Had to renew my insurance today and got help by Gerardo he made the process real easy and he even helped me get another quote so i can have the price lowered from the original price i had to pay. He kept in contact with me thru out the whole process as well, i give his customer service 10 out of 10.

Adriana is the best hands downs. No one likes paying for insurance but it is a must and thanks to Adriana who was very patient with me she found me the best quote for me with a ticket. I went shopping around comparing prices and ended up coming back because of her attention she pays to you and your vehicle. She does her resource and easy to talk to. I was with this company for about 3 years and overall I would say it is an okay broker. The staff has always been pretty nice. Although I feel there are better ones out there personally. I had a conflict with my insurance and I feel there was little help done. I actually just recently stopped using them and have found way cheaper than I was getting. Even with them saying they found the cheapest deal for me.

This place is super! The customer service is great especially Albert Ortega who has worked with me and my fiancé for some time and is always friendly and helpful with all our question and needs. PLEASE READ! !Do NOT do any business with Hammer Insurance! You will regret it as soon as you get into an accident. When you start a policy, they do not tell you ALL details. I got into an accident and found out that they Insurance hammer provided me with was not going to cover me with a rental, so I was carless and I had to buy another car to get to work. Then Albert the manager called me and my mom fraud because we were sharing the same policy and she lived in a different adress. However, when i first went with Hammer Insurance they encouraged me to bring someone else. Never said it had to be someone living in the same adress as i did. Now i was accused i was doing fraud all this time!DO NOT GO THERE.
