28 years, longest standing customer but they could care less!!!!! Thankful my policy ended June 2, 2021! I am with an actual Auto Insurance company who values me! Never will Direct Auto Insurance Agency ever see me again!✌

Dont do auto pay they take out what they like make sure you check your account

I will say by far Direct Insurance Company is the most professional, kindest insurance company I’ve dealt with. My insurance agency Courtney was very polite when I walked through the door. I was in and out the door. She took very good care of me even though I came a little after business hours. I’m loooking forward for the great customer service and the tenures that coming!!! Prompt, Through Staff. Very Knowledgable. Pricing was a little better than most Major Carriers. Local office and accessible for questions, payments and changes. Overall happy with their In-house service for a walk-in customer.

The agents are great but if you ever have to file a claim the claims department will screw you over. Absolutely dishonest unfair and dont care about their customers. If I could leave a 0 star rating would. Too bad their claims department is so bad because their sales agents are truly great. Direct/ National General is a horrible choice for coverage

Horrible! Horrible customer service, always telling me no I can not do anything, Ten cold transfers every time I call, Multiple voicemails for supervisors and never called back, hung up on all the time! Horrible online service with no options for online chat! Employees get hateful and rude with you when you ask for help! Even managers randomly transfer you without any notice, left on hold for 30 minutes to an hour then hung up on, I have been calling for two weeks over one issue that is still not fixed nor received any call backs after being hung up on!!!!

This place sucks they take 45 minutes just to get a quote. they will keeo you on the phone alnight if you let them. they are patheitic

I kept contacting them about my payment that didnt go through, but they still didnt resolve it. They charged my card for 4 payments. Apparently it still says I owe them payments for the following month.
