Quick and easiest experience of getting an SR22 Insurance.... Thought I would have to go over my budget due to my driving record but Veronica and Brenda were such a great help in finding me the lowest monthly payment... Great customer service!

I have been with them for years and I recently added another vehicle and they quoted me and I agreed so I continue to sign all paperwork but when recieved my first payment the amount was higher than what they had told me. I called them and none of them knew why. Finally, another person told me that their down payments are never lower than $200 to add a vehicle that is why they charged me soo much for my first bill. I then asked to speak to the manager and I left them a message and to please have her call me back. Its been almost a month and I still dont recieve a phone call from their manager

Elizabeth peralta was really nice and patience with me and my mother. She gave us a quote and we didn’t need to second guess if we where gonna get a better rate anywhere else. She was so transparent she made me feel like I was a family member the way she was trying to help me and my mother.I’ve had mercury insurance before this and they where very professional but here at Veronica’s insurance they are like family. Be careful with this company. They will charge you a large broker fee to start your policy that is not going towards your first month payment. The will also charge you extra just to make changes to your policy. This is a very shady company that likes to take advantage of the Latino community.

I went in to get a quote and end up leaving with a satisfying policy Elizabeth worked with me in all aspects I highly recommend seeing her because she go make sure you leave satisfied and with an affordable policy she is great🙂.

I had a similar situation as Monica Gomez that happened at this same location, I went to get a quote in the office about 3 weeks ago and down payment was extremely high and agent Lorenzo was unable to bring it down so then Jorge Tellez walked over and couldnt convince me to pay such high down payment so I said no thanks, he began to offer a gift card for Starbucks and said why dont I just take you out for dinner tonight, even after he saw that I was married he kept coming on to me in an uncomfortable way making me feel disrespected and annoyed , he is so unprofessional and rude. I called corporate and I got the same runaround, tolled me someone would cal me back to get a statement from me and never got call back I tried calling back and they place me on hold for 10 plus minutes.

Went to this Adrianas Insurance to get a quote for auto and had the worse experience ever, the down payment was a lot higher than expected and they couldnt bring down payment any lower, so I tried to leave when the Manager Jorge T walked over very aggressive asking why I didnt want the insurance I tried to not be rude and said I wasnt interested he kept insisting the price wasnt even that high, I apologized which I shouldnt of for any inconvenience and tried walking out when Jorge said out loud that he would invite me out for dinner if I purchased insurance, that made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected since there was a lot of customers and employees in the office at the time, I tried calling corporate to complain and they said someone would call me back to get a statement from me and never got a call back. The worst decision I ever made....I currently have their services. I paid close to $400 down and two weeks from the down payment date, I had to pay another $138.00. My old policy with GEICO was total of $612.00 for six months. This company seem to be extremely expensive in comparison to others. I called them tonight to add a vehicle to my policy and they said the company I am with national doesnt accept my vehicle and said I would be charged another $260 to start a policy with another company and $86 a month for liability coverage. With GEICO I paid $88 a month for full coverage on my KIA and $42 a month on my Porsche. They are very unreasonable. I am switching to Freeway. They are charging me $230 to start my new coverage for both cars and $160 a month for both. Which is about what I was paying at GEICO. Search around.Addendum,Its been a month since I cancel my policy. I recently received a bill for $100.00 and it states that it is for unpaid balance between start of my policy and the cancelation date of my policy. When I called them they told me to contact the actual company although on the paperwork it says the contact agent. They told me it may be from the companys cancellation fee but on the bill it clearly states that it is not a cancellation fee They just added on charges for whatever reason and I have paperwork saying that I zero balance at the date of my cancellation. I had that printed out the day that I cancelled my policy. This company is a serious rip off.

They talk nicely and they give you a low price quotation, but the down payment is too high to start with, and the insurance company that they assign charges what they want. Besides, every month you monthly payment gets higher by 3 to 4 dollars, also they dont give you a copy from the documents you signed.
