Told me my nails would cost 70 when I told her they looked nothing like the picture and to remove the polish she got upset and charged me 105 tonight for nails that look horrible even she herself admitted to me they were a mess but if I come in tomorrow she would fix them this place is pathetic I would never recommend them. What I got what I asked for smh!

I have been going here for a year. I may have to wait for 5 or 10 minutes which isnt a big deal. Im usually in & out in an hours time and they do a fantastic job!

Very Friendly and family oriented environment. They do great service on nails and toes too. Much variety to choose from. I love this place!

Got my nails done and paid $55 for these. All I wanted was some money back as they looked so bad and I needed to get going. I was told to come back later to get them fixed. They honestly looked so bad, I didn’t want her to try and fix them. She refused to give me some money back.My nails look horrible and they’re so sore. I’ve been getting my nails done for 10+ years now and I’ve never had such a bad experience. I will not be back and I will be letting everyone know how bad the service

I received a gift card for Christmas and called on New Year’s Day to make sure they were open. They said yes until 5pm. I walked in at 3pm there were 3 customers there. The man greeted me and asked how he could help me. I said I needed a pedi and had a gift card. His attitude changed very much as soon as he knew I was using a gift card. He said they wouldn’t have enough time to do mine because they close early at 5pm. I said it’s 3! He said we don’t have time, you can make an appointment for tomorrow. I said no thanks I’ll take my business to Davenport. I literally drove 30 minutes to get there for no reason. Very unprofessional. 2 hours was plenty of time! My gift card was paid for with money just like everyone else’s! I guess since they already got their money they didn’t care about good customer service! Will never go back!

If there was a minus 5 they would get it. I was a walk in and asked how long of a wait for a new set. They said 20 mins. So I came back in 20 mins. He said I’m almost done, so I waited for 20 more minutes expecting I would be next. Then a gal walked in just as he was finishing up his other client and she said she wanted a manicure. And he took her right over to his chair!! I couldn’t believe it. I walked out.

I just wanted to get acrylic French tip nails.The lady was doing my nails and asked what shape I wanted and I said coffin and she told me it cost $5 extra for that. $5 extra for a shape!? I said no thanks just do regular because I do not want to pay an extra for a shape that I’ve NEVER had to pay for ever at any other place. Who pays extra for a shape? I went to pay and they charged me $5 still for just a regular shape after I said I do NOT want to pay to get shaped nails. But nope they still charged me extra so I might as well just got the shape I wanted. It’s no where on the pricing board that it costs extra. Their pricing board doesn’t even make sense. Just horrible and will not go there again. Ridiculous

My 75 year old friend was charged $82 for a new set and a pedicure. She had $1 left in her purse until her next check. She has been going there for 10 years. When I called was quoted $45 for the same service. Denny said he had another phone call and hung up. Very disappointing for what we thought was a trustworthy, ethical family ran business. Call me back Denny!Denny called me back. Couldnt justify the fees. Absolutely no effort do what an ethical person, business owner should. Ended up telling me you no get you nails done here you no talk to me and hung up. I strongly advise going elsewhere. Especially for the elderly. This is a very unethical business.

Terrible service. They were terribly slow. Couldn’t keep in technician they just kept changing. The lady also asked me if i liked the length of my nails and i said yes but she just kept cutting and made my real nails super short. The worst nail salon I’ve been to and i have gone to a lot. Will not be going back

The lady was rude and made me pay before she painted my acrylics, she also over charged me. The shapes are uneven and my nails aren’t even the same length

Super nice but I showed a picture of pink to white ombré nails and I got white tips with a coat of pink nail polish.... not what I wanted. Wont go there again

So i was getting my nails done 💅 and i had the guy with a long thumb nail and he looked erritated at me and was getting mad at me bc i never got my nails done before so i didn’t know what to do,and he didn’t even do my nails good i wanted white just white and we smugged my nail polish and there was a hair in my nail and he just put a clear coat over it?i really don’t like the service here me and my friend both went her nails where flawless because she had the nice lady but never get the guy if you want bad nails and he cut me and made my nail sting so much it hurt so bad and put polish over it and pretended like nothing happened

I was comparing prices and the guy just insisted that I go in after we kept saying no. Then the guy doing my pedicure and manicure was kind of rude and tried to make me pay more by trying to change my mind on what I wanted. Then he was starting to do my nails and said you need to pay me 1st before I do your nails. In a really rude tone. And I told him well my moms coming thats why we had said we would be back. But well he asked what color I wanted my nails and I said the same one. Later when I was leaving the mall I noticed my nails were similar colors but one (my nails) were a brighter purple tone where as my toes were a darker pink. Also as I was drying my nails I accidentally bumped into something and ruined on of my nails he saw and walked away really fast to the other side of the store so that I couldnt complain.. I was really disappointed.

Had red fingernail polish all over my feet. He cut my fingernails off and the painting and pedicure was awful.

I got my nails done on the 30th of september and i was very satisfied they did a very nice job and i got exactly what i asked for they were 40 for my gel nails but over all it was worth my money. today is october 12 and i do have to get them filled but i totally recomend going there!!

Ive been a customer of LEE NAILS since I moved to Illinois from New York. I considered myself very picky when it comes to my nails, so I wasnt very sure if I was going to get what I was used to here in Moline. I went to Lee Nails cause a girl told me about it a couple of days after being in Moline. I met Deni, I told him what I wanted; at the end I was extremely happy with his work. I LOVED IT!!! Its been 8 yrs now living in Moline and I wont go nowhere else when it comes to doing my nails. This is a great place and I think the prices are reasonable. Youll get what you pay for..

My nails are terrible the guy put sparkly lines on every single nail and I did not ask for them he then forced me to put a sparkly color on one of my nails and all of the equipment is dirty and used for every costumer.

Asked for ombre nails. Got the color i didnt ask for. Made me pay full price. Cut me and made me bleed 3 times. Angry beyond belief!!

Received a really horrible manicure. Left with polish all over my fingers, even on my fingertips from the technician accidentally rubbing the bottle against my hand. When my nails were filed down, they weren’t filed evenly. And to top it off, no hand massage!

Nail tech was late, double booked customers, and overcharged

My dipped nails started chipping within 24 hours of getting them.

$160 to get three girls nails done the same and they look nothing alike.....plus a very poor job.
