I recently purchased a home for the first time when I relocated for my job. I had placed quote requests for home and auto coverage with several insurance agencies and Richard Moore Farmers Insurance was unmatched in all aspects. I was almost immediately contacted and given more information regarding coverage and my specific quote. I was in a time crunch and life was hectic during my move but Richard Moore was still on top of communication via email and/or text whenever I wasn’t able to speak over the phone. We were able to adjust things here and there to meet my needs and my rates are better than expected and had initially budgeted! I have yet to have a claim, hopefully never will, so I can only speak to getting an initial policy but I am confident in Richard Moore’s office based on my experience thus far and can sleep well at night knowing we are taken care of.

I filed a claim on my wifes truck. In 3 days they had an adjuster checked out the truck a day later it is at the repair shop. Rental car also smooth sailing. Richard Moor responded quickly, and is easy to deal with. This is a Uninsured motorist claim, so no other insurance company to fight with. But very impressed with the speed of which this is progressing.

Insurance, its kind of like death and taxes. Except on Good Friday 2009 Farmers and Richard showed up. Our home and one vehicle were badly damaged when the tornado went through our neighborhood. Thanks to Farmers and Richard our home was rebuilt, sadly the vehicle didnt make it. It was our first year with Farmers. Been with them ever since then.
