Abraham and his friend were very nice people however the detailing they did on my car was “ok”. I had to point out several places they missed after they said they were finished and even still, my car wasn’t as clean as I thought $150 should have had it. My seats were still dirty, dashboard was still dusty and there was debris on the floor still. I appreciate the convenience of this traveling service however they were over an hour late and did a mediocre job.

Purchased the X-Care package for Fathers Day for our 81 year old dad. Elizabeth was amazing at helping planning the surprise and working a great deal for us! Abraham and his crew did a fantastic job on a car that hadnt been cleaned in years! They were very professional, efficient and friendly! Explained the entire process and kept us updated on the progress! Will definitely use again.

I scheduled an appointment to get a car detailing, but was called at the time of the appointment that the van didn’t have the proper equipment in order to do my SUV. The person who was supposed to detail my car said he would try to get the equipment within 30 minutes at Home Depot and if he was able to, he would still be able to detail my car. He called back 2 hours later, and we agreed to have him come the next day at 1pm. The next day, he still didn’t come. I sent an email still asking if I was going to receive my service, but did not get a reply back. Have not heard from them since.I understand that things happen and was very patient. I was willing to reschedule to the next day. I was also willing to still get my car detailed even though the technician didn’t show up. This was a service that would have catered to my exact needs, given that I’m a pregnant mom of 3, with my husband out on deployment. Unfortunately, my service was not handled professionally and there was poor communication, planning, and handling.

I recently purchased a new car, that has a matte wrap trim package on it. I was looking for a good mobile detailing service to help me keep it looking like new. Abraham did a beautiful job, and it looks fantastic. I will be using him on a regular basis now. Prompt, friendly, polite, and knows what he’s doing.

I had my Infiniti M35 headlights restored by Abraham and his nephew and they turned out perfect! No rush job, they took their time to get my headlights like new. I recommend them to anyone, very knowledgeable and professional. I will be getting a complete detail done on a couple of my cars and give a review. I‘m sure they’ll do an excellent job also. UPDATED REVIEIW: Never reached out about my complaints. I took another star.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was kinda unsure when it came to rating this detailer. I am sure they did the best that they could with my 2015 Kia Rio, but I feel oddly disappointed with the overall look for the cost.Biggest Negatives:- Seats didn’t look much different from the shampoo. I get that my seats are beige, but my seats weren’t even wet when the carpets were soaked for an hour after they left. Makes me feel like they barely even tried on the seats.- Was quoted for a detail & headlight restoration, but my headlights look exactly the same. I feel like they didn’t even try to restore. When I brought it up to the friendly individual, he said that was the other guy’s responsibility, the one that left already.Positives:- Quick response when asking for a quote.- Good communication on when they would be arriving.- Friendly staffThe cost for their best package was $270; there was then a increase due to pet hair (I completely understand) making it $295. Overall, I think this job was worth maybe $175 at best. Would I use them again, or recommend them to a friend? No, not at that price point and not for the way my car looks.

Abraham and his crew are really amazing. I called him at 9:23 am and they’re already doing an appointment. I just shoot my shot and asked him if he could just to “see” the damage on my car and if he can fix it. I hit a push cart on the grocery and had a scratch on my car. I pulled up and he looked at it. He charged me very cheap for it, they also cleaned my interior and washed my car. They’re very fair when it comes to pricing, very professional, communicative. Thank you so much Abraham!

Contacted them via Instagram on a Thursday to see about availability for them to detail 2 of my cars on the weekend. They told me they were available Fri, Sat, or Sun I gave them my availability of Sat afternoon or any time Sunday. They told me they would be at my house Saturday afternoon between 2 and 2:30pm. I called them at 3:15 on Saturday because they still hadnt showed up to my house, and was told they were still at a location more than an hr away and that they would need to reschedule and would give me a discount. They apologized for not calling to let me know they were running way behind schedule but I declined the offer to reschedule. This was a huge bummer because I have 5 cars and was hoping this would be my new mobile detailing service since my old one is not working due to COVID. Punctuality and professionalism are very important to me and I was definitely disappointed with this business. I love supporting small businesses but when it comes to a mobile detailing service it looks like my search will continue.

I’m very happy with everything they did. Super professional, thorough, and up front. Incredibly reasonable as well, definitely always taking my cars back here as well as recommending everyone I know.They treat the car as if it’s their own, and I appreciate that a lot. When we came to pick it up, he noticed a tiny stain barely visible and immediately grabbed his materials to get it.10/10 would recommend.

My boyfriend & I called them last minute and they were both willing to come out and help us with our cars. I absolutely loved their service! The owner is super easy to talk & takes his time to ensure your car is left in great conditions. They left my Beamer spotless & smelling extra good. I totally recommend him!

My car needed a wash really bad (especially on the inside) and now it looks brand new! The owners are super nice and professional. They even gave me the stuff in my car that I lost (I had no idea it was even lost in there) which I was really happy about, as I’ve had experiences where things have gone missing when getting my car cleaned at other places. However this was not the case with this business and I’m so happy about that. They did an AMAZING job on my car. My car smells and looks fresh off the lot again. Needes a wash really bad. Havent had a clay bar or wax done since ive had the truck. The Dezzie Gold Package was perfect for me. The owner is a nice and easy going guy to talk to. Cant for get his partner also a great kid. Ill be back for my next appointment.
