Awful company to do business with. They should go by Delay Motorsports from here on out. Made over 5 calls over a two week period about my injectors, not one call answered or returned. 6 weeks later I finally cancelled my order. I recommend disputing the charge with your bank for a quicker refund, because they will drag it out months before you get your money back. They claim to be having a parts shortage... Full Force Diesel had me up and running that week. They also gave me $250 worth of tunes for free. Much better company to work with. They are also in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. If you care about your diesel take it to FFD not swamps. ESPECIALLY 7.3 OWNERS STAY AWAY FROM SWAMPS!!!

I ordered injectors website said 5-7 business days. Well 22 days goes but and I keep getting the run around on why theha rent shipped. Finally canceled my order and asked for a refund, was told it was issued, 2 weeks goes by I call back, loan behold they never sent the refund and was assured it would be sent, guy even sent me the credit memo, well 7 days later I call again (today) and it was never issued. It’s been 6 weeks dealing with this company. And I’d never recommend them to my worst enemy, horrible customer service. Mind you I’ve never been frustrated enough to leave a bad review. But this is $1,000 I’ve been out for almost 6 weeks. So they deserve the 1 star

I ordered a IDM on March 4th 2021 and canceled it the same day when I seen it would be 4 to 6 weeks before I was to receive it. When speaking to them they said no problem you will have your refund in 2 weeks tops. Well here it is almost 7 weeks later and I still haven’t received my refund of 768.49. Spoke to some one again today who’s relaying a message for the owner to call me back. I will keep updating this review after I find out the outcome. Not happy at all 😡

Communication needs to be greatly improved not heard back with status of my parts, been almost 3 weeks. But I did get word back and that made the experience get better I understand things beyond control happen and the only reason 5 stars are not given is communication.

I purchased a FICM from these guys 1-23-21.They debited my account for $1,150.06. The same day. 2-4-21 still no part no confirmation have been on and off the phone 3 days in a row trying to get a refund. These guys are crooks and I will do everything in my power to bring them down as I have seen where they’ve been doing this to people for sometime now. Crooks here spend your money elsewhere people!

*This is a review of the Quality of Customer Service as of August 31st 2020.*While diving into the world of Diesel Motorsports, I came across some early articles of Swamps being one of the primary forces of performance diesel parts. I read deeper into forums and began bugging shop owners on any known information. The catch, this 7.3l is in a van. The amount of work to add horsepower without sacrificing reliability was daunting, never less we read the pros/cons & jumped in. The reviews of swamps reliability was evident from those conversations and connections but as of late the reviews were somewhat alerting and subpar. This initially caught my attention, HOWEVER unfazed we continued with purchasing from Swamps.Let me start this section by clearly laying out... I am beyond glad I decided to continue with my purchase. Im NOT disappointed & cant relate to fellow reviews in the slightest. The customer service department, programing department and ownership went above and beyond answering cumbersome questions, phones calls and emails. The products were shipped in the 5-6 day time frame as advertised. (I found this rare considering the COVID pandemic has delayed purchases across all categories). The tracking numbers were all sent to me with movement updates of arrival via text & email. The shop where the work is taking place also confirmed the arrival of the parts, with updated of my returned cores.Admittedly these products havent been through the wringer yet in terms of use.. I will update this post with a comment and picture on the products themselves as they will be put the the wringer of long road trips, extreme temperature and altitude changes this winter. Based on the interactions and commitment Swamps has shown in delivery of product, Im not anticipating any hardships in that realm of reliability.In conclusion, I hope this sheds a light on those looking to purchase from Swamps. Theyve earned my trust as a consumer.

I was on my in to work and heard a loud bang from under the hood of my 2015 F250 and noticed zero boost. I limped over to Swamps Motorsports where I received something I never expected, they were able to look at it right then. The mechanic popped the hood, looked around and found the problem. The remedy was administered and I was back on my way in a very short time. Swamps was previously recommended to me by other diesel owners that are knowledgeable when it comes to diesels so I didnt go in without good expectations. The short story, the service I received was outstanding. Ill be back.

I love this shop and every product they produce my business with them has always been outstanding top of the line work done in everything Ive ever bought I personally drove down there (5 1/2 hours) and they met me there on a sat just for me personally to pick up a transmission I had purchased that they built for me not only did they meet me there they gave me a full blown tour of the entire shop and they’re machines and equipment hooked me up with decals and stickers and after a hour of all that sent me off with a solid hand shake keep up the grind swamps can’t wait to make my next purchase

We have been using Swamps products for years and never had an issue. The injectors are by far the highest quality on the market. Each products we have received from them has always fit great and preformed exactly as it should. The tuning we have received has been top notch and never disappoints. The owner has always been great to us and the staff has always provided us with great help.

EXTREMELY slow to process orders, selective in responding and often not in a timely manner. Most of their reviews are good however buyers should know there are valid and legitimate reasons for the other reviews. Beware and cautions, do your background research on this company prior to ordering. Unfortunately it took social media to get a resolution which could have been avoided.

Ordered a clutch kit for my 2002 F250. There was an issue with paypal putting a hold on the payment for 5-7 days. The owner went out the way to make sure I was satisfied and even shipped the item before payment cleared. All staff involved answered any questions I had immediately. If there was a way to leave 0 stars, we would... After many times of checking on not only one but two orders (that have now been placed over a month ago) and never receiving the tracking numbers or an eta we decided to cancel the orders (3 weeks ago) and get a refund... What a joke that has been. After countless phone calls, voicemails, emails, and multiple staff saying they will look into it or call us back we still have no information on the refunds and are out over $2,700... Running our own business we are understanding and realize things can happen, but the way these two transactions have been handle is nothing less than terrible.. We will not be using or recommending Swamps Motorsports again, and wish those that do have a better experience then ours!

I had a 2006 Ford f350 Amarillo edition powerstroke diesel....I went in and told them I just wanted a little more power in a little better gas mileage and they did their magic... Excellent results! I now have a 2017 f250 super duty and they will be getting their hands on as soon as my warranty is out!!!! All the guys in the shop know what the hell theyre doing and they honestly treat your truck as if it was their own. Im glad to see it is under new ownership. Theres nothing better than a family-run business! I would trust Swamps with any vehicle Ive got!!!! Do yourself a favor and check them out!!!!!

Placed order on November 13, 2019, money debited from account November 14, 2019. Many calls and emails ignored, canceled order January 13, 2020 was told at that time would receive a refund, well here we are March 7, 2020 still no refund and no response from company. Filed complaint with Tennessee Better Business Bureau(whom company has ignored as well) and Federal Trade Commission. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I had a an injector stick open in my truck and needed a new engine, so I called these guys to see what they could do and they had the best price so I went out and limb and had them do it. They sent me everything I needed to ship my engine to them, and were extremely polite and awesome to work with! They also kept me very well updated on the progress on the engine the were putting together for me, even when they had shipping issues from their suppliers they updated me with tracking information and answered every question and concern that I had. All in all I would not hesitate at all to work with them again! They did a great job and Im very happy with how my truck is running. Thank you swamps diesel.

I own a 2001 Ford F-350 7.3L diesel with Swamps single shot 175/146 injectors and a TS 6 position chip programmed by Swamps. These items were installed in 2014. My truck has been shifting at irregular times so I called swamps to see what options I had. I spoke with David and also spoke with Thomas. David said being it’s 2014 programs that they are all outdated. I waited for him to tell me this was going to be a minimum of $500 to set me up right and he simply stated to send them the chip and pay the return shipping after they have completed the work. Only took a couple days and just installed my chip and the truck runs and shifts great! Literally could not be more satisfied with the professionalism of this company. I will definitely be a returning customer and highly recommend Swamps Motorsports for your diesel truck needs!

This company is a complete joke and customer service might as well be non existent. My husband has been getting the run around from them for over a month. And at this point they dont even want to issue us a refund because it apparently has shipped. Which Im sure is a lie because thats all they have done to us this entire time. So do yourself a favor and spent your money elsewhere, unless you like to throw thousands of dollars away. I am writing my review for Swamps Diesel Performance/Swamps Motorsports. I have made several attempts (15) by email and voicemail to receive our refund on parts we returned back in October 2018. I have spoke with Jenifer in accounting who said she would credit our credit card and to this day, almost 5 months later, have not seen a credit. I have also spoke with Thomas and David in Sales explaining the situation and they both said they would give her the message to contact me. I have not hear from her or anyone else in accounting. We are a volunteer fire department on limited funds, so the credit of $1061.81 is very much needed for equipment we use to help save lives and property of people in our community.

Bought two sets of injectors a couple of years ago had trouble within a month. My son also bought a set and he also had trouble. As with other customers swamps blamed everyone else did not cover the injectors and we had to purchase more from them. Just had more trouble with an injector. Again swamps says not their problem. So I told them Ill buy a new one. I cant even get a phone call to pay so I can have my vehicle running. I have spoken to many different people at swamps and had poor customer service from all but one lady.

Placed order December 15th for new injectors for my 7.3. Website said 7-10 days lead time. Figured it was worth the wait from good things I hear about injectors. Called December 31st to get an update on order as it had been over 10 business days including holidays. Was told that injectors would ship Thursday the 2nd of Jan as the 1st was a holiday. Called Friday the 3rd to see if they shipped and talked to somebody else that had told me injectors were 3.5 weeks out.... after I had already been waiting 3 weeks. Canceled order Friday the 3rd and was told I’d be receiving a refund. Update: Called Thursday Jan 23rd inquiring where my refund was at because I still hadn’t received it. Was told somebody dropped the ball and that they’d figure it out. Now it’s Jan 27th, still have not got any kind of word about confirmation of refund and it has still not been issued. If I don’t get refund in next couple of days I will be disputing charge with credit card company to get my money back. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever experienced in my life. All I can say is do better swamps.... C’mon now

Great products for 7.3 owners. Not only noticable power increase with stage 2 injectors but very noticeable mileage increase.(edit) update, it has been 6 months since my cores have been returned and still no refund. I have had several emails with the owner, she even sent me a tracking number back in july for what she said was my refund check. Not happy at all with the customer service.

Took my truck to these guys. About 2 months ago. They treated me good. Fixed my truck. It had a oil leak, and lost of power. This is my first diesel truck 2009 f250! Love this truck. If you have a diesel truck this is the place hands down!

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered a $800 HPOP that claimed to have a 2day lead time weeks go by and no word on when the item will arrive, needless to say, I had to spend more money in order to get my truck back on the road. I called and ask to cancel my order and asked for a refund, and once again, weeks go by with no refund in sight. Made several phone calls/messages asking where my refund was and got the run around that billing/accounting could not approve the refund without the manager on-site. 100% dishonest business practices and will be filling as fraud with my bank.DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND SHOP ELSE WHERE.

Bought a TS tuner from Swamps with Swamp tunes for a 03 7.3 Excursion. I had some issues with the install and made a few phone calls. At first I was a little frustrated with the help over the phone, but sent an email and it was followed up with a phone call. They were very helpful resolving my issues and I am very happy with the product. Swamps came highly recommended from a local shop. Outside of being a little slow with customer response, overall I am very happy with the product. I suspect they are just a little Swamped some days... I am looking at buying some other products from them but I now know to be a little patient.

Dropped off a 6.7 Powerstroke to be rebuilt last November. We were told it would be done by thanksgiving. That came and went. They have gave us the run around about parts being back ordered. Ordered the wrong parts etc. Needless to say we are still sitting here without our truck. I see a lawyer in the near future. We already paid half upfront. People be warned. Stay away

WORST customer service. I just put 28K into my diesel truck and got many of the parts including 3 custom tunes from Swamps. After being told my transmission was bad by Swamps I had Suncoast Transmission install a $8,500.00 trans and was still having the same issue. That being said it absolutely was not the trans as stated by Swamps diesel via email. They would not speak to me over the phone only via email. Swamps diesel went back and forth via email after i asked them many time to please call me. All they did was point fingers at every one but them selves. All I wanted was some simple tunes that they wrote redone or looked at and all they did was act like it was not their fault and everyone else was to blame. That being said I went with a different company and received 3 new tunes and my truck runs flawlessly for 2 weeks at the present. I would not recommend this company to anyone and their customer service is HORRIBLE. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT OF SERVICE!!!!

Been dealing with this place for 5 months to get my parts. Still cant get my parts or money back.

Bought a redhead steering gearbox online and returned my core exactly as the instructions said. Never received my $200 core like it said. Tried multiple times to contact via phone, email, etc. No answer. No response. Probably buying time for the 45 day period so tbey only refund 60% of the core. Sent a certified letter. We will see after that. Would suck to go to small claims for just $200Update finally got a response and answer to the problem. Was called an idiot for leaving a review by a Mr Dave Armstrong but the problem was resolved.

$300 in parts we purchased worked fine ordered $1198 in injectors that did not work contacted the company about returns with out them gettin back to us within another few weeks I now have an additional $1300 of unknown and unauthorized charges on my account and no one will get back to us about fixing this. Frustrated they won’t return calls even about the unknown $1300 would at least nice to know what I supposedly bought right? Has cost us 2,498.50 so far no hope of even getting refunded the money they took without us making a purchase.Update. Weeks and still no response from this company buyers beware don’t let them have your credit card info!Update. 11-8-19 I have been provided an email address and contacted them the current owner is working with me on resolving this.Update 11-21-19 should I get into it all? Nope I’ll summarize by saying I’ve finally been able to return the injectors I’m still currently out $1000 but at least it’s not $2,400+ i would like to say good things after having dealt with this company for years and realize the current owner is trying to get this business back up to par but as some one who works in customer service for a small business I KNOW good customer service and this was not it auto parts are something you need to be able to trust the company when you buy them. After our recent experience we will not be buying from or able to recommend this company any more.

I have received nothing but excellent service from the crew at Swamps, especially Robert in sales. Im very particular with how my truck runs and drives, and Robert has been very patient with me in getting the tuning exactly where I want it.The only thing: I wish I had known that 160/146 is a stock nozzle, not 146% (every other injector is sized with cc/% over stock).Other than that, Swamps has treated me very well, and I will continue to do business with them and continue recommending others to them for quality components.

Hey my name is Shelia deaton. My husband has been dealing with swamps for about a year now give or take. I just want everyone to know about the service weve been given. On a good day they have been helpful but lately seems like everyone is sooo busy there to take time to return our calls. Weve invested quite a couple of thousand of dollars with swamps and am not satisfied with their service starting with the injectors we bought about six months or so ago, not to mention the programmer we purchased. Weve taken our truck to several Ford mechanics who say the injectors we bought are faulty but swamps will not stand behind their products that we purchased from them we took our truck to a mechanic they recommend its worse now than when we started. We live in North Carolina so its not like we can just hop in the truck and be at their shop in 30 minutes we are 7 hours away, all I want is some courteous customer service from swamps diesel who is willing to resolve our issues. They came highly recommended so we gave them a try, boy are we dissatisfied. Ive worked with the public for many years and I believe in keeping the customers happy cause without their business you dont have one. So understand we have tried to give benefits of the doubt now its all doubts . Very disappointed with this company customer service. Anyone else dealing with the issues we are?

Ive called them numerous times with no answer for almost a week now. would not reccomend to anyone unless you like throwing thousands of dollars at a company you cant even call and could possibly get charged another grand for not returning my cores on time because I cant figure out whats going on on their end. Ill never reccomend or personally use them again.

Placed an order of several thousand dollars quite some time ago and only recieved some of my parts. Finally reached someone and was told I needed to pay a core charge to receive the rest. paid the additional core charge and havent heard anything since. No one answers the phone or responds to voicemail. most of the mailboxes are full and the number listed on their FB page says disconnected .Had great luck with Swamps a few years ago on a 6.0 Ford job and thought it would be the same this round. Wrong. At this point I have close to 3000.00 dollars in parts still outstanding. They are more tha Happy to take your money but it doesnt appear they care to get your products delivered.

Customer service is terrible. I placed a order for some injectors and the full kit for the uvch . Everything was guaranteed to be shipped the following friday. Not only did they not ship until monday they only shipped the injectors and o rings none of the glow plugs, wiring, or valve cover gaskets, or even the return shipping label. I had explained this was a time crunch job every time we spoke.. but yet no one told me anyyhing about not having half the parts. I even paid to next day my chip when that was complete waste of my own money because the didnt hold up on there end on shipping time. I have been trying to get a refund for 3 weeks now for the parts i didnt receive and had to buy from 3 different local ford dealerships. So the truck could be dome by the deadline. Costing us more money.. the injectors do seems to be working fine right now the truck just got back from a 2400 mile trip. But i will not be recommending anyone to swamp. After using them for years. Customer service is everything.

Great place great people i recieved box and one cable was missing they overnighted the cable, then i was getting programming issues come to find out i was tweeking the chip and causing contact issues by putting the duct tape on tooo tight once that was solved the hydra chip is amazing and swamps tech support was always there for me and there tunes rock

After my wifes bad review I have made contact with swamps to be fair with them its hard to fix a problem 400 miles away. They are sending me a chip with the correct tunes on it for my truck so I can drive it to their shop Monday. It is very frustrating when machanics here in NC are saying I have injector problems. Whether it is injectors or something else I am pleased they responded and are willing to help dont want to make them look bad if its something else wrong mechanics here cant find. Im optimistic about Monday! RESULTS MONDAY_-- I drove to swamps diesel 485 miles. They saw for themselves the issue I was having and saw that it was their programing that was causing my issue. Their lead programer and electronics man spent 4 hours making custom tunes for me. In my opinion he did excelant work. My issues have been resolved. I didnt get to talk to the owner but his employees are great group of guys. Thanks for a job well done.

I would not recommend swamps for any product they do not stand behind their warranty I purchased a set of swamps injectors installed them had a bad one from installation less than 1 month old and less than 500 miles and they wont stand behind their product was told by dave they were having a lot of problems with these injectors and still wouldnt stand behind them
