On the day of installation, our two professional installers arrived slightly early, which was perfect, and always better than late as happens with many companies. Our installation occurred in August with expected highs in the upper 90’s. Despite higher temperatures, our installation commenced without delay.Due to working the night before I asked if our two gentlemen needed anything, as I was going to need sleep in order to proceed with another night of work. To my surprise, I awoke to a nearly complete new garage floor, which included a coating on three layers of cinder block and wood steps leading into our home. The garage looked amazing, and several near by neighbors came to examine the final product. All were impressed with our transformation, as was I. The amount of detail Guardian Garage floors put into coating our garage, including around a newly installed water purification and softening system was amazing. The garage was completed on time, and done with extreme attention to detail.We are very pleased with Guardian Garage Floors, and would recommend their work to anyone looking to transform their floor into a work of art. I strongly feel our garage floor will be protected for life against wear and tear, which is one of the many promises Guardian offers in the promise guarantee. To say the least, I am satisfied with our floor and the price we paid. From initial quote to completed product, Guardian Garage Floor was easy and professional to work with.

Guardian did an outstanding job on our garage floor. This is something that I have wanted to do for a long time. The finished product is everything I had hoped it would be. It looks really nice. I don’t slip on it, even with wet feet. It’s clean and it’s easy to clean up. I literally stood in the garage and just enjoyed it for a while once it was dry. I almost don’t want to put garage clutter back in there. I expect that it will be durable and beautiful for years to come. That’s the product. I would also like to say that the TEAM was equally impressive. Our sales consultant was friendly and helpful, but not pushy. The installation team were beyond professional; really great guys. First of all, these guys showed up not just on time, but 10 minutes early. Just like the sales guy who came out to give me a quote, the installer walked through and explained what he was going to be doing clearly and we talked about a few concerns around my garage I had. These guys got after it and did very good work, finishing my very large garage by 4pm. The surface is phenomenal and Im excited how bright and clean my garage is now. The only downside is the floor made my walls look really dingy in comparison (ha!). Obviously, this is only a few days after install and Ill baby it for a while, but the surface feels hard and resilient now that it has cured. A good value for the money considering the look, protection, and warranty.

The crew was right on time and very professional. They explained what they were going to do and started immediately. The floor came out better than I expected. It is absolutely beautiful.

The whole process was awesome to watch from start to finish. The guys got there around 745 for an 8-9 appointment start time, finished the job around 3pm. The garage had something looking like oxide paint on the floor when they started, when they finished it looked like a showroom floor. They got in and sand / scrubbed it down then vacuumed all the dust off. Laid down the various coatings for the 3 layers (base, color chipping, seal coat) and knocked the project down like you would expect from the pros.

Our floors are beautiful. We had our garage floors, screen-in patio floor, outside patio floor and covered front porch floor treated. Just love the look! Jeff has been a real delight to work with for our projects. Could not be happier and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Guardian.

Due to many large items in our garage,including a refrigerator and freezer, we elected to have the Guardian Garage Flooring done over a two day period with time in between to allow the first half of the floor coating time to cure. The workmen were both professional and efficient as they applied the various materials to the floor. Although expensive, the end result presents a much improved appearance to our garage.

They worked quickly and efficiently. The job is done well and the floors look beautiful. They explained very clearly what needed to be done and cleaned up their mess afterwards.

The crew was experienced in the floor installation, providing me confidence in their work, even though it was a cold day. The installation proceeded without hesitation.It is two days after the installation and I have walked my entire 1000 sf garage and see nothing that needs correction. The top, clear coat does have some associated odor, but it has dissipated a great deal. The garage doors were left open for 10 hours after the installation to allow the space to air-out.I anticipate years of pride in my Guardian garage floor.

Guardian Garage did a wonderful job at my home garage. Scheduling the home assessment was an ease and they were very professional. They showed me many options for the floor coatings and once we decided to go with one the next process was scheduling a time and date. They do not have metallic coatings, they only have the ones with flakes. They gave me a courtesy call two weeks prior to installation date and showed up exactly at the time they said they would. They gave me an estimated time of completion and it was completed before that time. The process was very quick and they gave me instructions on how to clean and maintain the floor. The floor takes a total of 72 hours to fully cure. The finish was amazing and turned out much better than I hoped for. I would highly recommend this company.

We hired Guardian Garage Floors to provide their fabulous coating on our two car garage floor. The crew arrived on schedule (after we removed everything that was sitting on the garage floor). I was able to rent a 12 foot storage pod to put all the equipment into while the floor was being applied.The crew was very efficient, and worked most of a full day applying the floor. Of course we had to wait a day or two to allow the floor to cure before resuming normal use of the garage.We are very pleased with the result, and the professionalism of the installers.
