I have been a resident since 2016 & LOVE it at 3343! I have lived in both a 1 bedroom & 2 bedroom apartment - each are very spacious & have great features such as the granite counters, large closests, laundry room.The amenities are my favorite part of the complex: always clean & accessible! The staff is so friendly & takes the time to get to know you. Everyone is easy to work with which is very important.Highly recommend to anyone in search of an apartment.

They leased the unit with the used carpet on. After one and a half years, when I evacuated, they fined me more than $600 for two spots on the carpets. I recommend if you are looking for an apartment think twice about this complex. The other thing that you may ignore is the very long hallways that make grocery carrying really hard in the long run. It has a beautiful pool and clubhouse.

Where do I begin? Mary Lee is easily the best person to work with. She was helpful, friendly and honest which you don’t usually get when dealing with leasing office staff. She wasn’t pushy and she explained everything in great detail.Easily the best experience apartment hunting. I would hands down recommend this complex.

The office staff here is amazing! They are extremely accommodating to individual needs and made the leasing process move quickly and with ease. The community is also exceptionally beautiful, well kept and peaceful. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

I have been in these apartments for a few weeks now and love them. The office staff are so friendly and helpful. It’s a delight to talk with them. They always remember your name! The club house and pool area are really nice and always seem clean. The apartment itself is so spacious with good storage closets. It’s also an updated apartment with nice appliances and countertops. I came from living in a house to these apartments and have been pleasantly surprised at how quiet things are - no rowdy crowds. I’m so glad that I chose this place to live.

I have been a resident for almost 2 months now, and everything about living here has been great. From the moment I walked in for a tour, the staff was always friendly and welcoming and the property looked great. The pool and gym are both great and the property is in an extremely convenient location for food and shopping. Not to mention the value I get for the space I have is extremely worth it. Im very glad I chose 3343 for my Murfreesboro living.

My Boyfriend and myself recently started looking for a place of our own in the Murfreesboro area and 3343 Memorial apartments was BY FAR not only the best looking community we toured but also had the best office staff. We had an amazing tour with Mary Lee, the assistant community manager, and fell in love with their B1SR floor plan. We had quite a lot of must haves for what would be our ideal apartment, and Mary Lee went above and beyond when following up with us after the tour about what was gonna be available for our desired move in date. She even found our perfect apartment with just about everything we were wanting. The application process only took a couple of hours and we were able to secure the apartment we wanted on the same day it became available. Needless to say we are EXTREMELY excited to move into this amazing community!

Apartments are great but the management not so much. Those kids need to be trained again and the right way. Maybe not the job for them. They need to go.

We recently leased an apartment at 3343 Memorial with Kevin. He was great to deal with and went out of his way to help us find the right apartment. Other apartment complexes that we looked at made it seem like they were doing you a favor. We will be leasing long term there for our son and feel safe with people like him running things. I just went there last Saturday and Mary Lee supported me with all the info I needed and was there to guide during the application process, it is only Tuesday and we have already been able to secure the apartment! It was a great experience

Driving up to the place I felt like I was in a nice area. I met the property manager and I immediately felt at ease. She was extremely nice and polite. I am in a wheelchair, and she made the tour very easy for me to get around without skipping a beat. She showed me my floor plan and I was extremely impressed. My cats and I are looking forward to living on the top floor! The leasing staff has been great and getting the application process started. Looking forward to a bright future and meeting friends here!

Its clean and safe. We were only renting for 3 months. It has a great saltwater pool, clubhouse, firepit, outside grills and covered deck. We were on the 1st floor, which was convenient, but upstairs neighbors, who were not loud people, were loud downstairs. Van and Chris in Maintenance were great!

Really nice apartments. You have so much stores and shops around you and the best part is that you dont need your car! You can walk to McDonalds, taco bell, Walgreens, aldi,subway,camino real,tire shop and others just cant remember. Lol. The staff there is very friendly and always try to help you with any issues.

I really appreciate the way I was greeted and welcomed to the community. The entire staff was more than helpful with the choice to come here and the process to attain residency. During a very tough time in my life they were able to make it a very easy transition. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

I worked with Mary Lee to find the perfect apartment— it was a fantastic experience working with her! She was knowledgeable about the apartment complex, fun, and professional. Of all the tours we went on that day, Mary Lee was by far the best! Great experience and would recommend to everyone!

Nice communinity, however, unprofessional when it comes to doing business. I stopped by on March 25th to inquire about a unit, two of them were available at that time, I called back 3 times the same day to confirm the units were still available and Mary Lee confirmed they were. I told her I will submit my application. I called again at 9am on March 26th and spoke with Mary Lee again, she confirmed again that the units were available, while on the phone with her she gave me instructions how to complete the application and confirmed that she will wait for the application, I submitted the application shortly after I got off the phone with her - I also emailed her my pay stubs and driver license that she was waiting for. She called me back to tell me right after she got off the phone with me that someone walked in and signed leases and both units gone - were talking about a 10 minutes timeframe. I asked her why did she tell me just a few minutes earlier that the units were available, give instructions how to complete the application, and even tell me shes waiting for my application to process it, if she had intentions to rent both units while I was submitting my application? Her response was they submitted their applications this morning before mine, thats impossible considering that I called first thing in the morning as they were just opening the office and she she told me both units were available. Then I asked if you told me to complete the application, which takes about 10 minutes, why not follow up with me first before renting the unit that we just discussed less 10 minutes ago, she said the people had money in hand; I highly doubt that she rented both units in 10 minutes. She promised me the units were available and then when she got my application she told me she just rented both units that were available 10 minutes ago. Thats a shady way to do business.....very unprofessional. The worst part is that I turned down two other communities that actually called me to see if I was still interested in renting their apartments because they had other people interested and they did not want to rent to them since I was on their list first. Now I have to start my search all over again.

I just moved in around July and I absolutely LOVE it here. The residents are so friendly and the quality of the apartments themselves are great! Also, Kayla in the front office is amazing! She has been so helpful with everything is always available to help you no matter what! I absolutely love her! Definitely a welcoming place to live and its nice!

My granddaughter lives here and its quite nice. Quiet, safe, and pleanty of room. (In a one bedroom) its clean & the pool area was very busy with fun.

I moved from out of state and applying online was super easy and the staff helped out as much as they can. The complex is beautiful and peaceful. It’s a perfect place to own a dog as they have sidewalks all around the complex for nice long walks. The apartments themselves are spacious and gorgeous. The office staff is so friendly and helpful as they give plenty of phone numbers and ways to contact them. And the maintenance staff is fast and efficient and also super friendly as you will see them daily working throughout the complex. First place I’ve ever rented at and couldn’t be more happier than I am!

Apartments look beautiful but was built with very cheap materials and work was done badly. Office employees seem super nice until you sign the lease and after that they are not very helpful. Also high theft area. I do almost all my shopping online and at least 8 packages that were said to have been delivered, I never received.

We have loved making 3343 Memorial our home over the past year! They keep everything so clean and tidy. The units are beautiful and spacious. All of the staff members here are so nice and accommodating. We love the pool, work-out room, and all of the events they host throughout the year. This is the place for you whether you are a young college student, young professional or ready to retire.

I called 3343 Home for 3 and a half years and I couldn’t be happier with my experience there.The apartment is beautifully designed and maintained and the staff there has always been quick to go above and beyond whatever is asked of them. I’ve never had an issue that wasn’t resolved in anything more than a few hours regardless of the time of day.I could go on for an hour about this place but it was certainly the best place I could have picked in town and I never thought It would be possible to miss an apartment complex, but I do!

I have live at 3343 Memorial for approximately 15 months. There is several great things about the apartments for me. The front office staff is amazing and are quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have. The maintenance men likewise were diligent in resolving any maintenance issues that might arise. The amenities in the apartment are very nice. It had a great pool and commons area that brings a lot of joy to the kids and families of the apartment. The clubhouse is a nice place to have a party. I also enjoy the fact that 3343 throws their own little get together about once a month and everybody is invited!! I personally love the location as well, if you have kids they can walk to school. If you want a bite to eat you can walk to several restaraunts. Overall it’s an enjoyable place to live, especially if you enjoy apartment life.

3343 Memorial is amazing! My husband and I have lived here for 7 months now and could not be happier! The complex is always clean and well taken care of! The other residents are very neighborly! Awesome place to live. Very quiet, in my opinion. In my almost two years of living here I’ve never had any complaints about loud noises. Staff are very friendly and helpful as well. When I needed maintenance they have been very timely. I also enjoy the social aspect of the community and the ability to engage with other community members at different events at the clubhouse. I also enjoy the discount provided to VA staff. Great area and great proximity to all the stores I need.

Lived here for 3 years while in college and its an awesome place! From maintenance to the leasing office, everything was great. My dog would even get a treat from the office every time we walked by! The themed parties were great, and the pool area during the summer with a fire during the winter is awesome as well. Would stay here for a while more!

We have been to other apartments in Murfreesboro, and we are so glad we chose 3343. There are great amenities; pool, clubhouse, workout room, and outdoor sidewalks for walking. You are close to restaurants and shopping, but you also feel right at home. The staff are always friendly and helpful; this includes the office staff, the gardener, the maintenance guys, and the security officer. Calling 3343 home has been a great choice for us!

Our family loved 3343 Memorial! Our unit was spacious, up-to-date, and we really enjoyed the layout. We had a porch that overlooked the pool, and this made us feel like we were on a permanent vacation! We were there for a year and had a hard time leaving! I particularly loved the workout room - I felt like I had my own treadmill waiting for me each day. Ha! Ill never get that good exercise again! ;) The kids loved the pool, and the office with computers and printer was extra helpful!The staff were fabulous - always friendly and accommodating. Our children also enjoyed the various activities (pumpkin decorating contest, movies and popcorn by the pool, etc.) that the staff offered. The maintenance guys were unbeatable! They greeted me with a smile every time I saw them and took care of every issue promptly and thoroughly. I certainly miss being able to pick up the phone and have my problem solved by the time I got home from the grocery store! Our dog loved the staff, too, and they always showed her plenty of affection! 3343 Memorial is a wonderful place. We highly recommend them!

Ive been here since last summer and love it here. The staff is awesome and any maintenance is handled quickly. The pool, 24 hour gym, and clubhouse are great benefits to living here. Easy walking distance for food, groceries, pharmacy, bank, etc.

We have been living here since July. It is quiet and the rooms are very spacious. The staff is very professional. The ground are clean.

My wife and I have lived here 2 different times in different units and we love it. Out of all of the apt complexes in town, this is the one we chose to move back into. My husband and I moved to 3343 when we first got married in 2015. We lived here for 1.5 years then moved out and in with relatives to save money for grad school. When we decided to get an apartment again we had no hesitation or doubt that we were for sure going back to 3343 Memorial. We came back and signed another 1.5 years. We love the staff, gym, office area with pool table and fireplace, and the nice features of our apt such as the flooring and the appliances! So glad we found this place!

Gorgeous, modern apartments right on the edge of murfreesboro! The complex has awesome features and is convenient to my favorite grocery stores. We love all of the staff but Alee is our fave - she goes above and beyond to meet my needs and makes sure my daughter and I are well taken care of!

I moved into this apartment complex in February 2018. I love how modern and up to date every thing is. The maintenance staff is extremely nice and helpful. However, I have been dealing with extremely loud and inconsiderate upstairs neighbors since day one. (Yes, I expected to hear some noise, but this is excessive) Starting at 6:00a.m. I hear constant running, stomping, and jumping that does not end till 9:00p.m. I have tried everything just to have a little peace and quiet. I left a note on my upstairs neighbor’s door to inform them that they do have neighbors below them now. No change. After a week or two I contacted the curtesy officer to ask them to quiet down. The officer did make contact with them and they were quiet for about 30 minutes. After that the running, stomping, and jumping started again. Three months later, I then contacted the leasing manager to see if they can please help me or if there is anything they can do. I didn’t even get a response. So, do I recommend living here? Absolutely not, unless you are on the top floor. I will not be renewing my lease and I will not ever recommend this place.

Harmoni at 3343 has been a blessing to me in my apartment search! She has made the process easier than I had expected. Having such a short time span to find an apartment, 3343 did not have any 1BR available at the time.. but Harmoni would let me know if there happened to be a move-out of a 1BR. A few hours later, she texts me from their leasing phone (SO CONVENIENT!) to let me know there would be an availability. Harmoni has been so amazing at answering any questions I have had, informative about the application process, extremely personable, and just very comfortable to be around and talk to. Everyone that has been in the office when Ive been there has been professional, nice, helpful and you feel like youre talking to a friend or neighbor. Thank you to everyone, especially Harmoni, for making this stressful apartment hunt less stressful!

I have so loved living here at 3343 Memorial Blvd with my boyfriend and our puppy, Teddy! Everyone in the front office and maintenance are so friendly, helpful and just truly make your day when you see them. We have been here for 2 years, and couldnt see ourselves being in any other Apartment. I love the luxury feel of the Apartment, but I love when our friends come over and say they feel like they are at a resort. The Front Office staff have fun events for the residents and the maintenance guys go above and beyond to make sure you get a heavy printer brought to your front door lol Aleeson and Tina have been the Absolute Best, and they know what I mean when I say they truly go above and beyond for me. Thank you all for making this feel like home, and being next door to Publix, Aldis, right down the street from Kroger and Wal-Mart....man, I just cant see being anywhere else :-)!
