I took my grandmothers jeep to get the motor mount and drive shaft fixed, they over charged but that was okay as long as the job was done right and it was. I was also told it wasn’t safe to drive or I may have taken it somewhere else. My problem was when my grandmother had told me she bought a carton of cigarettes for a birthday present and it was unopened and underneath the driver seat. once I went and picked the jeep up two packs were missing. The lady I spoke to about it gave me money to cover it and that’s great but when I take my car anywhere I wanna be able to trust the people working on it. We spent over 2000 dollars at this establishment and just the principle of the situation really disappointed me. We have always gone here and this time was enough to never go back.

Was having a very hard time removing a stripped and over tightened lug nut on one tire to replace my brakes myself. Ended up buying an emergency lug nut removal socket, and it broke off in my hub cap due to the nut being so stripped. Went into the car care center at 1411 S.E Broad St in Murfreesboro TN at 2:30pm and was greeted by an amazing lady at the desk named Abby. Was originally quoted $130 (they thought the entire stud needed replaced) and a wait of an hour, but the other employee, Robert, was able to get the socket and lug nut free with an undamaged stud before I could even finish placing a Doordash food order to be delivered there. And they didn’t even charge! I’m so blessed to have had this establishment to go to. They took a TREMENDOUS amount of stress off of me seeing as I use my car to deliver for my job. Thank you to everyone at the SE Broad location!!!

I had taken my car for a brake inspection at Nissan and wasn’t pleased with my service, so I called Meineke and spoke with Shay & told him of my concerns. He reassured me my concerns were valid and that they could give me peace of mind by giving me a second opinion. He told me of the cost upfront on the phone and when I got there. He was very friendly and nice. The shop mechanics were nice too and even showed me my brakes that actually did need replacing. They were thorough but fast. I was given an estimate for the work and went on my way. I would definitely recommend them for business to anyone needing services done on their vehicle instead of going to the dealership.

On a thousand-mile road trip, with the wife and dog and cat, the car was tilting to one side and bone-jarring over even modest bumps. Concerned for the safety of my family, I took the vehicle into the Meineke Car Care Center in nearby Murfreesboro who, on short notice and on a busy day, inspected it immediately and worked on it for three hours until they were satisfied the problem was solved (sensors of the suspension malfunctioning) and the vehicle was safe to drive. They wrote up, for my convenience, details of the service they had performed and included recommendations for possible further service on arrival at my destination. The charges were, to my surprise and pleasure, very reasonable. Customer service was in every respect cheerful, friendly, and professional.

I have used Meineke #2513 several times for brake services. Each time the work was done professionally, quickly and at a great price. It is hard to find a place that you feel you can trust to do good work at a fair price, but I feel that I found that at Meineke. Thank you so much!

These folks went through the wringer to get my car running and on the road again. I appreciate Abby steering us through the turns and twists with my car and the techs for hitting the brakes at the right time before we all lost our sanity. Staff was not helpful at all. They overcharged me for something they claimed to fix but didnt. Keep your money and go elsewhere. Youll find people who care about your safety and wellbeing anywhere else. And theyll probably treat you better too.

Concerning the quality of work, they are completely incompetent. No one was explanatory about the details of the repair I needed. They had my vehicle the entire day, and past closing time, they charged me over $200 to replace parts and then tell me it still doesn’t work because of a switch and recommended that I get the switch myself, assuring me that would work. IT DIDN’t. They lied. The fact is that the repair was more difficult than they had anticipated, and they didn’t know what to do about it. The owner afterward, over the phone even said verbatim, “We don’t know what is wrong with it.” Yet, they still had to “charge for the labor.”As for customer service, it gets even worse. The manager is quite possibly the most unfriendly, rude, argumentative, and unhelpful lady I have ever met. The owner isn’t much better ;however, unlike her, he refrained from raising his voice and becoming defensive.Otherwise, the waiting area is filthy, and the hours posted online as well as on the door are incorrect. Basically, they have no idea how to run a business.

This shop is under new ownership with new employees. DO NOT USE.I called Wednesday to schedule an oil change. Was told sometime between 12 and 1 would be good, so I made an appointment for 11:30. Got there on time but it took them 1.5 hours just to change my oil. This despite the fact that I only saw 2 other customers in the lobby the whole time I waited. Then when I got ready to leave, they brought my car around and I paid. I walked around the car before driving off and they had left my lug nut key on one of the lug nuts on the front wheel. If I had driven off, it would have been lost in the street. I checked under the hood when I got home and there was oil standing in spots under the hood. There was even oil on the outside top of the hood. Very unprofessional and I will not go back unless ownership changes again!

Great service, kindness, and professionalism. Our daughter had muffler problems and they were able to recommend a repair and limited the work to what was in disrepair, and made suggestions to save her money. They did not dumb broad her, which she greatly appreciated. Definitely earned high marks!

I went to Meineke for my alternator and to find out whats wrong with my car when I went there already knew it was my alternator then David gave me a call to let me know that its also my direct Cadillac converters well the price was kind of steep but he was trying to work with me gave me discount on the service also had I cannot remember the guys name Im so sorry we discussed so much David had one of the guys to take me home and bring me back. I am so sorry for not remembering your name but he was awesome very awesome. David Sanchez is so wonderful the whole place is so heartwarming. The service I am pleased with the price was about the same as everyone else. Very nice people and they will go out of their way to help you. I will be going back

Got there for my appointment. Took over 15 minutes to get me checked in. The girl at the counter had no clue of what was going on and really had no business working there. Techs were running around like crazy. Took over a hour to get my oil changed. They were not professional at all. I heard them tell someone they just bought the location so it was new management. Honestly I think everyone there was brand new. I use to go there all the time but now will goto firestone for my future visits

Honestly, I will never go to another mechanic. The service was so great, I worked with david and had such a pleasant experience. It was way cheaper than any other place and they went out of their way to help me and get my car fixed. They made a life long customer. They were so helpful, they explained everything to me because i am not a car person they were very efficient and overall i had such a great experience. David who i worked directly with he kept me informed on everything that was going on and did it with a smile. He went above and beyond to help me. Great place highly recommend!

WARNING: I wish I had paid attention to the most recent reviews before hand. 45 minutes late to my 8 am appointment, I knew Id have to wait, but I never foresaw my single spark plug replacement taking 6 hours. This was after the managers single expression to me was to curtly let me know that without their own diagnosis, thered be no warranty on the work, and that the job was going to take at least a couple hours. I did not appreciate the attitude, but understandingly, it was early, I was late, and were all humans. Even though I am paying for the service and not the attitude and dismissal. If it wasnt for the professional and highly affirming referral of the woman who performed and denied my vehicle inspection(!), I would have turned my Uber around and promptly taken my car somewhere else, based on the managers disposition. Instead, I trusted that this nationally recognized and awarded company would service my van with excellence and integrity.THE RESULT: a seemingly replaced sparkplug and SLIPPERY, SLIDING, MURDEROUS BRAKES! What one has to do with the other, why/how my brakes could even be affected...?! Having only just purchased my car 4 days ago and received a professional diagnosis 3 days ago, I expected this to be the easy part. I never expected a dismissive disposition to evolve into malice and a maniacal death wish and/or plain neglegence regarding the actions of those being managed. What was done to my car is Criminal and I will NEVER return to this location again and will reconsider my options in the future.

I was in town to look at a used vehicle, and scheduled a pre-buy inspection ahead of time. The shop started the inspection on-time and finished quickly while I waited. The mechanics were helpful, thorough, didnt mind questions, and let me take a look a the vehicle while it was on the lift so I could see the issues for myself.

They do what they say they will do for the price quoted and don’t upswell you on things you don’t need. Honest and fair!

David is AMAZING! Very professional and works very quickly and where i got estimates for $200+ at other repair shops, he charged me less than $50. He even told me what to look out for in the future to avoid being stranded somewhere. I will recommend him and Meineke to any and everyone!

They went above and beyond to get my repair finished in a timely fashion it really helps them to help you if you are able to make an appointment.

I went thinking I needed a brake job, after they looked over my car it was a wheel bearing that was needed, quoted 1 1/2 - 2 hours. took about 2 and 1/2 hours for them to replace the part, I then got my car back I went to pull out of the location and my car would not go over 20 miles an hour brought the car back they had told me a sensor was missing from the wheel bearing that they had put into my vehicle at then took them four hours to fix what they missed at the beginning so in total I was there from 8:30 until 2:30 p.m. little to no updates on what was happening or going on. When asked for update they couldnt give me time was told its going to be a while and be patient with us needless too say I will not return nor would I recommend.

Pulled I with no brakes ! Had to use had brake to stop ! The Mgr ask me to leave it and said since it was a vex hike we used in our business. He was able to get it fixed that day! All the people were awesome and friendly. Have used them several time. Work is always great.Thank you !’n

Have used this location for years. Apparently, new owners (they also own the Maco next door) and have changed methods as well. I go in told them what was happening what the code said, they charged me to read the code. I explained I had changed the sparkplugs recently. after a few minutes the tech came in I overheard the owners daughter tell him we charge for diagnostic now, find something. She told me about sn hour latter I needed new plugs and coils and on top.of my 125 diagnostic test (which never gave any additional details) would be close to $1200. I became livid. she told me they had to replace the plugs to warranty the work. I reiterated I just replaced them. Dad then tells me they can do it without plugs. The parts for the coils? around $700. knowing the scam since I had replaced one myself they are 49.99 each 2 doors down at OReilly and Im sure they get a discount too. Then its a 3% charge to pay by credit card. New owner says they pass it along to the consumer. So Im passing my experience on to future consumers. I wont be back. in fact they lost a promoter and now Ive turned a detractor. Do good business. if you know of a good HONEST repair in Murfreesboro please share with the class. I called first thing this morning and spoke with David. I was really worried I needed new brakes. I drive 90 miles round trip back and forth to work Monday through Friday. It being Saturday, he said he was swamped, but would do his best to take a look at my car. I left my vehicle with him hoping he would be able to at least diagnose the problem.He called me a couple of hours later. He had already test drove my vehicle, taken the tires off and inspected my brakes and rotors. He told me my brake pads still had a lot of life left and that my rotors were completely fine. He said the problem was the pins that hold the pads on. He lubricated all the pins, put my car back together, test drove it again and had my car ready for pickup within an hour.I did my research prior to going to Meineke. David was completely honest and transparent about what was really wrong with my vehicle. I went in there thinking I was going to have to spend about $300 on new brakes. I walked out of there having spent only $38.00.Thank you so much David for your honesty, integrity and transparency. And for squeezing me in on your busiest day of the week! Youve gained another loyal customer!

This was my first time at this location, and let me tell you, they have a customer for life! They were very nice and professional, and even better, they were so fast! Got there at 8:50 for my 9 o clock appointment, and I was out by 9:30. They even fixed the front under bumper of my car that had come down unexpectedly the day before at no extra charge. I used this shop for years and always had great experiences. Then today I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. One hour later and I’m still sitting here waiting. During my wait I found out that the shop is under new ownership. I will never come back.

Everyone at this location is always friendly, helpful and professional. While there are similar places to take my car for repairs in my home community, I choose to take my car to the Murfeesboro location.

They did a 4 wheel alignment took it for a test ride the technician wasnt satisfied took it back in and made sure it was done correctly.

Price: 3. Stars. Job ended up being about 150 more than what was originally quoted Over the phone. Original quote I figured was kinda low, but make the quotes more accurate to avoid customer surprises.The Work: 4 stars. I think I got Quality work and parts.Customer Experience: 1 Star. Waiting area needs some work to accommodate longer jobs so people can work while they wait. Small coffee machine didn’t have anything you’d need to fix a cup, (creamer, sugar, etc).

This was my first visit to Meineke, and the gentleman that greeted me was very nice and friendly. I apologize for not remembering names. He gave me an ideal time to return as his staff was rotating their lunch times. I understood that process. Upon my return within the time frame given, he remembered me, got my information in the system, the tech greeted with a smile, and got my car right in. I was there all of 30 minutes or so, and Grace (my cars name) runs better.

Meineke was recommended to me for an alignment on my Frontier. I called the guys worked me in on a busy Saturday. When they inspected my truck they noticed something. Jesse explained what was going on to me. He went over all of my options. I ended up being there about 3.5 hours (which is about how long they told me everything would take). Thank you guys.

This was my first time using Meineke in Murfreesboro. This Meineke, located at 1411 NW Broad met and exceeded my expectations. I was there for brakes, and their price was the best in the area. They were able to schedule me quick. When I arrived, they took my car in quickly, examined it, then gave me a breakdown of the cost to replace the brakes and resurface the rotors. Once I approved they gave me an estimated time for the repair. They actually finished the work 30 min earlier than their estimated time, which was awesome. Jesse was great to work with, as was two of the other employees I spoke to but dont remember their names. All of the guys were polite and helpful. I would definitely return for further service if needed.

I have been coming to this location for years, David and his team are outstanding!!!!! I’ve never looked for another shop since using their services, very honest assessments & pricing!

They easily could’ve chosen to cut corners and replace something that wasn’t necessary. Instead, they did the work and discovered they could repair the existing part. Instead of a $300 repair, I was out the door at $38. They’ve earned my business.They’d have earned it had I actually need a replacement, too. I called two different shops, neither of which are a mile away on Broad. I was greeted gruffly at both places, and neither would take an appt. They literally both suggested I just show up every morning and hope to get a spot in their queue. That may work for some people, but I prefer the kindness David (the manager) used, and the ease of an appt.Great place! Use them with confidence!

Went for an oil change, which happened very quickly. While changing the oil they found a nail in a tire. They put air in that tire and referred me to a tire shop. Always helpful and friendly.

Dave has always taken great care of my truck . If I cant do the work myself I bring it to Dave.

Great shop. David was able to squeeze me in for a pre-purchase inspection and even discounted me nearly $20 since he “didn’t have to get in and dig around too much.” When I was in the waiting room I saw a few customers come in and out and it was obvious he had a relationship with almost all of them, asking about families and how all their cars were running since their last tune ups. Impressed all around and willing to make the drive down from Nashville next time I need my car checked!

David is the freaking man. I have been taking several cars here over the years and he always takes care of me. I recently just moved out west and was preparing my Subaru for the drive. David was able to find and fix anything that needed to be to make the 1200 mile drive. Overall, I probably spent about $600 there getting my car ready for the drive, but I would have spent much more anywhere else. On top of giving discounts to veterans such as myself, the service was fast and reliable. I have since driven the 1200 miles and the car had no flaws along the entire trip. Go see these folks and give them your business. You won’t be disappointed.

Fast in and out with full front brakes redone with the bearings, rotors, and pads replaced. Reasonable prices and friendly people working there.

Had a 4 wheel alignment. Went in and had to be scheduled for an appointment. I asked the price and was quoted 59.99. Came back the next day for my appointment. Service was completed in 3 minutes. Went to check out and the price was 69.99. I explained that I was quoted 59.99. Manager agreed and gave me the 59.99 but asked who made my appointment. Couldnt give a name because there was no name tag. Another thing is that the staff act like they have better things to do. I tried engaging in conversation and it didnt work. Staff never smiled, no greeting or thank you. They could use some customer service training!

We found Meineke through a Google search of shops open on a Saturday. My wifes car had a check engine soon light on and we had a week to get it fixed. The staff were all friendly and attentive. When the issue was discovered, a staff member explained to us in simple terms what the issue was so we could both understand it. When it came to discussing price, Keith sat us down face to face, almost like a doctor, taking time to explain everything to us. My wife and I both work 9-5 schedules and these guys were even accommodating to that - staying after they had closed to work on our vehicle. When the part had been replaced, Keith let us in the shop, let us walk under the car as it was lifted and showed us a view of our car we never would have gotten otherwise. When I say these guys want you to understand whats going on, I mean it. If that is the one thing I took away from this experience, it is that they want to be as transparent as possible. Overall the experience was as painless as it could be. It is apparent that everyone there is genuinely invested in safety, quality work, and positive customer relations. We will be returning to Meineke for all of our car care needs. We are so grateful to them for their excellent work and patience.

I always service my Mercedes with Meineke. They do my full synthetic oil changes for a reasonable price. Better and faster than going to the dealership.

My husband just had a complete new AC unit put into his Honda accord. David and Jesse again did a beautiful job and again at a reasonable price! We don’t take our cars to anyone else… They are the best!

I went in to have my brakes checked. Was told I still had plenty of pad left. I was offered to have them replaced or could get them sprayed to stop the squeaking. I went with the spray. I was never pushed to get new brakes. The man who waited on my was very polite. The location was very clean. I would highly recommend them.

I barely made it to Meineke after my mother’s car started acting up. I coasted several miles to get there. It was on a Friday and they were very busy but knew I was stranded. I was surprised to see “Jesse” jump in the car and take it for a test drive. Minutes later he showed me to the garage and showed me the problem. He quickly found a part for it and had me on the road in 2 hours. This was my 2nd experience with Meineke and both were pleasurable experience. I would recommend Meineke to anyone for honest, fast labor.

Was considering a used car in the neighborhood and wanted to get it checked out. Jesse and the guys got it in and out in about an hour and searched for problems front to back. They found some things that helped us make a better decision at a fair price. Very pleased overall.

Read reviews before making an appointment...some good, some NOT...mine was definitely NOT!Mechanic (black beard and mustache) needs serious customer service training if you are going to permit him to interact with customers.The moment he came into the lobby, it was clear I was disrupting him. I explained I had an appointment for an oil change and had a coupon, he abruptly asked what vehicle and when I told him he said that would be $80. - $90. Dollars.Went down the street and Valvoline did it for $60.00 and were very pleasant. I would NOT waste my time dealing with this shop if you can avoid it!! Valvoline was polite, efficient and much more reasonably priced.Wouldn’t be surprise if this shop is out of business in the near future!

This place is very thorough and honest with you. I used to go to Valvoline and they have always put full synthetic oil in my car and charged $97 for my oil change. I came here to Meineke and David told me that the manufacturer requirements for my car is a a high mileage blend. Meineke will have my business going forward!

Great bunch of guys! Was in a bad spot had a big job going and had to have brakes on my 1 ton dully.4x4. I had to be on the job and had no one to pick me up. They gave me a ride to the job and after they were finished they brought my truck to me. Thanks fellas. I live 50 miles from the shop. On my way back in I noticed I had a substantial leak. I took it to them they once again carried me to the job again while they checked everything.turns out there was a faulty axle seal. They replaced it at no xtra charge and when they finished they brought my truck to me again. Thanks again guys. I highly recommend these guys. They work as a team and make it happen!
