TERRIBLE on-boarding experience; 3 different manager/trainers in less than 3 months. After my close friend found training and support on their own and started performing well, they were managed out on a baseless PIP, without an opportunity to provided documented progress.I understand this company is being bought out. Hopefully the new owners will provide leadership training for their managers and anti-discrimination and performance management training for Human Resources.Ironically, one of EMSIs core tenants is to bless the employee. They COMPLETELY missed the mark with this one.

Posting for a friend Strung me on for 4 months.Told me that they would have a position that fit my exact skillset. I was excited since I was making a career change and they seemed to love their employees and treat them well. So like I said, they strung me on for 4 months, and had 3 different interviews. I finally had one in person and 3 weeks later I received and email saying we went with someone who had a more in-depth skill set What a complete joke. I waisted so much time on them and their promises.NOTE TO READER: If you are not Christian, or business perfection they are not interested. No matter what they tell you, if you do not have an interview in person immodestly find a new place to possibly work for. They will string you on, get as much information out of you, and then last second decide your not good enough. There are better companies out there that will treat you appropriately as an employee.

The people who run this building are very kind to let the republican party use it every 27th. This building is well designed and perfectly clean.
