Called 4 different times and they hung up every single time. Zero stars. I’m not sure how they are still a business if this is how they act.

WORST bondsman. Called and was hung up on and called a couple times after only to get FORWARDED. Idk how y’all do things around there and definitely don’t know how the place is still in business

I called this place and asked for a former employee who I didn’t know wasn’t there anymore at the time and the response and attitude I got about it was just down right disrespectful. With a very rude tone he told me “he doesn’t work here anymore” and immediately hung up on me . I tried to call back but every time after that I got no answer. So that’s how you treat PAYING customers?! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Very unprofessional.

They did their job, yes. But 2 consecutive continuances later, and I set everything up to take care of bills, gf, and work, when I expected to serve my time, but another continuance due to things, now I cant turn myself in to start serving my minimum time, and twiddling my thumbs because I already took leave of work...been there over 3 years, kinda sucks.They stated to my lawyer that I needed to go back to court, to a judge, and consider myself a flight risk to rescind my bond...yea no thanks. Now Im off of work and twiddling my thumbs until next court date where hopefully theyll cart me off to jail to serve my time, and be out before I lose my job.So yea...never using them again, hell grumpys was better back in the day.

I call them to help get my family member out they said give me five minutes and I’ll call you guys back to have someone meet you. We waited and still no one called so I called back after an hour and They let it keep going to voicemail and rejecting my calls. So if you’re in a hurry or you need somebody look up someone else up very unprofessional and highly disappointed
