Excellent workout and Jonathan was an awesome coach! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming! I was visiting from out of state with family and I am so grateful I found this place! Challenging WOD and conditioning class that left me sore the next day! I will be coming back when Im in Moultrie again! Definitely a workout gem 💎 Highly recommend!

While in town for work, I needed a solid workout. Id never done crossfit before so I wasnt sure what to expect. It was an awesome ~30 min workout--a great complement for my regular weightlifting (BodyPump) and cardio boxing classes. My hands were sore from the heavy weights for days but it was so worth it! Thanks, Jimmy and co!
