Products that are produced are fair, but the lack of communication and any follow up is missing completely. Simple questions such as when product will be ready get no immediate response. I have twice now waited over 7 days only to send a follow up email to get the necessary answer.With so many new sign and banner companies opening in Murfreesboro, I recommend taking your business to one of them. ASC has seen better days.

I called this business to get a new sign quote, left a message. Never got a response. So I went in to the office to get a quote. After 2 weeks still no response. I cant comment on how they do their work, but their customer service really sucks. I had 895 Sign do my new sign. They return calls in a timely manner.

I used them twice for signage at our locations. They were good a few years back.This time I dont know what the owner is doing. I came from Gallatin to Murfreesboro to meet with them at a new location of mine & nobody called or showed up. I waited an hour & 1/2. The next day I went back & met with a man. Showed him in detail what I needed done. A week & a 1/2 later I called twice to try & get my quote. When I got the email it was nothing that we discussed. I called & told him that this is just unprofessional at this point & his exact words were, I get that a lot but my hands are tied I work for her.I call & either nobody picks up or they say theyll give the message to her & she doesnt call back. Im literally trying to give them money & its like they dont want to take it.I really try to keep my business local but this place makes it hard.

I can trust ASC to print our auction signs and have them ready on time, every time. They can always handle the odd jobs I need and the quality is always great. I appreciate them treating my business like it is as important to them as it is to me.

I have been very impressed with the professionalism and quality of the signs and banners at ASC Signs! They do a great job with yard signs especially, and they have more variety and will take on more projects than some of the other sign shops in the area.

Ive worked with the owner for several months now. This sign shop is the best in Murfreesboro and you can tell they really care about the community! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

First time was ok. For second time I still waiting for almost 3 month. I called almost everyday to ask if are they ready to come install my sign. Seem like I have begged for them to come. If they cant do it in time they shouldnt take the Job just tell me go esle where. Ill be glad instead of waiting for their excuses. My last business with them

Hate to say it. Update on yesterday. Yes, they got the sign up today but in the wrong spot. Yeah, yeah finger point at me but if she went back to her email last 2month ago she should have got the right spot for me. But its ok let karma take care.
