Great experience and great customer service! They called the day before due to the day of our rental supposed to have rain asking if we wanted to go ahead or reschedule and were perfectly happy to keep the appointment we set. Showed up on time, was super friendly and cleaned the unit while he was on there to make sure it was completely clean for kids. Very pleased with their service!

We rented a bounce house for a birthday party and were really pleased. They arrived at the right time and installed a really clean bounce house. But wait, then they cleaned it after set up so it was extra clean. Nice work. I met the owner and he seemed like a great person. Easy to deal with. We will use Bouncing Your Way next time we need a rental.

I felt bad ordering chairs for a memorial service from a place with the word Bounce in it, but I am so glad I did! Wonderful customer service! They delivered the chairs to a park, set them up and then took them away, all for a very reasonable price. My sister even decided we needed more chairs, and they were happy to help. For folks in the Monroe area in need of rental help, this should be their go-to place!
