The team showed up ASAP and all of my issues were taken care of in a matter of hours. Trustworthy and prompt. My washing machine overflowed, and I thought that I had gotten all the water up. Two days later, my wife found water in the carpet of the closet next door to the laundry room. We called Restore Pro and two other water mitigation companies, and received fast and friendly service for a better price with Restore Pro. These guys were great. Friendly, professional, and respectful. They came out within the hour of me calling with water damage. They did a fantastic job with the repairs. They even fixed the leaking hose to save me from having to call a plumber. I highly recommend them for any restoration needs you may have.

Restore Pro has done 2 large projects for us. They did a complete kitchen remodel including help with design work which our family absolutely loves! We also had them replace our downstairs flooring after a water leak flooded our downstairs. They did demo, drying, and install. From start to finish, it was a very smooth process. They even fixed some small drywall issues and painted while they were there!

I am SO happy we found Restore Pro when we found a water leak in our garage ceiling! I had called a different company initially and they told me they would be charging several hundred dollars just to come out and diagnose the problem... after hearing that I decided to call Restore Pro after reading some good reviews on Google (before choosing whether or not to just punch a hole in my ceiling myself to diagnose the leak), and I could tell immediately upon my first phone call how knowledable and professional they are. They helped us with every step of the process (even with if and when to file an insurance claim), came out and found the leak within a couple of hours of my call, helped mitigate the problem until we could talk to our insurance company, and then came out on an incredibly timely manner to repair it. They were super thorough - even finding a couple of other problem areas in the same busted pipe. The owner is very friendly and respectful. He has helped work with us on price and to figure out what the best options are going to be for us in order to make this repair as budget friendly as possible. This seems to be a very well run local business and we definitely will go to them again should we ever run into another problem in our house! Thorough, reliable, friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable, accountable, fair, timely... Really, I can’t recommend them enough!

Restore Pro has been amazing! We had heavy rain that caused the top of our tree to break off, a piece coming through my roof over our bed. I reached out to them, after a friend referred them, and they were at my house within the hour! They Keep in contact, better than I do which Im grateful for, and they go above and beyond. They even did the estimate before he insurance company asked for it and contacted them as well. Even though our insurance company is a awful, these guys still try to help. Also, my baby boy & my daughter think they are all really cool. Lots of high fives & smiles.
