuit waiting to happen!! Good job owners you have a terrible place of ownership. Have some passion for your own business😡😡 will never come back!!!

The laundry mat was clean and nice but the dryers sucked......I used over $5.00 trying to dry clothes and they still werent dry.....

Change machine is never working when I go there. The electronic credit machines have never worked. The whole place was filthy with trash and dirty machines.

Self service laundry mat but its a little expensive

Mostly clean, fast washers.

Clean laundromat that is well maintained by owners. If fact they were onsite during my visit. Free wifi and a tv to keep busy when doing laundry. Love the reloadable card so I dont have to carry cash!

Been here a few times. Its not perfect but not the worst Ive seen. As of posting its closed due to fire damage. Id give it a few weeks since theyre remodeling too.

No restroom never see no attendant wash at your own risk no one clearly runs this place but casper everything in the place takes money so dont look for a refund

Its pretty bad when someone is getting paid to keep the place clean but instead they are having their kids do it while they sit on their ass in the back on their phone !!!!!!
