Careful what you ask for. We went with Alpha because of the cost savings over competitors. Our mache was 3 months late, ended up being over budget and we have found rust on machined surfaces that should not have rusted meaning they did not coat raw parts as was in the original quote.Very disappointed. Our machine is 2 years old and is broke down most of the time and looks like its 50yrs old due to rust.

Our company has purchased several cells from Alpha Integration over the past 1.5 years. Alpha has been consistently late on all of their projects some as late as 1.3 months late costing us valuable time and money. Some of which are still on going through the new year as far as outlook goes.It is our position that we will source another automation / integrator in the future.Some of the main fail modes that we have witnessed are:1- Initial concept and designs are not functional 100%2- Communications are present but often updates to latency instead of target dates being hit3- A lot of change orders for things that we believe are within scope of work from initial design and concept4- Failure to communicate latencies and fail modes prior to site visits that disrupt production timelines and productivity from an end user standpointThe Alpha team are competent in Mech. Eng. design and concepts and Controls are solid. However the management of the company seems to be more focused on net that customers and the above listed leads us to believe Alpha to be disingenuous and non-transparent in their leadership.They have many objectives to overcome in the future, We are not willing to participate in going forward until the current pathway is rectified.
