We’ve built with 2 different builders in the past and Dan just blows it out of the water! I can’t even compare the quality, personable approach to building, and communication/responsiveness. The first time we built a home (with a different builder), there was a whole channel of people to communicate through, making requests and cost questions quite difficult. With Dan, his personal phone number was saved in my favorites on my phone. Anything we requested, he made happen, no questions asked. And he’s completely transparent about costs and expectations! When we sold the first home we built with ISR, each and every showing/offer commented to our realtor on how amazing the quality of products in the house was. If you want an organized, professional builder who believes in integrity and delivering on promises, build with ISR!
