Ive relied on Estes & Cain exclusively for all of my recent HVAC concerns. Theyre exceedingly professional, courteous, and punctual. Out of the three HVAC systems at my house, two are relatively new, and Im expecting the third to require replacement any time now (its 14 years old). Technician arrived at scheduled time. After he conducted his inspection & maintenance he explained he found a rust problem with the A/C coil (previously noted during their 2020 annual winter heater service). He stated the problem didnt require immediate replacement but should be done this Fall/Winter to preclude a totally inop A/C in 2022. Well take his advice & have a new coil installed this Fall. I trust E&C to only do required work at a reasonable price.

Ducts, dampers, Zone board & refrigerate lines prior to moving in. The inspection he did saved us money, the information was sent to the builder creating repairs we had zero clue what to look for! You have to get a pre-inspection for your HVAC , before a closing new or exciting construction you have to. Our unit is just shy of 2 years old, but the company that installed it wasn’t willing to fix the problem even though it is a known one with heat pumps.E&C came to our home knowledgeable about the issue, and agreed to resolve it ASAP. When they returned a few days later, they were prepared and quickly had the problem fixed.So glad Trane recommended them. We do, too!

This team has been nothing but responsive and polite when we were in a pinch and for our routine maintenance. They are respectful to cost and reasonable with repairs. We had 10 kids coming over for a sleepover that night (winter) and the bonus room heating unit died (only room that would fit all the kids). They found a replacement and were able to get it installed before the party. They went above and beyond! Back in July, our main pump kept kicking off and Jim came out, diagnosed the problem and replaced the breaker that night, a Sunday night. Their professionalism is the same, high quality interaction every time. They hold our regular maintenance contract as well. If you need it done right, this is your team.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE this company. Jim Estes, his wife, and his crew are WONDERFUL!! Theyve installed a couple of new HVACs for us and they come service them a couple of times a year. When one needed to be repaired, Jim personally came out and looked at the system since it was the second leak on the unit. He quickly found the issue and ran some type of a drain (I think thats what it was) to the outside of the house which fixed the problem. Its never leaked again! I LOVE their technician so much that it almost feels like Im chatting with a younger brother! Its the same when I speak with Jim and his wife. Its nice when you can have wonderful contractors, trust, and establish a relationship with the people you do business with. I highly recommend them! You wont be disappointed!

The serviceman was completely professional, wore a mask, avoided tracking dirt into the house. He called to ask it he could come here earlier than our appointment, as he was in the area. The service of our previous provider became unsatisfactory. I read that many people in my neighborhood recommended Estes & Cain, so I called them out to look at our next breakdown (after an unacceptable quote from previous company). Estes & Cain came out the same day and fixed the unit, and it is still working several months later. Cost was less than quoted by previous company (and completed same day rather than waiting several days). I wont hesitate to call them again if needed.

He offered me the service plan in a way that was not pushy. We signed up! I have utilized Estes and Cain to install two gas lines in my home associated with the installation of a gas fireplace and a gas range. They were quite thorough and performed these activities in a timely and neat manner. Been working with Estes and Cain several years now, fixed my main home unit first time, then replaced our upstairs heat and air unit. My daughter needed a new unit in her condo and while she was on vacation Estes and Cain installed and carted away the old unit trouble fee for us. Always economical when quoted against others, but more so, always very quick to respond when an emergency. They do our yearly service as well and are always professional and on time. Jim came in and evaluated the situation. He told us that our system was the right size but there was a hole in one of the coils causing the issue. That was much better news than a full replacement and the Best part was it was under warranty. His crew was very honest and attentive; they responded quickly and the cost was lower than we had expected. We highly recommend them and will use them for all our future needs!
