Malcolm has removed tile and laid down a new floor for two of our bathrooms, replaced the toilet, removed the bathroom counter top and replaced the faucet. All this work was done professionally with excellent results. We then had him create a room in our unfinished basement with excellent results, also. He put up drywall, taped and textured, painted, added two doors and all the trim. He was timely with all the jobs and always let us know if his schedule was going to change. He is professional, knowledgeable and has good suggestions for the remodeling job.We have and will continue to recommend Malcolm to our friends and neighbors. When we require another remodeling, we will definitely go back to Malcom.

Refused to make an appointment with me; called the night before advising he had time to come to work the next morning twice; realizing this was how he operated, the second time I ran to Menards at 9:30 PM to get the trim for my garage which I could not transport in my vehicle. He had offered to previously to go pick it up for me, which I was trying to avoid paying him to shop but with the last minute appointment AGAIN I realized this was how it was going to be so I just went with it. Frustrated at this point as this was a pre-purchased voucher deal for two hours of work I called him the next morning to advise I was in fact going to need him to pick up the trim - hearing my frustration he said I was obviously frustrated...I told him to just do what he could in the two hours and call it good as I had not been given the time to prepare for all of my work to be done. He called back a few minutes later and left a message; said my voucher would be refunded and he wouldnt coming...after Id left my house open, locked the dogs away and had 17 foot trim to pick up.
