NEVER EVER! Well unless you have money to waist. I have emailed, I have called to cancel the program (the very next day) that I never started. Nope nothing! They return calls for you to sign up but heaven forbid you can not do the program then no calls/emails.So now for the 2nd month in a row they have taken money out of my account!! I even sent a email to make sure this did not happen!!HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Still nothing!! Apparently there is NOTHING they can do... they have nothing to do with the billing company and can not help me

3soteric Life has really improved my life. Merrick Morlan has been my nutritionist and “trainer” since January and I could not be happier with the results of the program he put me on. I am really enjoying the variety of exercise classes and his training strategies and style. The gym and the people there make for an awesome environment to stay motivated and improve on a regular basis! I have talked to my friends about 3soteric and Merrick because I truly believe in them. He and his gym were recommended to me by a coworker and now I am recommending them to you! Take a chance and accept the challenge to improve yourself and enjoy it.
