I have had Allstate Insurance for 21 years and have slowly watched them declined decline in service and price. My rates recently went up and when I called and spoke to an agent and asked why since I have not had an accident or a citation my rgoesponse was because your getting old. I asked if they discriminate against seniors and she said yes even though we hardly go anywhere. I recently went with another company for both my auto and home insurance.

Still waiting for my policy to be cancelled and my unused portion to be refunded as of 4/10/21.. emailed my agent 3 times, called to leave a message and will only give me claims...lol..

Coverage for my personal vehicle is, by far, the most affordable policy Ive ever had the pleasure of acquiring. For approximately $2/day - why would anybody want to pay MORE?

Weve been insured with Allstate for years and never really had to use them. Over the last couple years, weve unfortunately had a couple cars totaled (not our fault) and a fender bender. They and Allstate in general were fabulous. They were responsive and handled everything quickly and followed through on the disputed claim and fought for us. Ive looked around and gotten other quotes and not one, stand-alone (not a broker) can even come close to their rates (including young drivers). Even Mercury couldnt beat them and the only reason why I called them was to see what they could come up with; I wouldnt have gone with them because they are a broker and who knows what you get with a broker.

I’ve had Allstate Rental Insurance for 5 years now. And this office is great! Although Terry left, the great service hasn’t “missed a beat”. Even during this pandemic I am able to complete so many things over the phone with a live person! The service in-person is just as great as over the phone. Since I began my service in 2015, I have moved, twice, and added earthquake and fire protection; all of this was done with out a headache. The saying is true, I know that I’m “in good hands”.Thank you.

We have been with this company for many, many years, have never had a problem if we had a claim, anytime you call the office they are professional and very, very nice to talk to! We would not ever consider changing from this Allstate Co.

Im not particularly happy that Im having to insure three vehicles at this point; however, I do recognize the reason why. My biggest problem is that, even if I didnt have to insure three, the insurance continues to climb and climb and climb -- and I may have to switch companies, which also doesnt make me happy because I do enjoy AllState -- its an excellent insurance company

We were very disappointed with Allstate insurance when they canceled our policy after being with you for over 40 years with no claims. You did reinstate us after the state intervened but makes us think what about next year?
