Worst place to ever cut your hair. They burned my hair and they cut it way to short, when I did not want that.

As a first-time customer the girls were very friendly and welcoming. I appreciated that. They do temperature checks and masks are required. Very clean and sanitized. They did a great job and the prices are affordable for great looks. Thanks

The last time I went here was before the pandemic hit around February or January 2020 So I can’t speak for changes made now. The girl that cut my hair was so nice but I asked for a layered hair cut and to keep my length. She cut it blunt across the ends. No long layers and she left it shorter than I asked. It was terrible. Not worth the $28 I paid with tip. Will not return to this location.

The hair dresser must of been new, but she was good and professional. Her manager checked the final work and did one or two little snips but everything was fine.

I was quite pleased by the friendly and professional nature of the Central Ave/Montclair S-cuts staff, as well as their dedication to maintaining the rigorous sanitary/safety standard that the Cal govt. has imposed on public service businesses Statewide. Great cutters too!

Stylist was super friendly but honestly hair cut was not that good for $21, I had been on website and it said Jr hair cuts ran around $14. I usually go to Kids Fun Cuts and pay $15 plus a fun seat and great stylists. I regret even getting off my car here...😔

The ladies that work here are super friendly! I got a decent hair cut, nothing extreme and a hair wash. The woman who cut my hair did make a comment that had me a little offended, but I honestly think she didnt mean it in an offensive way.

Very expensive for a haircut here $25 just for a basic. Ridiculous!! If you want a certain stylist they charge even more. Not worth the money at all. Go to Great Clips and save $$ and receive better service

Just got a great haircut from Jaz! She has cut my husbands hair for years and always does a great job! She recently moved to the Montclair location, which makes it easier for me to pop in, when I am in need of a new hairstyle! 😊

My husbands hair was cut and they were very professional and followed all the covid guidelines.

I get hit or miss impressions from this location. I always call ahead about an hour, and sometimes Im taken right away when I arrive, other times it takes half an hour or more to get seated. Ive never been disappointed by the cut itself, but some of the stylists can get me into and out of the chair in half the time as others while still doing a great job. Overall I have a positive impression of this Supercuts, my experiences are just weirdly inconsistent.

They have two different trainers are Bella and Jose personally I like Bella better because she watches the girls closer

I was the last customer of the night. The girls bickered over who would do my hair for a couple of minutes. Once I finally got started o told the lady “I have an interview tomorrow and graduation pictures this weekend DON’T chop off my hair”She then proceeded to cut an inch and a half without telling me.Just because my hair has breakage does NOT mean you can cut it off because you think it’s right. They need to listen to the customer and do what was asked of them instead of what they think would be best.Pissed off now looking like Dora the Explorer for my first teaching interview 🤬

This is the LAST TIME I visit a Supercuts store - no matter how desperate. It seems that all their franchises work under the same scheduling scheme. This had happened to me at a West Covina location and I figured it was probably a poorly managed branch. This time, I called the Montclair location and they said that the wait was about an hour and if they put down my name I could swing by in a hour and get a haircut. So I did expecting to maybe wait a few minutes.I show up and I give them my name. They saw I was in their system. But they were finishing other customers - up to this point service was reasonable. So they finish the clients they were working on and then they have two other people go ahead of me, then they do it again. 60 MINUTES later it was my turn. So basically they made me wait an hour as they asked, and then waited in the store another hour. IN TOTAL TWO FULL HOURS WAITING!!! Clearly they have no respoect for their clients time as they overbook as many cuts as possible and they count on you just waiting. Two stars because the haircut was decent; but who has two hours to waste on a simple cut male cut with clippers?! If you value your time, go someplace else.

Ive been struggling with alopecia areata (sudden bald spots) for the past few months and its been difficult for me to get a haircut done anywhere. They helped me tremendously with a new hairstyle to help cover up my spots and what products to use and tips on what I can do to help grow my hair back. It felt like I was getting a haircut from a friend I didnt know I had. Amazing service

My first 1 STAR REVIEW. Ive had great experiences at Supercuts by USC campus (Im originally from LA) Should have taken Brooke Poulsens review a bit more serious.(Read all reviews) Customer service is bad, Maria did not smile, only asked if I had called in. Susan then asked if Id want a shampoo along with my haircut, I said NO THANK YOU (Should have said yes) because she rushed straight through chopping off my hair instead of taking her time. Only reason why I write this review is because I aslo witnessed another get a terrible haircut by Maria who checked me. Felt bad for the other guy, all I can do now is warn others here to beware. DONT GET WHY THEY HAVE 4.2 RATING. My hair looks worst in real life than in the pics I posted.

This Is the first super cuts Ive ever been to and Im greatly impressed . Ive been going to grand avenue salon for years and I needed my hair trimmed on a Sunday . Couldnt get in to grand ave so my boyfriend said lets just go to super cuts. I was very apprehensive . The lady who trimmed me was named Maria and was an older Hispanic which freaked me out even more. She did a great job and listened to exactly what I wanted. She recommend this conditioning treatment and for me to get some more inches taken off for my split ends. I ended up coming back and a girl named Melissa trimmed me. I did the awapuwi treatment and she took two inches off and gave me a nice Style. Im so pleased with the results. You always get in and out quick and you dont have to make an appointment two weeks prior. Im addicted.

Called in and was told about 40 min till they could see me. Showed up about 5 min till the eta and they said it would be about anouther 45 min because they will not hold spots for people how call in. That it only tells them that ur coming in, and that any body how walks in before u will be served before u despite the fact that they already told me that they could see me at a designated time.
