I used to have a good experience here, but that has all changed! Brought my car in to have the rear differential replaced. Their quoted labor rate is $110 an hour, and I have no problem with that. After 3.5 hours I get a call that my car is ready but because the book says it takes 6 hours, Im still being charged $662.40 for labor. Thats $190 per hour!! No attempt was made to make it right. What a ripoff!! Never going back again....

Kept my daughters car for over a month and ended up paying almost $1000 more than quoted. Also, things were missing from her car including car mats, license plate cover, aux cord, phone cord. This place is a joke.

Great honest people! I was able to drop off my car and they got my work done fast for way less money! Ill be taking my car here from now on.

Not the business it used to be by any means!!! Did NOT offer my son in law and daughter roadside assistance when they bought 4 new tires and they had a blow out the next day. Then told them You dont have roadside assistance. 🙄

I got a new tire from them 2 months ago and it popped they did not stand by it at all. No help at all go somewhere else. They are not reliable. I asked what makes a brand new tire blow. His answer was it wasnt a good tire. But when I got it I was told it was a good one.Ps remove the one star

Long wait and terrible service. Had a tire that needed to be put on that I had patched. They put the tire on and everything looked good. 3 days later found a bolt in my tire and realized that they had completely flipped my tire pressure sensors around. Definitely the worse experience that I’ve had at a tire shop.

Took less than 5 minutes to fix my flat tire, (even though they looked quite busy)

I brought my car there a couple of years ago for a front end alignment. The guy told me my control arm was bad and needed to be replaced and itll cost me 500 versus whatever yalls cost was then for an alignment. I told him dont worry about it I took my car elsewhere they checked just to be safe (i know a good bit about mechanic work) so I knew nothing was wrong but just to be safe I had the new place check and they told me very very rarely do those go bad and mine was fine. He was just trying to rip me off.

I know some of this family & was truly sad to have to give a bad review. But after 1 1/2 years of waiting for that call I feel they have left me no choice. I took my brothers truck in to get couple of new tires & ask them to put best tire taken off on the spare because it was flat. The salesman wrote it on receipt & told me no problem. The next day I realized that the spare still had same flat tire. When I went back to Inks, salesman discovered they had forgotten but unfortunately used tires had already been sold to junk tire dealer. He was supposed to call me when he had another one available. After weeks of no call I checked again only to be told that was an unusual size tire that they rarely saw anymore. I suggested that they owed me a tire even if they had to purchase the tire themselves. The third time I called they just told me they couldnt help me. I was always patient and polite but maybe I shouldnt have been. So if you want my recommendation, dont buy from ink. Their word is no good.

Richard is a get over. He overcharged people. The work is horrible. Still having problems with same exact stuff he supposed been fixed a week ago. Want me to pay more money to FIGURE out the problems i asked about a week ago. My truck still messed up. They will NEVER get my business again !!!!!!!!!!

Your commercial states a tuneup for $50. This morning I was given an estimate for about $500. Called another place and they stated between $100 to $150. Then I went on line to research. Stated cost for this 96 4runner with a V6 should cost between $90 to $200. Why are you at $500?

Had to make a return trip to get a/c repaired fully and cost was too high, but l had cold air on my way back to the ATL...and its still cold! So good job on that Inks!

I went to Inks recently to get a trailer tire replaced. I called ahead and asked if they had trailer tires. When they replied to the affirmative I assumed everything was good. I gave them my tire and without telling me they put a different size car tire on my trailer rim. The salesman then proceeded to lie to my face and tell me that bias ply tires werent made anymore. I should have done my research before going to Inks because Discount Tire had the correct size trailer tire in stock.

Service was good The ppl that work there was helpful and did the job, I gave it four stars because my car was full of mud on my driver side and everything in my console was thrown on my back seat the few dollars I had in there was gone and the sign on the door says they are not responsible for things left in your car and to some extent I understand but that’s kind of saying it’s ok for the employees to steal whatever they want....

I went to Inks because that is who the dealer I bought my vehicle from said to take it to..what a joke.... I got there at 10am and was told it would be about an hour and a half (seemed a little long but ok) and they would get to work on it....so to me that meant I had to sit there till 11:30 and my truck would at least be moved from where I parked it......at 1:00 I went to counter and ask about how much longer would i have to wait....was told he wasnt sure he would have to ask *Reggie* so he goes out and comes back and doesnt say anything to me....I sit for another hour and then call the dealer and ask where else I could take the truck and explained what had been going on for 4 hrs...so beware if you need more than an oil change ...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! I did.

There might be a wait but they get the job done for a good price!
