Great service! I arrived a few minutes late but they were very gracious. Got my red Jeep in and got it cleaned. Its older so it can only be fixed so much, but it looks cleaner than the day we bought it thanks to Nelsons! Prices are extremely reasonable. Cash is not a bad idea but they can take cards as well (I paid with a debit card, but next time, Ill bring cash). They are flexible, friendly, conversational, professional and worth every penny. Doing the job right means youll need to square away some time to let them work, but, with anything, quality takes time.There arent a lot of places left that do car detailing, at least not in my area. You can either drive to Brentwood and spent $100 more on average, or you can drive here and have your cash stretch farther. Nelsons came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Im now no longer embarrassed to have other people in my Jeep. Thank you!

Very fast!Almost to fast for a good detail. They did an ok job but the prices were reasonable.

Drop off the van Thursday afternoon, we close at 5pm, pick it up Friday afternoon. Full interior detail and external car wash is $125. I arrived at 4:30pm and the place was abandoned. I called and got a Slide the key under the garage door. Called at 3pm Friday, Oh were just starting on it, call me at 9am tomorrow and Ill tell you when its ready. *click*. So i call Saturday at 9:30am, Itll be ready at 2pm. I arrive at 2:30pm, Itll be another hour. I tell him he said 2pm and hes nice enough to make it the next car. And then the price somehow went up to $175. Just how the heck does this happen? Granted, the van is clean, but its nowhere near worth the money and test of patience. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Nelsons does all the washing on our fleet of vans for Road Warrior Tour Rentals. They are as professional as it comes. From being on time everytime to getting them done efficiently. When they finish our vans look brand new every time. No need to go elsewhere this is the best detailing service in town.

We have been a loyal customer for several months now but every time we come here, the quality of work becomes poorer and poorer. 2 hrs after we dropped the car off, it still wasnt washed. We received a discount for the delay but that means nothing when the car still looked like it hasnt been washed. My husband came home and recleaned the wheels and tires himself. Needless to say, we wont be returning

They did me and baby good . I would recommend them to anyone. Especially when your in and out . Your car is still somewhat wet and when your driving water flies.

Was told detail would take 2hrs, but when I arrived the car hadnt even been pulled in the wash bay. The quality of work was poor, I would not recommend this business
