Check in process easy. Staff very professional and skilled. One stick and I was out the door.

I no longer have anything nice to say about this lab. I was always taught, if you dont have anything nice to say then dont say anything at all.

Zero Stars. This place treated me like a criminal. I own my own business any the people here should treat people with respect.

Unprofessional employees, I was cussed out by a lady driving in a labcorp vehicle. That definitely makes me never want to go there.

The staff was extremely helpful and the woman who helped me explained everything she was doing on the computer while putting in my information. it was relatively quick and painless! i was super nervous to come to this location because of the reviews but the staff was kind and the results were in the next day.

Did my phlebotomy externship recently at this site and was very happy with the care and professionalism the staff had with the patients and myself. They know what they are doing and I learned so much!

My go-to place for lab work. Much more convenient than the hospital lab. The staff is friendly, but sometimes it seems their rushed and can use more help. Facilities are plain-jane but perfectly acceptable.

Went in 17 days ago for a routine blood test, and I’m still waiting on the results. The staff at the physical location was friendly, prompt and knew what they were doing. The customer service part not so much. Monday I called them, the lady was laughing as I was telling her I needed my results to get my medicine or I can get very sick. Told me she would get them in the mail. Still not here after three days of waiting. Called again, granted this time I was a little more frustrated and feeling really sick by this point, but the lady refused to give me my results and was not very helpful either. Very disappointed. Used this company for the convenience, never again. Clearly they do not care who they inconvenience. I suppose they are lucky I’m a broke college kid who can’t afford a lawyer..hopefully I won’t be in the hospital soon.

Because I cant give a zero!!!! Place is a mess and beyond slow!!! Unreal. Ridiculous

Get a flipping secretary! Completely and utterly ridiculous wait time for a routine blood draw and then the company gets computerized check ins. So many people have walked out! Look at the age range of people coming in! They are not going to deal with this nonsense of a computer check in and no one is a available to assist them through it! Waste of time and money!

Reading other reviews, I was concerned about going here, but it was the only local option I found. However, there was no need for concern at all! I arrived at 4:52, just 8 minutes before closing, and I was still greeted warmly, checked in quickly at an easy to use computer kiosk, had a great draw (no bruising), and was out by 5:02 p.m. I will continue to use this facility with no hesitation.

Customer service dept. doesnt know how to help customers trying to get into patient portal. They have no understand of how their software works. It also takes forever to get labs drawn here, because they have to look ICD codes. Just a headache

They are the most rude lab I’ve ever used!!! Horrible lab staff. They need a dang secretary! They refused me service because “they close in 15 minutes”And they were so unprofessional. Don’t go here!!

Refuses to accept medicare and insurance cards. Demands cash.

Small and crowded waiting room. There is no receptionist so you just sign in with no confirmation. I waited for an hour despite showing up early and having an appointment time. Rude staff who failed to wash hands before drawing blood.

Rediculously slow
