To be frankly honest, I’ve not had a good experience with prior insurance companies ever since I’ve been out of the military. However I decided to walk Into Allstate one day and work Christopher Poplin’s team, and changed the way I do my insurance. They’ve been amazing from day one and continue to provide A1 service no matter how many times I’ve come in to ask questions or when I filed a claim after the most recent snow/ice storm. I’ve recommended them to all my friends looking for service and a great deal. Looks like I’ve found my home for insurance needs!!

Rates continually went up with no vehicle changes and no claims. I was CONSTANTLY marketed to. By mail, phone, email. I asked not to be called on multiple occasions and it continued. I eventually quit and went with Progressive. Been with them for four years now, they just dropped my rates for a second time. You know what Chris did? Just got a new email marketing program and started spamming me again.

Anytime I call the Allstate office I am greeted with a friendly voice (usually Darlene), who seems to know exactly who I am. She is very professional but also acts like Im the only client in the world that she has to take care of.The staff return my calls very promptly, and if I have to file a claim they are with me throughout the entire process.Chris and his staff are wonderful, I feel like Im being taken care of by family.Great job!

Chris does a great job caring for you as a person and the unique needs that everyone has. He has no problem with answering questions even at the end of the day. I have been insured with Allstate since 1972 with Auto insurance. Never had any problems at all. I am still in 2018 insured with Allstate Auto and home owners insurance. Rates and payment plans are great. The office we communicate with for whatever is related to our needs is so efficient. The staff in the office couldnt be a kinder group of people. They are accurate and there to help with all your needs and offer great policies. I will never leave Allstate as I am pleased with them and there policies and the staff.
