I took my vehicle to this shop and they replaced a brake pad as well as a bearing, and at best that is regularly a $250 job, they charged me $540 and when they did the diagnostic they never mentioned anything about a caliper. Once the vehicle was repaired, the same left side driver side wheel locked up again, and when they redid the diagnostic, this time they said it was the caliper and gave me a quote for $500. My issue is, if it was the caliper why did they miss it the first time? And given the fact that less than 90 days ago they were compensated almost $600, why in the world would they turn around and charge me an additional $500 when they technically never fixed my vehicle correctly in the first place? A bunch of scam artists.

I just got my car back yesterday and it is running more smoothly. The brake light and engine light are now off. All I have to do is bring it back later on to have the rest of my cars issues resolved. While a ford auto shop would have replaced a whole entire system, the staff at Mr. Fix-it double checked to make sure if the car really needed to have the AC compressor and other parts changed out or just a simple flush. They are very honest here and will communicate very well with you about your car and the issues regarding it. I recommend bringing your vehicle here.

RIPOFF ARTISTS!Took in college student van for estates cost of $211+ tax to replace heater hose. They talked up work to$1000.00.They broke off a spark plug and estimated up to $4000 to rebuild motor. The 1999 van was not worth that so we were told we owe $495 and need to hire a Wrecker to come haul the van away. He was nice enough to offer a $200 discount if we signed the title to the van and give it to him. My opinion/very dishonest business. wrecker to come haul the van away. He was nice enough to offer a $200 discount if we signed the title to the van and give it to him. My opinion/very dishonest business. He should’ve at least called and said that two of the plugs were difficult to remove and given the option to leave them in and finish the tuneup but instead he broke the spark plug off and basically said oh well I trashed your van so you need to come get it or give it to me and still pay me for working on it and ruining it.

Beware!!! I was duped by the good reviews. I thought that I had made it clear that I only wanted my brakes changed (even brought my own parts). A phone called indicated that an extra 1/2 hour ($40) would be added even after the added cost of turning down the rotors. I thought $160 max. $80 job turned into a $360. I think they took me for stupid. There isnt any use of arguing with businesses like this and I paid it. I cant imagine what would have been the case if I wouldnt have been able to pay it!! You will only get one chance to screw me. Will never do business with them again.

RUN as fast as possible away from this place! They said I had some wiring that was shorted out and fried.. Charged me $500 to reroute a battery cable to the starter and put some insulating tape on it and a fuse. Its an old 93 K blazer thats open and quiet easy to work on. After i got home and saw what little work they had done I realized I had been robbed. Places like this need to be shut down!

Just got my car back and it went from getting no where to getting somewhere the cost was a lil steep but you pay for what you want sometimes the cheap way out aint the way out . Could of fixed it myself but didnt feel like dealin wit it. Mr. Fix it is a good meachanic hes gone tell you straight up what it is and how much it is take it or leave it thats all no need to hate .

Bad service, bad experience. Completely took advantage of me. If I work on a house and supposedly fix something and it breaks again. You bet your ass Im going back and fixing it. And eating the cost. Not Mr fix it. They still have to profit on their mistakes. I plan on going to the BBB because there is no reason brakes after lasting over 2 years should go out in 2 months. Then not warranting the parts are you kidding me! 1000$ to get my brakes done. Not to mention brake lines that were supposedly replaced. Were not. Now they are leaking brake fluid. Im a small business so I try and give other small businesses the benefit of the doubt. But this is stealing from hard working people trying to support their wife and kids. It aint right. All I got to say is. Karma is a B!+

I cant thank this establishment enough! My vehicle broke down while leaving TN heading back to Georgia. While on the side of the road we googled local car repair shops and Mr.Fix It Mobile popped up. We called them and explained what happened while on the expressway & a very nice lady answered and told my husband they could come and tow us if need be. We were able to let the car cool down and drive to them. Upon arrival they examined the car told us they can fix it and get us back on the road! Very warm atmosphere, caring people and they were not pushy (adding on things we didnt need) They fixed the car beyond satisfaction at a VERY reasonalbe PRICE! Did I say VERY reasonalbe, I meant EXCEPTIONAL! Saved us from having a horrible trip considering we had to dish out more money than we intended on but it was cheaper than other places. I highly recommend this place, great customer service and not like a chain repair, they truly cared!

My husband and I initially took our truck to mr. Fix it to handle an overheating issue. It ended up being over $600 to replace two parts (heater core gasket and thermostat sensor) and do a radiator flush they didnt even have my car done the day that they said that it would be done. on top of that, it ended up having issues with the thermostat sensor and they said it was just the cap we for whilethe radiator. We are still having issues with that gauge fluctuating from time to time when we first start our car, so obviously it wasnt the radiator cap. after we had taken it back the second time and they had told us that they believed it was just the radiator cap and wasnt getting proper pressure we get home and start to change our spark plugs and wires, this was about a week later, and see that the tubing to our AC face vents had been cut (not torn not pulled out of the float it had been cut) we are 100% sure that it was not that way when we initially took our truck to mr. Fix it. because our AC was working properly through the face events up until the second time we took it to them. mr. Fix-It has not performed full service on our vehicles becausebec are still having issues with the things that they replaced. it was very expensive and they tampered with our truck to try and get us to come back in to have our AC checked out when the hot months came around! I will never go back to mr. Fix it

My car refused to start, and they were very quick in calling the tow for me. They called me back only a couple hours later even though it sounded to me like they were extremely busy. Turned out my car was basically frozen (I had only recently put in new coolant and it had been near empty before I did. I was probably not fast enough in refilling it and the tempeture had dropped dramatically the night before). They warmed my car back up to the point they could sort of jiggle the frozen parts free and she was good to go. They did not do any work on it and so didnt charge me, and they were very polite the entire time. They did not try to sell anything that was unnecessary and even checked out the rest of my fluids for me to double check things. Will definitely be returning if this is the degree of service I get every time!
