WARNING: Do not go to 7320 Lisbon Rd. All deliveries and pick ups need to enter at Costco Main Truck entrance at 3800 N Division St, Morris, IL 60450. THEY ARE open 7 days a week. Do not show up more than 1 hour early from appt time, limited docks. Overnight parking at entry, but suggest hanging out at TA instead as it gets busy. Check in at meat plant is through double sliding glass doors on west side of building across from employee parking. Deliveries get sent to 600 doors on south side of building. Staff at meat plant are very friendly if you follow these instructions.

Enter is across Pilot truck stop but Come here on your Exact appointment time. No one hour early or 30 minutes they’ll sent you to their staging area and you’ll waste you clock till your appointment time then check in.

Got me in 3 hrs be for my appointment, however, getting here was confusing. I went by the address for the truck entrance, its off IL Hwy 47 and Division Street across from the Pilot truck stop.Note: the longitude latitude is 41.395884 -88.422759. Plus they have overnight night parking

Yes, you still enter from the old COSTCO truck entrance across from the Pilot. After getting screened by that gate they will direct you to SW corner of their facility where you can enter the new COSTCO meat plant. To check in just keep driving straight to the end of the building. You will see employee parking on your right as you turn left around the corner of the building. Opposite the employee pedestrian gate is a dual purpose entrance on your left. You check in at the glass window and the employees enter through a locked door next to the window. I drove around twice before calling the lady at the desk. Lol

They got me unloaded pretty fast. Super spacious to back into. The receiving door is right across from the employee parking.

So I called and talked to a guy name Steve. He told me that you have to go into the main truck gate off Division St and they will send you to the back for the meat plant. Check in in the front of the building. Will update when I get there tomorrow morning.
