I moved in recently, after living at a nearby complex for many years. The office staff and complex here is light years better than where I was. I wish I had moved much sooner. They are helpful and welcoming and extremely friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to work with Chad through the lease and moving process. Maintenance is courteous and responsive. If there was something they could do to make things easier for us, they did. The property is well taken care of, indoor and out, and residents are valued.

This place is a beautiful gated community that keeps their grounds, gym and pool immaculate. I would definitely recommend living here.

I love my little community and the people that make it possible. I love how the staff call you just to see how you are doing. My apartment is perfect. Thank you guys for making me feel so at home in a beautiful park like setting. I meet new friends daily.

My family and I have lived at Panther Creek for almost two years. I absolutely love it here! The entire staff is amazing (Chad and Meshyalah) 12 out of 10! They are always so helpful, happy, and going above and beyond. Not to mention the know me by name! (Gasps, its kind of a big deal) this makes me feel less of an apartment number and gives a personal touch. I have rented apartments for over 8 years before I signed with Panther and I will say I have never felt so welcomed and at home. They go out of their way for the Panther community its amazing. From giveaways to parties (of course COVID has lessened some of these). The even include the fur babies!The grounds are kept neat and clean. They take pride in the community. Maintenance is also very responsive. I have not had an issue since Ive been here with getting any of my request completed in a timely manner.Location wise its perfect! We are literally 2-3 minutes away from the interstate (no you cannot hear freeway noise), but you can be in Nashville within 20-25 minutes.If you choose Panther you will not go wrong! Best place hands down.:)

This place has the best staff EVER!! Very attentive to the needs of the residents. The apartment has the best corner porch. Property is beautiful too! Large pool with several grills and lounge area. Great place to live.

Only issue was that the residents never picked up after their dogs.

I love the place and Chad is so helpful will be moving in soon.

The maintenance for this place is horrible the floor started lifting after a few months of living there and didnt get fixed for awhile after being reported and we had a hole in the wall for months that they put there which never got fixed

I highly recommend Panther Creek Parc! From the first tour we took I felt safe and at home here and after ten months it has proven to be the best rental I’ve ever lived in. Even my husband, who was very skeptical about apartment living after being in a house with land for so long, truly loves it here. It’s super quiet, both the grounds and interiors are very well maintained, it has awesome amenities, is pet friendly, has ample parking, and is just an all around awesome and diverse little community. It’s also a really nice location- really close to the interstate, shopping, and restaurants- 15 minutes or less from pretty much anywhere in town- but just far enough removed from most of the traffic and more congested parts of Murfreesboro. The staff is helpful, professional, understanding, quick to respond, and genuine. The rent is a little higher than most other places we looked at in the area, but it has honestly been beyond worth it knowing we never have to worry about a thing.

I had the best experience visiting Panther Creek Parc. Chad was very knowledgeable, positive and a pleasure to speak with during the visit. He allowed us to ask every and any question. He let us visit multiple open floor plans and even offered to measure a space for us. Since the visit, Ive raved about the property because of the level of service Chad provided. Panther Creek Parc is lucky to have someone like Chad on the team.

My wife and I moved into the complex in the beginning of June and have had a great experience! The staff is more than accommodating and worked with us on several fronts. The complex is also one of the most pet friendly places that I have experienced in terms of apartment living. Definitely couldnt pick a better complex for my family!

Ive lived here about a year now I love it here. The staff has been very accommodating to my needs and tried to provide me with solutions for my wants too. Im writing this review from my large triangle shaped patio. Im happy with the open floor plan and its great for me to jump on the interstate in the morning and head to Nashville.One of my favorite things about this place is, one day I asked my neighbor if Im ever too loud. (I love to listen to music after a long day) she said they never hear me and then asked if their dog ever gets on my nerves and I didnt even know she had a dog.Maintenance has been great and theyve been prompt at dealing with any issues Ive had.I go to the pool often and the use the gym regularly. Theyre both great!

We knew we loved it before we moved it but we have been absolutely blown away since moving in. The grounds are so well kept & absolutely gorgeous, the gates & double locks on our doors make us feel very safe, & the staff is so knowledgeable & friendly. I am a resident of Panther Creek Parc Apartments and I want to share with you how much I enjoy living here. I recently retired, sold my home and moved here to simplify my life. No yard work or maintenance anymore. I am free to travel whenever and no worries. Beginning my second year here.The office staff is great to deal with and they are very accommodating. The maintenance staff is quick to take care of any issues I have right away. I am a dog owner and I have no issues as they supply sanitary stations to use. The amenities are first class. And lastly the neighbors are welcoming and the noise level is quiet. Brian

Beautiful place! I absolutely love where I live. I am totally shocked by the negative reviews on here! Glad I didnt see them until after I moved here it might have scared me away! That is very sad. I would like to totally let anyone know whos looking for a place to live that this place is awesome. I live in one of the carriage house apartments and it is perfect for me and my cat! The pool is absolutely FABULOUS! I am definitely proud for my family to come and visit me because everything is so pretty and everyone is always so nice. So in my opinion if you want a great place to live that is close to the interstate and shopping this is it!

I found this apartment complex online before moving into town, thought the rent was rather expensive but decided it was worth it, because the apartment complex seemed nice. I signed an 18 month lease to get the best rate possible, still expensive but manageable. Was not notified of an increase in rent until the month my new lease was supposed to start. Then found out my rent was increasing $60+ per month at this point it was too late to search for a new apartment and without having to pay month to month at an even higher rate, so reluctantly I signed another lease with the understanding that I would have my base rent and the other payments that I had previously had (water and garbage). Since I live in a one bed room, my water bill is normally around $10 per month, $15 at the most. When the apartment was purchased by another company I assumed that the terms of my current lease would stay the same, WRONG!! With absolutely no warning or notification from anyone I received my bill for the upcoming month, roughly $70 more than my original agreement. Im assuming there is still a trash pick up fee as well, but generally in the span of a week my garbage gets picked up maybe 2 times, but this is supposedly an amenity offered to residents. When I was looking to pay my rent (after the apartment went under new management) I could not find were to see a break down of my charges and since my rent was a considerable amount more that my normal charges I called the office to see if someone could direct me to see a break down of the charges. The person who answered told me there was not way for me to see a break down of my charges and then proceeded to inform me of the New Flat Rates the new management had put in place, again i was not notified until my bill was due and I had to call the office, because no one reached out to me nor could i see a break down of charges. If there is anyway I could get out of my lease I would I feel so mislead about all the changes and extra charges. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Love this place! Staff is awesome and always greet you with a smile. Its nice not having to pay for a gym membership. Wish their was a Stair Master and shared that. Grandkids love the play ground and I love not having to keep up a yard! Would recommend for anyone looking, I dont regret my decision.

Apartment are apartments, some are a little nicer than others. But what sold me on Panther Creek Parc was how I was treated. Everyone was just cool and made me feel like they were truly glad to help me. Good customer service isnt to be taken lightly in todays time. So with that being said, nice goes a long way. Not to mention my apartment is one that I am proud of. Love the weight room, saves me on a gym membership.

Overall I have really enjoyed living here. The office holds events to bring the community together. The pool is very nice. Car and dog wash. Tanning bed. Location is perfect. I can get anywhere quick because its close to the interstate. The only things I wished would improve is the parking spots are small and the kids park is.... well we dont even bother using it. But I definitely recommend living here. Ill probably renew!

We love living at Panther Creek. Any issue or question we have gets addressed immediately and we love the staff. The staff really tries to get to know the residents and has social gatherings that really are a lot of fun.

It would be nice since im paying close to $1,000/ month in rent to live in a gated complex that this place 1) Didnt leave the front gate open for WEEKS at a time, literally. 2) Fixed the back gate so it actually opens with the clicker. This is something that Im sure is calculated into my rent cost and is still advertised on their site. If you have gates and dont use them its not a gated community. There seems to be no sense of urgency for issues like this.

Ive lived here for a month and LOVE it so far! The apartment complex is clean, well-lit, well maintained, and safe. I do not have problems hearing my neighbors above me (as other reviews have mentioned) but I live in the brand new buildings so maybe they have improved those. The staff seems very helpful and responsive to recommendations.

I’ve currently lived here for about two months but love it already! The property is beautiful and maintained super well. My apartment itself is gorgeous and spacious and well worth the money. The closet in the master bedroom is bigger than my bedroom I had as a teen! 😍 The entire staff is wonderful. Daunton and Carly are super great and happily help you with any issues. Anything wrong gets handled quickly. They actually treat you like a friend, not just a resident. This is already the best place I’ve lived at since I moved to the boro 6 years ago. I plan on being here for a long time. ❤️

Very Nice apartments. The gym is great very moder and up to date with the latest equipments. The pool area is beautiful and they even have a nice fire place that would be fantastic for a romantic evening or night with your significant other.

Ive lived here for almost a year and have not had any issues. Their location is excellent, only minutes from I-24 and close to The Avenue. The community is quiet and clean. The staff is nice and friendly. The gym is awesome and so are all their amenities.

We have been residents for a year now and its been the BEST experience weve had living in apartments. Every encounter is with a warm hello and a sincere smile.Great area, lots of shopping & places to eat within minutes! Safe neighborhood. The complex is very well kept (when its not, it is out of their hands, some people just dont have respect or manners and litter, Ive seen it first hand). It is quiet, safe and very nice! The amenities are great! We have awesome and fun resident events! Friendly neighbors - shout out to the Wine Night/Pool Gang!! We are currently in a 1bd. Super affordable, very cozy and spacious at the same time. Ample parking. Any issue weve had has been promptly taken care of. The maintenance guys are super cool, kind and friendly (theyre my daughters buddies).We appreciate everyone at the office and love stopping by just to say Hello. Ive only got AMAZING things to say about EACH and EVERY one of them. I could care less if someone likes me or not, but it means the world to me when they light up as they see my toddler come through the door and take the time to be attentive and sometimes take a few minutes and just play with her. But they care about every resident and I assure you, they try their best to make sure you are well taken care of. The last few months have been tough for us as a family and theyve been there, every step of the way, helping and supporting us ANY way they can. I am SO incredibly grateful to have ended up living in such a great community. It was a tough transition from CA to TN and they made us feel so welcomed.I can only HIGHLY recommend Panther Creek Parc as a top choice for a place to call home, really.

They Are always coming in your apartment. Parking by your building is difficult on a normal day. When they seal it you can’t find a space much less be able to drive through the parking lot with the cars parked everywhere. Would not recommend to anyone, until they get there act together.

I cannot say anything negative about Panther this year. Our new property manager is an angel. She went above and beyond for me and my boyfriend when our rental house fell through. The whole team goes above and beyond for us and the maintenance team is always so quick to fix issues. I am so glad to be a panther resident. @panthercreeklovesu

We (my husband and baby boy 11 months) have been at Panther Creek in Murfreesboro TN for a year now. It was everything and more we needed upon arrival and transition with our little one.Maintenance is phenomenal! The amenities are very very nice. The staff is always friendly, and the community events are always great! Favorite part, the space! The apartment is as big as a house, around 1200 sq ft for our 2bd 2ba. And closet space, the best!

The apartments themselves are nice. I moved in when it was new so except for the usual new construction stuff they were fine. The limited access gates malfunctioned for the majority of the time I was there (18 months). And, be prepared for the rules to change at will and with little to know access. For example, forcing you to pay $25.00 per month for door-side garbage service which was picked up only about half the time. While nice, the office staff was clueless. Literally, it seemed like I was dealing with children at times and everyone had a different story and no one ever quite knew the reasoning behind decisions. When moving out, and my apartment was immaculate, they found things to charge like dirty drip pans in the stove. That should be considered normal wear and tear. Especially considering the excellent condition of my apartment. After moving out and paying the final bill I was sent another revised final bill. The amount has changed twice, ive talked to three different people, the manager is out (always) and no one can seem to explain what this revised bill is for. Every story theyve told me it was for is incorrect. Still dealing with them…two months later...

I would love to give this apartment complex negative 5 stars. They love to promote luxury living but there isnt anything luxury about the units except the fact they offer granite counter tops. The unit we moved into was NOT prepared at all. There was still paint & holes in the walls from previous resident. The paint they use is very cheap and stains SUPER easily, there are no lights or ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and the blinds are cheap and flimsy. The breeze ways absolutely disgusting. They are filled with bugs, spider webs and trash. The parking is terrible due to the fact of no assigned parking. Youll be walking a good distance to get to your unit. The dumpster area is not maintained AT ALL. It looks like a land fill. The computers in the computer room are outdated and half of them are not working. The printer doesnt work properly but they claim they have been ordering a new one for months. The rent here isnt cheap by no means. Yet youll feel like youre living in a very low income housing complex. Do NOT let the curb appeal fool you! This apartment complex has been a huge disappointment for us & nothing but problems since day 1. Weve complained to management so many times and NOTHING gets done.

My sister lived here while her new home was being built. The secure entry is nice and the interior of her apartment was nice but the exterior of the building had a lot of maintenance issues.

Amenities were very nice, BUT they absolutely love draining money from you. If you dont know your lease by heart, theyll subsequently drain your wallet for it. Their favorite things are hidden costs and tenants who dont fill out a 60-day notice of departure (even though the move out day is clearly stated in the lease). If youre a fan of spending way more than you expected for an apartment, then this is the place for you! Hell I moved out more than a month ago, and Im still getting bills from them.These people are vampires, beware.

I know someone who lives in this complex. Apartments are well laid out. Management has changed hands and jury is still out on the current company. Maintenance is average for this type of facility.

Mentioned that we are a retired couple, never got a call back. Clearly not interested in older people.

My boyfriend and I have lived at Panther Creek Parc for 3.5 years. I am from Nashville, he Memphis, and we moved to Murfreesboro to be close to MTSU. We chose Panther Creek Parc because of its great location between Nashville and Mtsu, beautiful apartment layouts, and amenities. We have had a few difficulties in our time here, but over all it has been very pleasant and we decided to stay because the staff was incredibly helpful with our specific needs as recent graduates looking for jobs. They worked with us to transfer to an apartment that will save us some money and helped us work out a short term lease so we dont feel stuck as we continue expanding our job search. The community has been awesome. Specifically, Dalton Niyravong, the assistant manager, is outstanding at customer service. He is so nice and helpful. I had to call several times during our move and he always answered, took the time to help me, went above and beyond, and made sure I knew that he was happy to help. Seriously, Dalton is making Panther Creek look really great!!! Maintenance has also been great. Ive recommended this apartment to my friends and family because of this and I have two friends planning to move in. Highly recommended!!

First and foremost the property is extremely well maintained and nice. Now to get into my issue concerning my rating. I went into the office last Tuesday and spoke with Dylan or Adam not sure, it’s like 4 guys that work there.. We toured the property and he gave me rates based on my move in date at the time. Great, after touring a few other properties I figured I would apply with Panther. I called back a few days after , and I believe he was not available therefore I spoke with another person. I inquired about rates because they can change everyday, now I was quoted 1045 plus the water trash fee 55, by Adam. This other man quoted me around 1155 and said he would give me 55 dollars off for basically pre leasing. That was fine, however; he said on a unit or phase that I hadn’t toured. I called Back The same day and asked for Adam in which I had talked to and seen so I figured he could pull me up and be familiar. I got CHAD ON THE Phone! He stated he couldn’t find my information in the system as to what I was quoted or interested in. Which was strange. He then quoted me $1189, and said that’s with him giving me $55 off . I asked him could he send photos he said sure. Three days passed no photos . I had my friend call and ask for quotes, he quoted her for the same unit $1080! $109.00 lower than what he quoted me 5 minutes prior. I then called back to see if he would quote me the same, he did not! He said everything that was online was a lie. He promised to send her photos as well, welp . It’s thursday and this was Monday. Never received anything. I called again to speak with him! I told him I was displeased with his non professionalism, he said he got busy. He I asked him to send me quotes via email so I can have them in writing once I applied! I still never received them. I ended up signing a lease for new property by the name of “EASTON PLACE” on Cason lane. $1150 for one bedroom which includes WiFi and cable with a NFL packet. All was done in one day!I said all of that to say, customer service is what’s important to a potential resident as well as the unit. The leasing agent sells the unit! Sells the property!Your agents are horrible! I will be contacting your manger and corporate office about my horrible experience with CHAD!

My son lives there and I helped him move the last day he was moving and its a nice place one thing I really liked about it is that they have a area for you to wash your car with a vacuum

Walls are thin. You can hear the neighbors. Visit a friend there a few times and you can hear the loud neighbor above blasting music as if no one lives around. Dont know how the other neighbors puts up with it. Constant stomping from a grown person above. Tried to help a friend my knocking on that persons door to just talk, but the person refuses to open. Loud music and stomping gets worst. Theres a difference between stomping and walking. My visit was to see if I would like to move there. Its a no. I will look elsewhere. Feel bad for my friend having to put up with this. Glad my friend will not renew the lease.

My familu moved here from Ohio. When I came to view the property and toured with Brittney, i left feeling like I found my home. This is a clean quiet community with great amenities.

DO NOT MOVE HERE IF HAVE PETS. You will be charged pet fees and pet rent which are just to discriminate you for having a pet they do not go to repairs or any thing they consider damage pet rent goes to doggy bag stations. When I transferred to a difrent apartment, transferred ! Didnt move complexes just simply went to a newer one! I was charged 1300 of damages which 1100 of that was just for carpet because of pet Ive lived in multiple apartments surrounding that area. Rent was cheaper 200-400 a month less and pet rent and fees went to damages my carpet got replaced at belden reserve which is just as nice as this place and I paid 200 out of my pocket because carpet caused 500 and pet few was 300 same square footage and nicer carpet !!! Just trust me if you have pets or in any point of your time there might get one the worst mistake would be to move here. Plus they raise rent every time you resign a Contract.If you dont have pets and never will then its a nice place to live . But other places around it are cheaper and just as nice. Im in sales and talk to 100-150 clients a month half of which moving to this area looking for places to live I will most definitely send them the other way.

This does not apply to you unless youre a Pet Lover! Pet lovers be AWARE! Great place to stay, clean community, minus the huge drug bust that happened in a building next to mine this summer. Biggest disappointment as this; a huge charge for a PET FEE which is basically a pinalty for having a pet, it is not a pet deposit it is a FEE stated clearly. Then you pay a monthly pet rent goes to the doggy bags and a dog area which is not a bad thing to have. Pet fees are totally fine if it goes to any damages that the pet leaves behind. After leaving my apartment I was charged 1400 dollars ! I had a professional service come out to clean the appartament and repair any scratches or wholes I had made to put up picture frames. I got charged an 85 dollar cleaning fee as if I left the place a mess. A few things adding up to 30 dollars like a pair of blinds and a refrigerator shelf (which is my fault for not filling out the list upon move in) but major issue and surprise was the carpet. A charge of 1200 dollars for carpet repair and pad that goes under the carpet. OUTRAGEOUS!! those of you that have pets understand what I am taking about when i say its a big responsibility and that in the term of a year a puppy will have an accident or two. However even if the carpet is professionally steam cleaned the pad underneath will show the spots then you will be charged 1200 dollars for 2 bedroom carpet replacement. The carpets are the cheapest quality offered at Home Depot you can buy the same one of cheapest priced carpet they have and do same repairs for under 200 dollars. Panther Creek Parc Apartments will pinize you for having a pet!! Do not think the pet fee covers anything! I have stayed at multiple apartments within 3 miles of that location same quality and class cheaper price. Example Saint Andrews Appartments right up the road are 300 -400 cheaper and when your pet messe up the carpets its under 500 dollars to repair them.This is a nice place to live if youre not a pet owner if you are, run away trust me!
