My package has now been sitting in this distribution center for AN ENTIRE MONTH! The last date stamp on my tracking is May 29 when it arrived here. What in the world is going on here! This is absolutely ridiculous! I have opened two cases with the USPS and havent heard a peep from anyone. Its definitely time to escalate this matter!

This is my first (and hopefully last) negative review on anything. My package had been sitting idly for almost a week now with no sign of motion. I know covid can make things difficult, but this seems to be an ongoing issue with this particular location, and Ive never experienced this sort of delay with any other facility. Not to mention the other reviewers saying that theyve had their packages completely reroute and whatnot. Hopefully Moreno Valley CA Distributuon Center can troubleshoot these problems soon, though this might be tied in with policy more than it is work ethic. Either way, I wish you all the best of luck.

My package was sent off march 15th it reached the moreno facility on march 19th and did not move at all after that. no scans, files a lost package report and nobody could find it. then all of a sudden april 5th its on its way to a facility in arizona! 🤦🏾‍♂️ idk who works at this location but your doin a TERRIBLE job!

My package left Big Bear City on Friday. For some reason it went to Moreno Valley rather that the usual San Bernardino distribution center. From there is went to New Jersey. It was SUPPOSED to go to Long Beach CALIFORNIA!!! Outrageous!

The worst and slowest postal service I have ever received. I know that CO-VID 19 has made this a little slower, but what is happening to me now has never happened before. This is ridiculous!!! The package has been sitting at this location for 4 days with NO MOVEMENT when it was supposed to get here yesterday

The last few months every time a package is being tracked and it ends up in Moreno valley it will sit there for at least 3-4 days in transit. It has been taking a week for a 3 hour drive from Temecula to Bakersfield. If my package goes to any other distribution center it Always arrives in 3 days just like youre told when it is scanned. This center needs to be investigated because something is definitely going wrong there. I would hate to have to ship my packages by more expensive routes but if this center keeps running this way Ill have no choice and the sad fact is like I stated previously ANY other distribution center gets the job done beautifully.

Package was returned to me on the 23rd of July. It was missing all this time till I paid to have it searched. All a sudden it went past my city to this place & it has been sitting there. I have no way to contact them to make arrangements to pick it up or find out what the hold up is. I paid all that money for nothing. Time sensitive papers just unobtainable. Very frustrating.

Waiting on a package from Amazon, and according to the tracking history, my package has been sitting here for 4 days now, no movement at all...I googled this distribution center and found that others are having this same issue...

Package arrived 4 days ago and has not departed in transit to the destination.

I currently have a package that has been sitting there untouched for the past three days it was supposed to be delivered today but it hasn’t even left this distribution center yet, safe to say someone’s not doing their job.

I am on the phone with Moreno Valley USPS distribution Center for hours now, trying to find out what happened to the Priority package sent on January 8th 2018 and NEVER LEFT the distribution center.The man who said he is a supervisor put me on hold for hours. VERY, VERY RUDE.Find the package! It arrived in your center on January 9,2018 and it never let. 10 days and counting.......This center should not get one star rating, but there is no option for ZERO stars...

Once again read the zip code wrong and shipped to the wrong P.O. Try reading the CITY as well
