Not even kidding it cost me $30 to print 25 colored 8.5x11 flyers. This would have been half the cost at staples or another print shop. Apparently this was after a discount too? If the website had said anything about their prices for printing I would have never made my copies there. Waste of money I would say.

45mintues for a 12page fax. After 30 min of waiting patiently I ask politely if it would be much longer. I got a very snippy rude answer. Also the manager and the trainee were arguing about where to put the cash I paid with and then went in the back yelling in another language pointing at me. Im done told it went through and I leave and go on my way and then Im told a week later by the person that received it that the fax was not even legible it was so faded and they couldnt read anything. Almost $15 and 1 hour wasted! Dont waste your time!

I have been going to Post Net for a couple of years and am very happy with their service. Every time I stop by they are very helpful and extremely nice. I cant recommend this business enough.

Tried returning 4 packages that were shipped to my house (via unauthorized credit card charges/ fraud purchases) but was told they wouldnt take them and I had to pay to ship them back.Why do I have to pay to ship back a product I didnt purchase. I explained this to them but was still told they wouldnt accept them for return. Dont do business with them. WORST customer service EVER

I go here often for shipping services. They have daily pickups from the 3 carriers I use. (USPS, FedEx, and UPS..... Maybe more, but I only use 3!) I occasionally pay them for packing services as well, and trust them to package my product properly. Staff is always friendly, and prompt. I highly recommend this particular PostNet. Thanks guys!

I went a little ways out of my area, and was very pleased to find such an awesome, efficient way to ship! Its more expensive than the post office I traditionally go to, but the service was very good! The staff were friendly, and I got everything I needed handled very safely. What I was shipping was a little on the fragile side, but no fear, not a single problem! Worth a couple extra bucks for the service and quality.

I was very disappointed with this mail store. I always strive to shop local and use locally owned businesses whenever I can. I went in to ship a small envelope package and small package. The store was flooded with packages. There were piles everywhere, including right in front of the main register they wanted to help me at. I tried my best to be forgiving as UPS had just delivered so I kept walking around the pile and trying to ignore the piles of packages all over the counters and along the walls. I was helped immediately upon entering the store but it took over 10 minutes for the person helping me to enter all my information and the recipients information into the computer, with assistance from another employee. Finally, after 10 minutes I was told the price for the small envelope package I wanted to ship to the same city would be over $7, for first class postage. This is over twice what I expected it would cost to ship. I will be taking my postage business to a different store in future.

Very friendly and helpful. Plenty of packing supplies and shipping options. They even have notary services so its a one stop shop.

I was kind of put off by the relatively high price for shipping, however the guy who helped me, who I assume is the owner, was super good and took care of me in a timely manner. I will definitely be back.

This location has helped us get some great print outs by the needed due dates. If their in house printer couldnt do what we needed they would send the job out and get it back to us by the needed time.

I asked my roommate, who is Native American, to go to Post Net to fax some papers to me that I had left at home by mistake. The guy behind the counter told my roommate he needed a fax cover sheet, but apparently wouldnt explain much more than that to my roommate who is not office-savvy about such things. My roommate repeatedly asked him what he was supposed to do, but apparently the guy wasnt interested in being clear enough to help him and get the job done. I wont be visiting there again.

I rent a mailbox there and they are always so sweet and helpful.

I had to ship a fragile project of mine for a college admissions and they did the job. They have a bunch of shipping carriers and notary services so it saves me a lot of time. As far as small businesses go, Ive had a good experience.

I just went to ship a box to Canada after checking price (approx. $43.00) online for standard UPS shipping but when I went there that guy asked more than the double ($100.00 plus) and he told me online pricing is not for retail, I right away came back and went to near by UPS store in Lynnwood close to Albertsons and shipped the box for $43.13.I will recommend Lynwood UPS store instead.

This place is very expensive. The owner wouldnt even let me use a short piece of scotch tape.

Wasted time driving there only to find they close at 6 instead of 7 as listed on Google. Keep your Google business profile updated so you dont diminish the Google experience.
