This place is a joke. They charge their fee every month. They make sure they get it. But every time my wife sets up an appointment they turn around and say they need to reschedule. This is the 3rd time my wife has had to reschedule this appointment. They rip people off taking their money each month and never providing a service. Steer clear of this place. They will call and reschedule every appointment you make. Otherwise you will have to schedule 3 appointments each month just to get one to stick. And everytime you call they never answer but they can call you to cancel. Fair warning.

As soon as I told my boyfriend I booked an appointment here, he said “why, have you even seen their reviews?”Me: “I know but I use to have a membership and I didn’t have a problem with them”I walked into my appointment today, only to not have an appointment cause the massage therapist was “sick”. Previous reviews say the same thing that same day/day before booking falling apart. If you don’t have the option to book the day before DONT make it available online. Front desk made it seem natural, happens all the time, not a care in the world. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere 🙄I booked an appointment last night at Healing Cypress as well. (Facial at massage envy and massage at my regular place) Guess what? They got me in, I called and asked if I can come in early since this place ridiculous and they did. That’s customer service!

We were originally paying members of massage envy a few years ago but were never able book appointments due to their lack of availability.So we cancelled our membership and werent refunded but offered to keep all the massages that were paid for but we had to use them within a year. But we never could because they didnt have availability.Now this year, in February we booked appointments for two of us to have massages in April but it was cancelled and moved to June, then they cancelled the appointment in June due to an employee quiting, so they rebooked us for September, again they cancelled the day before saying an employee wouldnt be able to do it. They offered to move us to an appointment in December. But we have lost all faith in them actually following through and providing the service they are offering.Throughout this whole time we never were offered anything to make up for this treatment. They almost seemed to not care that this is a terrible business practice.

Dawn is amazing. Helped my partially torn rotator cuff more than past physical therapy. Found a knot under my scapula that has been present for 35 years. Eliminated it. Dawn is exceptional!

The business hours listed for the Murfreesboro location are 8am to 10pm almost daily. Thats fantastic! Why cant I book an appointment anytime of the day or night from today 9/8 through 10/20 - really not one opening? If this is inaccurate, then update your website or answer your phone.

Hi. I booked an appointment for my wife recently and it was cancelled less than one hour before my wife was to have her appointment. The excuse I was given was that the massage therapist was stuck in traffic, which I did not believe. Also,. I have had problems getting appointments with certain massage therapist that I had great massages with at this location. I will not ever be returning to this location.

I went to my FIRST ever massage appointment. I was wearing a moon shirt when I walked in. The massage therapist then proceeded to tell me I smell bad, but she likes the aromas coming off my skin..... (first off I showered that morning) but now I’m super self conscious and weirded tf out. Then THE WHOLE HOUR session she kept talking saying I needed to find myself because I didn’t know my own moon sign. She was giving me different websites to go on, and even told me straight up “do you even do any self care?” What an absolute joke. I didn’t even get 5 minutes of relaxing silence. I feel like I just went to a bad psychic who touched my back for an hour. I can’t even get my money back because it was on a gift card I got from my girlfriend. I was told I could go back and get another Session. I woke up with HORRENDOUS pain in my upper back and now I have to see a chiropractor.

Receptionists Katelyn and Dani are always pleasant and helpful. They make sure that my appointments are booked, check me in at arrival and process my departure so that I can leave directly after massage. My therapist is Julie. She is excellent, taking her time to understand what my focus areas are and working to help me relax and rejuvenate. She has a wonderful energy and has become an integral part of my health maintenance. Thank you ladies for all you do for me and my family.

The people who work here are beyond sweet and helpful. The problem is, I have paid 720 dollars for 3 massages. I am owed 9 hours. Which I have 60 days to redeem after canceling my membership. I am then told they are pretty booked up so she recommends me i dont cancel and pay 10 dollars a month to basically keep my membership in hold status. So Id be spending no telling how much more trying to get the 9 hours I am owed.

This place is awesome! The front girls are awesome especially their assistant manager Katelyn, she is always taking great care of me along with Dani. They always make me feel so welcomed when coming in. I also recommend seeing Laurel, she always helps me feel so much better after seeing her for a session. I truly recommend this place.

I am always greeted at the front desk by the lovely Katelyn & Carly, who provide great customer service. My regular therapist, Julie, is super helpful with my trouble areas, and has helped me heal after an injury. I love this place!!!

Not too happy with today’s interaction. I called to cancel an appointment at 12:48 for a 7p appointment. My therapist is GREAT, don’t get me wrong. The girl at the front desk kept looking at someone else’s books after I told her my name twice and who I was booked with. Got a call at 7:05p asking if I was still coming for my appointment. She never cancelled it, plus I had asked about being put on a waitlist for my therapist, and she failed to do that as well. Now my therapist isn’t going to be compensated from a tip because they didn’t do what they were suppose to do on their end. Now I feel real bad. However, my therapist would have had someone on their cancellation list to take my spot since that’s just how amazing and great they are.

Been a member here almost 2 years now. The front staff is great. Katelyn and Hailey are always a joy to work with and try hard to accommodate my schedule with a right therapist!The therapist have all been great (but I miss Kali)!Only complaint is that they need more therapists. It is extremely difficult to get an appointment if you work 8-5. The stores hours is one thing that drew me here. But, it is so frustrating when there are never any available appointments!

LASHONDA was my massage therapist and she was THE BEST. Ive never had a better massage in my life. Made an appointment weeks ago and I come in for the appointment and they have no record of it. I screenshoted the confirmation so it was 100% a problem on their end. But they offered nothing to accommodate. We can book you another appointment out for 3 weeks! Thanks, but my pain wont wait 3 weeks.

This place is the best. I know that my therapist genuinely cares about me in my life and also my health. Lacey is better than anybody around and I have had eight other therapist before. She is the lead therapist and cares about her job and her employees. She challenges other teammates to be better and even gives me great advice in my life. I come to massage envy because of her. The front desk is very easy to work with and it’s always peaceful and a nice play to get away for a little. Thanks Lacey for being you.

We had cancelled our monthly contract with them and they kept charging us. Then told us we had to use all of our sessions in 60 days. We tried to explain to them that my wife has back issues and has a medical reason why we can’t use them. After speaking to a manager they refused to refund our money or provide alternative options to using the sessions. We are currently talking with their corporate office to try to resolve. We haven’t had issues with other locations, so believe that this one franchise is corrupt. There are many massage parlors in Murfreesboro, I would strongly recommend that you find another one or risk dealing with this shady business. AVOID!

I thought the therapists were great, however trying to cancel a membership EXTREMELY difficult. Been charged for no services for over two years and still fighting. They will not refund! Even though they knowyou have not been seen. Sent a letter as requested but they can find no record and Frustrated with them over and over again.

This is the second time I have booked a massage and the appointment was not recorded properly. Tonight I called confirming an appointment for tomorrow and they had no record of it. A few weeks ago I had an appointment and they said I called and canceled it. Then they said “ someone with my name who they couldn’t understand had called and canceled “!!! It wasn’t me. They had given my appointment away. If this keeps happening I will have to consider canceling my membership.

Massage Envy is the BEST place I have ever been to for a massage, the front girls are always friendly and make sure that I am taken care of every single time. There is no place I would rather go for a massage, every therapist I have had a session with has been nothing but excellent, they always make sure that Im feeling much better at the end of every session. I have zero issues with booking appointments because I know what works for me and I can book out in advance when it VERY helpful and they front girls always help me keep up with it. The general manager is also nothing but wonderful. I will always recommend massage envy.

This was only my second massage but it was very relaxing and the staff was helpful. The rooms were calm and soothing. My boyfriend got a massage as well and enjoyed every minute of it. We had gift cards from a couple years ago and they were still good to use. Well for sure go back.

Do NOT commit to this location or these people. Have really tried to be patient, but these people cancel on me like 70% of the time; therefore I have built up a bunch of extra massages. Cant wait to use them all up so we can cancel our memberships. Horrible management, horrible business model, and all around bad business. Go to a local business instead, thats what we plan to do. Can not WAIT to get out of this horrid commitment. Dont make the same mistake we did.

I went here back in March 2019 and paid for my fiance a massage and facial for her birthday gift, they called her a couple hours before and cancelled saying the person she was booked with quit and they couldnt get her in, so after that we were very disappointed but to top it off we made another appointment and cleared our schedule and took time off work and about and hour before the massage and facial they called and cancelled again saying the person called out and to make matters worst we were not able to get a refund since I bought a gift card and was forced to use it on there very expensive products we didnt wont. They did offer to reschedule but why when this is the type of service we got and couldnt depend on them not cancelling on us again so we went to Escape and received the best and professional service. If I could give them zero STARS I would.

I became a member while traveling to TX back in early 2011. I did so out of desperation, and honestly had a pretty negative perception of Massage Envy. During the next few years I was traveling a ton and had massages at dozens of locations in multiple states. Some experiences good, some not so good. Once my travel slowed down, I transferred my membership back to TN and mostly used the Murfreesboro location. In 2014/2015, I had decided to cancel my membership. Not because anything was wrong, but because I just didnt feel like any of the therapists I tried were providing a truly therapeutic massage. For my last appointment, my therapist was Lacey. She was absolutely fabulous. She listened to what I had to say about what MY body needed, and she worked wonders. Not surprisingly, she is highly requested. Although, I always try to book with her, I occasionally have to have a different therapist. The great news is that the last 1 or 2 (Jenny is one) have been great! Now, I almost exclusively have massages at the Murfreesboro location and cant imagine cancelling my membership.

I’ve been a member for four years but after today, I’ll be cancelling my membership. I went to the Green Hills location for a long time but recently switched to the Murfreesboro location. I’ve seen two different therapists and both have been great. Today though, I dealt with the manager and she will be the sole reason I quit going. I woke up this morning incredibly sick (barely even have a voice) so I called to cancel my appointment. The receptionist put me on hold and the manager got on the phone. She informed me that they would be charging me for missing this visit because according to her there were notes in the system about me missing several times. I knew that couldn’t be correct, so when I asked her what appointments and which location made the notes she could only give evidence of one missed appointment from two years ago. She said since they waived the fee then, she could not for the appointment today. I was too sick to argue so I hung up. She called me back a moment later and said she had been able to fill the appointment with someone else and so she would waive the fee after all since she “felt sorry” for me. I let her know that I felt after being a member for so long and only missing one appointment years ago, it should have been waived. She apparently wanted me to thank her for doing what she should have done in the first place and started getting irate. She said she didn’t have to fill that appointment but she was being nice. I told her I didn’t have to keep my membership, to which her response was “that doesn’t affect my life personally”. This person should definitely not work in customer service and this location will continue to lose customers if this is how she treats people.

You better think twice before going to this place. Bree, Store Manager is impossible to ever speak to. She is the only one that can make any changes. They are NOT flexible at all with working with your schedule. My granddaughter has 20 visits but, it is impossible to get an appointment to go, or set you an appointment and then cancel on you.... and forget about a 2 hours one..... they NEVER will give you one of them, or 1 hour and your next 4-6 hours later.......really.....They will charge you even when you cancel it, totally ridiculous. not at all what they say when they hook you. if you read the reviews you will see it is more than one having issues.

If I could give this place negative 0 stars I ABSOLUTELY WOULD! This is the worst place you could possibly go! The first time I went there I thought I have found a good masseuse . But I was wrong. She was late on me every time n never make it up the time that she was late n they still charge me $60 for 60 minuets. So I’m paying $1 a minute but I was short 10 minutes every time. $10 that they are short on my Massage . Now that they keep giving me different ladies and they are no GOOD. Some of them are barely touch they are no good. Last month they took my money out of my account and I didn’t get my massage. They were supposed to call me last Month to tell me what they got available but no call. At first they are so nice to you because they want you to sign up with them. Once you sign up with them you are just screw . Please people do not sign up with them. They just want your money. Don’t waste your time and money . Take your money somewhere that are better with business. This is bad business trying to take clients money.

***The absolute worst **** I scheduled 2 separate appointments trying to use credits after cancelling my membership. These appointments were booked in the store by the general manager after we chatted awhile about our kiddos. I show up for my appointment today and they have NOTHING in their system. No appointment today, no appointment in 3 weeks. Less than 1 hour after leaving, I receive a confirmation text for an appointment tomorrow. Very confused so I call the location. Apparently earlier employee has left. New employee is able to see both appointments except the scheduled times are completely different than what I was originally given. Nor can she explain why she can see it and the other employee couldn’t one hour ago. The incompetence at this place is truly astounding. Thankfully I’ve cancelled my membership. An expensive mistake and lesson learned.

STAY AWAY!!!!! This place is a joke! I have tried for 10 months to use my Valentines gift card from my husband. They either don’t answer the phone, don’t have the availability, or call and cancel your appt the day before your massage. I’ve listed the card for sale on several sites and no one will buy it. I’ve contacted corporate customer service for assistance and they said I could get a refund. The corporate customer service reached out 3 times to this location. Today corporate customer service said they called several times and finally spoke with the assistant manager at this location said she spoke to me this morning. Negative. I have not received a call. I don’t think I have even provided my number to get a call. So they’re lying to their corporate customer service saying they offered several resolutions. I said nope, no one called me and they need to email me. I just received an email from the assistant manager. I was just told by the location that they do not do refunds. Google review has this location at 3.3 stars .... Clearly this place is shady if you read the reviews. $60/ for a 1hr massage but your massage is not for 1hr. The customer service provided at the location is unacceptable. I’ve never in my life been treated like such an inconvenience. My husband said that’s fine and he will never be spending his money here again. He said that he will make sure to let his friends and coworkers know also. I will do the same. Hands down the WORST customer service, worst treatment, shady staff, lies to corporate office from the “assistant manager”. This place should be closed based on these reviews!Update 12/18/19- “My husband paid for a gift card and the location is unreasonable with their scheduling for almost a year now. I reached out to customer service who provided me the contact for guest relations. I contacted them and they said they contacted the location. The location lied and said they contacted me. I was never emailed and have not provided a phone number. The location either has me comfused or is lying to guest relations. I posted my review and the owner said reach back out to guest relations for a resolution. I did just that and am being told by Annalee Ford with guest relations that the location said they offered a resolution and she cannot over step them. The issue is that the location still has never emailed me with a resolution nor have they called me. I still have not given a phone number to be contacted by guest relations or the location. If I could give this place 0 stars I ABSOLUTELY WOULD! This is the worst place you could possibly go! I went to the location 1 time and signed up for a membership. When I tried to schedule appointments there was never a therapist there available. After 3 months of paying the premium I decided to cancel. I called and they told me that I would have to pay out the remainder of my contract. So begrudgingly I did just to get out of the contract for services I was not using. I paid them over $500 to cancel my contract and another $500 to cancel my husbands. In September of this year I started to get phone calls that I needed to pay them for the membership. I advised them that I paid my contract in full and that I was not going to pay anything more for services that I did not use. They continued to harass me for additional payment on services I had already canceled. They then took $330 dollars out of my CLOSED bank account over drafting me. WE HAVE USED THE SERVICES ONE TIME!!! ONE TIME and they have charged me over $1200 and have refused to refund me the money they STOLE out of my account. When we contacted Corporate and the lady was EASILY able to tell that we canceled our services. The manager here refuses to refund me the money they took and continues to try and extort money from me for services. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!

*Buyer beware!* The overall experience was was NOT relaxing!!!! The entire process leading up to my massage was horrible and just BAD business!!!I received a ME gift card from my boyfriend. I tried countless times to book a massage online with very little success, I tried selecting literally every single option possible (months out) and NOTHING was available with anyone!!! I though their website must of been having issues so I called at least twice during business hours and left a message (I couldnt reach anyone) My call was NEVER returned. I finally gave up and went into the location and made an appointment with a person and the earliest she could get me in was nearly 3 month out!! So I booked the appointment - got a reminder 1 day prior via email, arrived and they had canceled my session because they didnt have my credit card info on file even though I made it clear I was paying with a gift card. The didnt bother to call me and tell me this but their email system sent me a remind the day before reminding me to be there at the appointed time.The massage was great but it was not worth the stress. I will NEVER be returning. Buyer beware!

My wife was gifted a massage and while she was there signed both if us up for a membership. The next day she called and cancelled both as we decided it wasnt worth the money to us. However, our card was still charged for $50 for a renewal. I called and was told they cant charge it back to the card so they would have to mail a check. No problem. EXCEPT... on 1/13 I was PROMISED that a check would be mailed that day or at the most the next business day. They must be out of business since then. No check has been mailed. 10 days and counting!!!Save your money and go to a place that has better customer service!

I had an appointment late on Friday night with Jessica. I came into the appt thinking, since it was close to closing, the massage would be so-so. Jessica quickly changed that thought. She treated me like I was her favorite client. She was top notch professional, answering my questions on the massage I was asking for. Explaining what she will be doing throughout the appointment. She would ask if the pressure was too much or not enough, advised me on what I can do to help myself out more on everyday aches & pain. She kept the mood enlightening throughout the entire time, all the time being professional. Jessica put me in such a relaxed state, of mind & body, that I stayed another 5 minutes in the lobby going on about how great she was. I will definitely be requesting Jessica again!!

Bad location/management/owners/staff. My wife had a membership with Green Hills location (different owners and better people) and had to cancel her contract early - no problems, no questions. I tried to cancel my membership with Murfreesboro location and Joyce personally called me to say I cannot do that, bad mouthed Green Hills saying they shouldnt have let my wife cancel either and told me I only have an option to freeze my account for 6mths and then they will process a payment. I recommend everyone signing up with Green Hills location and not this one unless you want to be stuck for a year dealing with people like Joyce who talk over you while youre trying to explain why you need to cancel. Also their replies to all reviews stating sorry to hear that contact us at blah blah blah to better assist you does nothing.

I have no problem with their massage therapists, but their 60 minutes sessions really are 45 minutes, because the time for counseling/filling out forms, changing clothes etc. is included in that 60 minutes. After my first massage, I was persuaded into a member ship ( They asked me soon after I just got done and I was not fully aware of anything going on. I felt sleepy) Once I got the membership for one year it was pretty nice until it came to the end of my membership. I checked my bank account and found out that they were still taking my money out of my account even though my membership already ended. I went over there and found out that I was supposed to sign a paper saying that they would not renew my membership and cancel it all together. They never told me that whatsoever. I would appreciate it they would tell me everything that has to do with this membership. If you go to Massage Envy, do not sign up for a membership or you can, just make sure they tell you everything about it. Dont be sleepy.

**Avoid this place at all cost**This is not a therapist, but rather a front for scamming people out of money. I signed up for their membership in September of 2017. I only had one massage and in February decided to go ahead and cancel the membership (paid the remainder of the year off in one lump sum). Last October I started getting calls stating that i owed them money for September. After reminding them that i had canceled, was informed that it would be sent to their GM Bre to get it cleared up.In December they withdrew all of the dues for October through December. When i called to contest the charges, they said that they show no record of me canceling, that they need it in writing. So i sent an email in to cancel, they called again last week to collect for January saying that i didntofficially cancel. I talked to their corporate office, and the office was able to see the cancellation back in February. The GM reached out to me and offered this solution: I update my card, and theyll just charge $10 to keep the account frozen...? Ive only been trying to cancel my membership for a year and these money grubbing pigs are continually trying to siphon money from me.Do whatever you can to avoid them, the arw many BETTER local businesses that can handle your needs without trying to cripple families.What a joke...

I have been a member of Green Hills Massage Envy since September last year. I recently had to cancel my membership and there was no issue - fill out a form and done. My husband got a membership at Murfreesboro and piggy backed off my membership for a lower rate. He called to cancel his membership this morning and they said no you cant, you have a year long contract. No is not an option. The sales woman who signed my husband up was pregnant and kept telling us about her pregnancy brain and even would forget what she was saying while talking to us. No big deal until you try to cancel and explain NO ONE said this Massage Envy is an unbreakable year long contract before you sign up. None the less I see at least 2 other reviews on here saying they did in fact cancel their membership from this location. We are waiting for someone to call us back from there today to further discuss this issue and how we are going to get it fixed.Update** Massage Envy says you cannot cancel your membership unless 2 reasons only:1. You move more than 25 miles away from any Massage Envy location.2. Medical reasons from a dr.This place is a scam for money. They dont care about you as a customer. Just ask Joyce the GM there. She is a professional at being nice/nasty. Way to go on local business!Also go to Green Hills Massage Envy. Their memberships are not contracted and you can cancel anytime you like. :)

What a horrible place! I would not recommend this business to anyone. They book your appointments and then call you the day before to tell you they messed up and have to reschedule you. The only problem is they cant get you in for 2 months when it is their fault. Oh, and if you get a gift card they will NOT refund your money. Buyer beware this place is not customer friendly!

I had booked a prenatal appointment and had read their cancel policy which is reasonable. I wake up at 4am for work every day, so when I was done I sat down and fell asleep which is expected when youre up that early and super preganant. Like last trimester pregnant. I explained this on the phone and they didnt care. They said I could come in for the remainder of the appointment which would be a whole 10min! Im sorry, but I feel that a company should make an expection if its the first time you have ever missed or if youre pregnant. I have never been to this place but I know that I will never be going there because of the poor costumer service!

So today was a birthday and I had a facial scheduled for a while to celebrate. Called all the week to see if I could squeeze in a massage as well (mentioning multiple times it was my bday and wanted to relax).They tell me when Im already done and checking out I could have had a special add-on for my bday, even though I mentioned it all week and when I came in, no one told me I could have this. I can barely make it in, maybe once every other month or so because its difficult to schedule with work, and the lady at the desk said if I could come back within a week for Another facial I could get it. I laughed....So that wasnt cool.Facial was nice though, even though she started over 15mins late................

Be very wary of this business. Read the contract before they talk you into it, because you CANNOT get out of it. I was relieved when my one year contract could be ended in December. I went in and signed the paperwork and was thankful I would no longer be required to pay for monthly massages that weren’t even that great. Then they still took money out in January. When I called about it I was told there was “nothing they could do“ to refund my money because of some small print I missed somewhere that says if you don’t cancel ten days before your contract is up they go ahead and take your money even though you signed a form stating that you no longer wanted their service. I cancelled exactly one year from when i signed the contract-December 8th to December 8th! Yet they still managed to swindle one last payment from me. They are very sneaky and it is not worth it!!!

Bought a gift card my boyfriend and I to get a couples massage back in February, they never had an availability for a couple except like once a month, which didnt work with our busy schedules. I decided to book a solo massage, tried booking trough the janky website but was never able to complete the appointment due to site errors when you get to a certain point (every time). Finally got an appointment scheduled (by calling) for Saturday April 7th at 4pm Murfreesboro location. A young lady called me Friday April 6th to confirm my appointment and explain since this was my 1st visit, I needed to show up 15-20min early. Showed up at 3:20pm Saturday and the girls at the front desk proceed to tell me I dont have an appointment. After explaining to her I was indeed scheduled and someone called the day before to confirm the girl looks at me and says very rudely, you dont have an appointment and were full. Another girl steps in the conversation and tells me I can come in the following day ( Sunday) at 12pm, but I told her I was not able to come back at that time. I ended up coming back a few weeks later to schedule an appointment and got something scheduled for 12pm May 15th. The girl that booked my appt remembered me coming in a few weeks prior and helped me get something booked. I asked her since I bought a gift card for $150 and they had messed up my previous appt if I could book 2 90 min massages for $75, instead of 1 for $75 and the 2nd for $90...She replied with, yes, we can do that for you just this once. Went in for my massage yesterday, massage was just ok, finish up and go to pay (with my gift card) and the girl Ashley begins to explain the intro fee saying today was $75 and my next one was $90. I then told her I was already scheduled to come back the following week and was told there would be a note in my account to honor both 90 minute massages for $75....Well there was no note. The girl that scheduled it was sitting next to her and pretended not to know anything about it. I then told them, run the charge for my current massage, cancel next weeks appt, and please provide me with the number for corporate. Ashley then tells me employees dont have a number for corporate but I could go on the website. I explained to her I had tried to use the website the last time I had an issue and never heard back from anyone. Ashley then says let her go talk to the District Manager Brooke (who was sitting 10ft away and could hear everything). Brooke never bothers to get off her butt and come assist, but sends Ashley back with a sheet of paper with an email address on it. WORST customer service, WORST experience, and I will NEVER be back. Crappiest part is Im stuck with $75 on a gift card that I wont be able to use. I will stick to locally owned businesses from here on out. Nuture Nook is where I typically go and where I will be from here on out! Massage Envy is THE WORST!!! DO NOT care about their customers. And from the reviews Ive read, this isnt going to get resolved and Im going to get a generic message about sending my concerns to their website. ABSOLUTE JOKE!

Terrible experience.....even when paying the monthly contract its very hard to get appointments. The manager is very unprofessional, rude, and yes a little racist. My draft date was misconscrewed on their end and I was told I was hard to deal with. What ever happen to respect for the customer? I wont go on but neither will my membership. Stay away. They suck.

Ive had multiple issues with this location. the front desk are either rude or uninformed. they simply dont care. Now today was my last straw. the massage therapist refused to give a massage because my neck hurt. ya i slept wrong, im here because i have some pain. you mean people come here not needing a muscle rubbed? he walked with me back to the front desk and told the receptionist she has an acute neck injury, i wont work on that as soon as he said that, i said WHAT?? injury? acute? dude i woke up wrong and have neck stiffness and soreness i wasnt in a vehicle crash ffs. that right there told me the guy has no idea what hes doing and probably shouldnt be working as a therapist. they were SO RUDE and wouldnt refund my money or my sessions. told me i can keep it as a credit. why on earth would i drive an hour to come to a place that was rude? on my out i even heard a receptionist say she has a point, thats kind of stealing i will now drive an extra 20 minutes to finish up my remainder sessions and cancel. well thats the plan until i get a call or email returned from corporate since i filed a complaint with everyone involved.

The massages are nice, and the employees are friendly, but god forbid you ever have to sppeak to a manager, you will never get a hold of one. I have been trying to contact a manager for four days now, and not once have I spoken to one. Thats calling everyday! Im told that they have no manager in house at the moment... Can a facility like this even DO that? What if someone was hurt or worse? I guess the managers just dont care. Its a shame, too, but i sure will not be renewing my membership.

I have been to this location a few times. I got talked into doing a 1 year membership last month. I have since tried to schedule my monthly 1 hour massage and there is NO availability. For example- today is Tuesday- they had 1 appt available tomorrow at 3:30- the one time of the day I couldnt go. For Thursday- you guessed it- only 1 appt available at 9:30 am AND it was only for 30 minutes. Same for Friday- 1 appt and only for 30 minutes- oh guess what...same for Saturday. She tells me it is our busy time of the year and they have 2 out on maternity leave. I get all that...maternity leave?? geez, mgmt had several months to plan for coverage so why didnt they...VERY unhappy
